I placed an order on the website to have it delivered. Firehouse subs uses door dash and the delivery driver said I needed to cancel the order because it was not going to be able to deliver it. I called Firehouse subs and canceled and when I asked for a refund I was told that because I went through a 3rd party they could not refund my money. I did't go through a 3rd party, I went through their website. This is the 2nd time I have had trouble with Firehouse Subs, but trust me there won't be a 3rd time. I'm done. The restaurant is very well and efficiently built to be able to quickly serve their customers. It is a casual dining atmosphere with plenty of room between tables. My family and I frequent there one to two times a month because we love their large Hero sandwiches! We've dined there and also ordered from them through DoorDash. Stopped for a quick bite. This was my first visit to a Firehouse sub location. Floor was a little dirty, but it was near closing time and staff was actively cleaning. Service was quick and staff was polite. Sandwich took a little longer than I expected, but worth the wait. The Hero had ham, turkey and roast beef. What impressed me most was the generous portion of meat on the sandwich. Bread was fresh, lettuce and pickles were crisp. Cheese was warm and melted. All and all a very good sandwich, it put the other popular sandwich shop to shame. Being a previous first responders, I appreciate the fact that they donate to first responders to help save lives. It's kind of unfortunate that the growing trend for Firehouse Subs is service that isn't very good. I feel like, when I first started going to Firehouse Subs, they kind of set a pretty high bar for customer service - especially in a sandwich type shop setting. Love the actual sandwich (especially the Italian). Great 'free' ingredients that can be added to any sandwich - in fact superior to the other sandwich shops when it comes to extra topping for your sandwich. But I just kind of keep coming back to the service, it isn't stellar by any means. It shouldn't stand out when service is good ... it should stand out when it is slightly off and not up to par and should be few and far between. Always liked supporting Firehouse as a portion of the proceeds are donated to actual firefighters. Hopefully they can get a renewed energy towards quality customer service and I'll remember to come here more often. read more

Review: 4 stars for the food. . .It's always a hit and miss when it comes to the customer service at this location. There are always several employees, yet there is no urgency when trying to get customers in and out and my visit today was no different. I ordered the medium Hook & Ladder, fully involved. It was a pretty decent sandwhich plus I was able to use my code for a free soda. I like Firehouse subs. I just hate when I leave out that I feel like my business is not appreciated. Welcome to Firehouse!!!! I love sandwich and sub shops. So Firehouse is definitely one of my go to's. Love, love this location and atmosphere! Always seem to have great service. Yes, it can be slow at times and waits long but its totally worth it. Be careful on going here at lunch time on Sundays, the line is usually out the door. They do have typical meat subs like Italian, Hook and Ladder, Meatball and so forth that you can get in medium or large. But they also have the calorie conscious sandwiches that are really amazing. Especially the Sriracha and Beef! I feel this place could use a nice deep clean, it has started looking a little run down in the past year. Other than that, I have never had a complaint, bad experience or bad food here. read more

My fiancé and his brother and I went into firehouse this evening to get dinner. We usually have a good experience and enjoy coming to Firehouse Subs regularly, however, tonight when we walked in at about 8:15pm we were shocked to see a customer, who looked like he was visiting an employee that was currently working behind the counter, eating his sandwich over the counter while talking with the employee! It was extremely inappropriate and needless to say, we were disgusted and worried about our safety. It is very irritating,disappointing, and plainly gross to see someone eating over the counter where your food is being prepared at any time, but even worse during this pandemic. This was the perfect place to stop for a quick lunch! Sandwiches are made to order so they are nice and fresh and service is fast. The employees were friendly as well, we ordered our food and got it within five minutes. The portion sizes are pretty ideal for the prices. This location was clean, had restrooms and plenty of drink options! My husband swears by this places so I decided to give in and have lunch here. Firehouse subs didn't disappoint but could have a few improvements. So, what I like about this location is the outdoor seating area. It has a few table and chairs, so it is great if you have just visited pet smart and want to bring your furry friend. The inside is clean and has plenty of seating. I think that most people are excited about the drink machine--it has the buttons where you can select your drink and pick the perfect one. The associates were not very friendly. No one neither greeted nor said goodbye to us, and they were pretty much indifferent. Our subs were good. My meatball sub was slightly greasy. It seems like they put olive oil on the top. My husband's, although he liked it, was caked in mayonnaise and had a weird taste. It was the steak and cheese. Overall, it was just okay. I like the meatball sub, so I might be back, but the entire experience was mediocre. read more

Rude employees. Messed up my to-go order despite being told TWICE what it was. It was only 2 sandwiches with no additions or changes made. Brought it back, they put my order at the bottom of the list. Made no attempt to rush it, offer me a free drink or discount. 90 minutes to get lunch. I will never go back, but I will make sure everyone I know is sure to avoid this place. The sign on the front proudly states the store is individually owned, but the phone number isn't given. If it was, I would let him or her know the place is a train wreck. This was the unpleasant. I got a club sandwich. I asked for no cheese,turkey,lettuce, or tomato. On my ticket it said all of those things. When I got my sandwich there was cheese and turkey on it. They really need to get new sandwich employees that can read a ticket. read more

If you like subs then you must give this place a try. This isn't a Subway style restaurant where you tell them every ingredient you want. You pick from the menu and they ask you if you want mayo, mustard, etc, on it. They cost a dollar or two more than Subway but I like the taste so much more. I get an Italian "fully involved" every time I come here. The wait time after ordering is 5-10 minutes and they bring it to your table. The drink machine has 50+ flavors with many regular and diet flavors to choose from. Many hot sauces and other sauces are available on the counter for whoever needs them. read more

Ok I normally don't post bad reviews because I always assume that maybe something happened or maybe it was just the time or day and maybe next time will be better but I needed to post this. We get there before noon with 2 groups( one group of three and our group of four) we ordered after the group of three and there really wasn't anyone in there at the time. Great! So our other group gets their 3 meals within minutes. We use the restroom get our drinks and pick out our chips. Still no meals. Sit down wait 5-10 minutes still no meals. Start eating our chips still no meals our first group has now finished eating so we stand up to go ask and finally get our meals then one sandwich is made wrong. Go back ask to fix it. Other group is patiently waiting on us. And goes outside. Sandwiches were ok not great. Even my kids said my sandwich was ok but not as good as .... we had no soap or paper towels in either bathroom even after letting the cashier know this they never restocked them even and hour later when we went to use the restroom before leaving they never refilled them. They were out of a huge selections of drinks in the machine and out of ice most of the time we were there. Not just me complaining about this there literally was a line of people waiting on ice for over 10 minutes I could see the frustration on their faces and I could hear the comments some left without getting ice. I never filled my drink cup all the way up because I was waiting on them to fill one of the selections but it never happened so I slowly sipped on ice tea and kept checking. They Never refilled it. We were not impressed at all. Especially since they were not slammed packed Which at that point I would expect some of these things to happen. Management needs to be retrained or something. read more
