My friend saw my previous receipt from zaxby's and had me complete the survey for BOGO Zax Snack Meal. They ran an errand while I went to order and grab the food. The cashier was friendly and store was clean. I ordered these to be made with well done fries, NO SEASONING, and asked it be put on the side due to the issue with the last two visits. The receipt had no seasoning, however, we of course received seasoned fries. I should have known with how quickly my order was prepared. We stop by here and grab dinner on the way home often because our kids love Zaxby's chicken and Zax sauce. We did a mobile order for the first time last night and it was so nice! We ordered and paid online and it gave us an estimated time when it would be ready. We walked in, they asked if we were picking up an order for (our name) and had everything ready to go for us. I usually don't eat food like this but every now and again, I give in to temptation and stop into places like Zaxbys. I had a gift card and this location is rather close to my job so I popped through the drive-thru for a late lunch. The whole process went rather quickly which I appreciate! I always think highly of restaurants that respect my time and give great service. When I made my way around the drive-thru to the window, the employee was very cheerful and automatically greeted me. It was nice to not just be dismissed! My wings and things was exactly as it should have been and didn't look like it had just been thrown together. Usually a good experience overall. My major complaint is the parking lot. That said the food overall is good, but can be inconsistent. My Club was excellent tonight. However I think it boils down to time of day. There have been occasions where it was good (I have not had a bad experience here) but not as good; chicken seemed to not be cooked to order, etc. However the decor is fun esp if you have kids. I recently moved to Birmingham from Atlanta. I am no stranger to Zaxby's and have never, EVER had what I would call a great meal. It's always just been kinda...eh. THIS particular Zaxby's has knocked it out of the park each time I've been there! (Drive thru only) The chicken finger plate: crispy, hot, chicken fingers and equally perfectly cooked, crispy seasoned fries, paired with fresh, tart coleslaw and golden toast, left me shocked that it was done so WELL!! I must disagree with the previous review. Zaxby's is one of my favorite places and is a definite stop whenever I visit the 'ham. I always get their house salad with grilled chicken and a side of crinkle fries so I cant quite speak to their chicken fingers. The salad tastes fresh- chicken is well seasoned and by the end of it I'm stuffed...though not too stuffed to down some crinkle fries. This is where the one star deduction comes in. The fries are sometimes a hit or miss. Sure they come out hot but if someone forgets the seasoning the magic is gooone. Give it a try and see for yourself. read more

Without fail this Zaxby's always screws up my drive-thru Zalad order. The second time they got it wrong, I had already made it home before I realized they'd given me the wrong order.
