Menu - NOTE, prices are not current. There is nothing in the restaurant posted that shows the ACTUAL current pricing.

Tried out this new wings place on Lakeshore next to Publix tonight as we needed a quick dinner. Place is pretty new so the seatings and furniture reflect that. Looked through the menu and ordered the 12 piece wings combo (honey hot) for $12.99. My total ended up being $16.50+ and all I got was the combo, so obviously I was a little confused. I asked and they said the prices have gone up.....which I am okay with considering the current environment except then they really should either update their menus or have something (anything) that shows the ACTUAL current prices. As it is, you don't know what you are paying until AFTER you order and it's time to pay.... can't say I am crazy about that. Food was ready in about 10 minutes after we ordered, so pretty efficient. Everything was served hot, so that was nice. We liked the honey hot flavor...exactly as it sounds, slightly spicy and slightly sweet. I will note the wings seem tiny to me....probably less than two quarters in length....I took a picture so you can judge for yourself! So keep that in mind when you order if you decide to eat here.

Honey hot wings, Cajun ranch fries

I got the honey hot wings and the Cajun ranch fries. The wings were really good and coated in the honey hot sauce. The fries were okay, they definitely needed a little more ranch and weren't as crispy as I preferred. But, I would go back for the wings.

8 piece medium lemon pepper wings combo!

Tried this place on a whim and was not disappointed! I'm a bit of a wing snob, so to say I'm pleased is an understatement. I got the 8 piece medium lemon pepper wing combo. All flats. I love that they have multiple wing denominations. You can get an even get smaller portion if you just want a snack. The drink choices are crazy and include singing called "suicide", which is a combo of all their juices. I opted out of that since I'm still running from diabetes. But I know some folk who would go crazy over that. The wings are perfectly cooked. They aren't too big and they aren't too small. The look of the sauce startled me at first, but now I'm a fan. Will be back next time I'm in the city for sure! Rusty's the most wings I've eaten in one sitting in a long time. They got even came out from the kitchen and turned the volume up on the tv so I could watch my sports news show while I ate. Great service. Friendly cashiers too. The restaurant was clean and the customers were nice too.

Food is always delicious. The Cajun ranch fries are perfection. The Parmesan garlic wings are our favorite.

Service was attentive and extremely professional from the moment we entered. Knew we were in good hands when our server could be heard singing out loud to all my favorite songs played over the speakers. We were both famished and ordered a couple of menu items each to share. There was some issue with a party in front of me that may have contributed but since they were in the process of being seated when I walked in and I was next in line, it seemed unusually longer than expected for someone else to step in and assist which led to several parties being backed up behind me by the time I was taken to a table. I had already checked out the menu ahead of time and knew I wanted to try the Shrimp and Grits (Sautéed Cajun shrimp and andouille sausage cooked Lowcountry-style with chicken stock, house-roasted tomatoes and onions, diced green bell peppers and scallions atop Bob's Red Mill Cheddar Parmesan cheese grits. Served with artisan ciabatta toast.) I expected it to be much more flavorful and found it to be fairly bland tasting. The grits did have a cheesy flavor but unfortunately was unable to overcome the disappointment I had in the rest of the dish. The bread while fresh was meh as well. The highlight was the Blackberry Tea I chose for my drink. Once seated the service was attentive. I had tried this location before years ago and think I was similarly unimpressed which had led to me skipping it until now. With many other really good brunch type options in the vicinity, I likely will not be back.

Consistent 5-Star Excellence! Outstanding Food, Massive Portions, and Great Value…read more Every single time we visit this spot, they absolutely knock it out of the park. If you want a flawlessly executed steakhouse dinner in the Birmingham area without the pretentious price tag, this is your place. I ordered the 12oz ribeye with a baked potato, and both were cooked exactly to order. My wife started with their huge, fresh house salad before tackling the massive 16oz ribeye and a fully loaded baked potato. Honestly, the 16oz cut looked like something straight out of The Flintstones--it was beautifully charred, incredibly juicy, and absolutely massive. The service matched the stellar quality of the kitchen. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and kept my sweet tea topped off the entire night (which is no easy task!). We wrapped up the evening with a slice of chocolate cake. It was literally the size of a diner-style napkin dispenser--decadent, moist, and downright delicious. Budget-wise, it's a high-end steakhouse experience, so expect to spend a little money. However, compared to other premium steakhouses around Birmingham, their pricing is incredibly fair and easily on the lower end of the fine-dining spectrum. You get amazing portions, top-tier quality, and fantastic service. Highly recommended!

The fire was going, which I found interesting considering it was a warm day. Im assuming for ambiance. Our waitress was ok, soft spoken and not the most outgoing. She seemed like she had something on her mind. Tonight was martini Monday, so had the pineapple martini and it was a little sweet but delicious. I would definitely get this one again. Tried the dirty martini, but tasted more like an extra dirty... Not my fav but still good. Our group ordered several apps to go with the drinks. Everything was amazing. I always find the food good, but the waiters/waitresses not totally with it. The runners have more personality.
