One of my favorite places to meet a friend for lunch. The maple roasted brussels sprouts are to die for. Always great service!

So good and the greens were amazing with the vinaigrette. Service was prompt and food hot. Drinks are self serve with soda fountain and iced tea options. Plenty of parking availability in lot out front.

It was about 30 minutes away from my house so I was indecisive if if I wanted to drive that far for food. This place is located in like a mini mall there weren't many cars out in the parking lot and they really weren't that many people inside. But you could tell there's regulars there because when we walked in they were like we don't recognize them lol It is not table service you order at the cash register what we used to call it. They do not have Coke products. They only have Pepsi so I ended up just getting a water. My son got a sweet tea that he liked. He started off with a beer, cheese dip, and that came with pita bread and chips. The server threw some toast and that was really good too. I ordered a cup of the French onion soup and it was delicious. I also ordered the Quattro (Four) cheese flatbread. My son ended up getting the spark burger with mac & cheese. He was dazzled by the burger, but not so much the mac & cheese. I ordered a water. He ordered a sweet tea. I had to ask for a refill for him and I never got a refill for my water. They really weren't a lot of people there so it wouldn't be hard to refill drinks. There is a bar there with a bartender it might be better to sit there so you can get more attention It was definitely a 70s 80s theme in there. In the bathroom, they had a cassette box with real cassettes in there. I really did like the decor. And they do have several TVs in there to watch sports. I'm not sure if I'll be back or not

The restaurant is gorgeous, with beautiful artwork adorning the walls and cool tables all around. The second area of seating had a nice bar area and more gorgeous artwork on the walls. Our server was super kind and gave us time to review the menu while he shared the specials. I decided on the Fried Shrimp plate, which came with sweet potato fries and slaw. My coworkers got different things from the menu, and a couple of them asked for his recommendations. He said the crab cakes were amazing and also the scallops. It took about 20-25 minutes or so for all the food to be ready because we had a large party. Everyone at our table seemed to really enjoy their meal. My shrimp were perfectly seasoned and fried. The sweet potato fries had a good flavor to them. The slaw was a little more liquid than I am used to, but it was good. The only reason I cannot give the full 5 stars? Parking at lunchtime is ABYSMAL, and this was at 12:30pm (on the back side of lunchtime). We had to "fight" the Chick-Fil-A drive-thru traffic to turn into the parking lot for Bistro V. Then we had to circle the parking lot multiple times to find parking places. I finally found a place behind the Regions Bank to park and walk back to the restaurant. It was a mess out there. Other than the horrible parking, the food was great and the place was beautiful. I would definitely recommend you try it out!

Convenient location Outside dining available ( viewing the…read moreparking lot) Energetic vibe Inventive fresh libation creations from the bar The menu selection is somewhat geared towards seasonal ingredients I have dined here several times with others who LOVE BistroV, I have found it to be satisfactory on salads, and the occasional appetizer, but generally find the entree offerings to be over seasoned and many times overcooked. On my last group dinner there I simply had the Boston Bibb Salad with a cup of the shrimp corn chowder, I found both satisfying. Our server was stellar, anticipating our needs and then giving us room to enjoy. Apologies for what might appear as a vague review... Many people seem to really enjoy the restaurant, and it seems to have an active clientele, I just haven't found a reason to initiate going back myself.
