Came in for an oil change and had a great experience. Patrick, my service advisor, was super friendly and transparent throughout the whole process. He explained that their pricing had changed, went over everything that was being done, and made it clear he'd check with me before adding any services or extra charges. I really appreciated the communication and honesty. Overall, everyone was lovely, and the service was smooth. I'd definitely recommend coming here. read more

I was very optimistic about coming to Jiffy Lube La Canada because of the descent/good reviews. Patrick was nice enough to help me with my oil change, transmission fluid and rear rotor replacements for my Honda Civic. I spent just under $1000 with all the up-sale. After the work was completed I observed two Jiffy Lube employees taking my car out for a test drive. I found it kinda strange because normal you only need one person to test drive. When I was told my car was ready I got in my car and the radio was blasting a hispanic radio station (which I do not listen too), the passenger seat was moved all the way back and the glove compartment handle had a nice grease mark from the employee opening it up; seems like they took a joy ride. And why would the employee need to open my glove box? I let it go and did not bother to say anything. The next day when I drove my car and a tire sensor light illuminated; Im sure it was associated with the work the employees did on my rotors and tires. Unfortunately I did not have time to take it back to Jiffy Lube until Saturday (3 days after my car was serviced). When I brought it back explaining I had just had work on the rotors they said they couldn't help me. So I drove home with a broken tire sensor that I have to now go find another place to replace it. When I got home I noticed something dangling under the car; I looked closely and it was a bungie cord. Because the car is low I could not reach under to get it resulting in me having to drive back to Jiffy Lube for them to remove it. The employee did admit it was theirs and apologized about it after I had been driving with that on for 3 days since the initial service. This tells me that lead supervisor or whoever is in charge did not take a good look at my car to sign it off after all the service work was completed or that the lead did not look at all. It's hard for me to say that I will be bring my car back to Jiffy Lube La Canada in the near future with all the inconvenience and unprofessionalism this store has provided me. I was really hoping for a positive experience but unfortunately they failed to earn my future business and recommendations. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Bungie chord that was left for 3 days under my car that Jiffy Lube forgot to remove until I noticed it. - Auto Repair Near Me - La Canada Flintridge, California

I will always get my oil changes at Jiffy Lube La Cañada Flintridge from now on. Their customer service is top notch! A week ago, I was returning home from Little Tokyo on a hot day after meeting with our funeral planner for the second time about Mom's service. While I was driving, something told me to look at the oil change sticker in the top left corner of my windshield. I realized that I was 1,000 miles due for an oil change. At that very moment, the lights on my dash started flashing, and the red oil can light came on. My speed immediately slowed from 65 MPH to 5O MPH. I knew I had to get off the freeway and stop my car in order to not wreck my engine. Luckily, the traffic lights were in my favor, and I was able to get off the freeway and park safely. I called AAA, and they gave me three places they could tow my car to for an oil change. None of them could accommodate me. But luckily, one shop recommended that I call Jiffy Lube. I did, and it turned out that they were only two blocks up the street. Jacob answered the phone, and when he found out that I was only two blocks away, he asked his supervisor if an employee could just drive over and put enough oil in my engine so I could drive the short distance to the shop. His boss said yes, I was able to cancel the tow truck, and I was in a comfortable and cool lounge for only 15 minutes before heading home with a fixed car. I know my mom would want me to thank these gentlemen for their kindness when I was in a tough spot on a very hot day. Who doesn't like Porto's? read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Thank you, Jacob! - Auto Repair Near Me - La Canada Flintridge, California

I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube location for about eight years. Been a Jiffy Lube customer for 20. Today I pulled up. Spoke to a young man went over the price told him I had a coupon. He said no problem halfway through my service Luis takes over the transaction refuses to enter my code and just says we probably don't take that. Dude can you just enter the code and then comes up with a BS excuse $160 for an oil change I'm never coming back here. I'm never coming to Jiffy Lube again. Had I known beforehand they were not going accept my coupon I wouldn't have gotten the service. read more

We've taken our cars here for several years to get regular oil changes since it's convenient but a couple of incidents ended the relationship recently - - They cracked the oil pan in our car and wouldn't take responsibility - They gave us an inflated quote with duplicate labor charges - they wanted to charge a full labor fee for the oil pan and one for the gasket . As you can probably imagine, they go together and there's no separate labor fee. :( Can't be trusted with your car or your wallet. read more

This location is super. They're quick, very attentive, and don't go out of their way to try to upsell you things that you don't need. I like that there's always some discount online you can add to your oil change (usually $10 / $15 off) and prices are reasonable compared to dealerships. Checking in and out is easy and you can stay in your car the whole time. Our new oil change place for our cars. You can't go wrong with jiffy lube. read more

Fast and friendly! Didn't try to nickel and dime like the dealerships. I'll be back for sure!

This place is the In & Out of oil changes...quality and great customer service. What makes it the Holy Grail of quick oil changes is the people. Specifically the assistant manager, Patrick Bartle. He understands exceptional customer service! I hope Jiffy Lube realizes the upside this young man has and the impact he can make from a bigger platform. read more
