Excellent, fair and professional service. My family has been bringing our cars for service and we have always been satisfied. The shop is busy, but Andre and Kem always get us in and out in a reasonable time. The prices are fair and they are trustworthy and they service most makes of cars. read more

Patrick is my hero! Gus and the other workers are also very sweet. They were able to get my AC working again. They made sure to explain everything to me in a way I understood. Their service went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They gave me cold water, moved a fan to me (it was 95 degrees) and even helped me charge my phone! I expected to pay a lot for AC repair but I didn't end up paying much at all! Again, ALL the workers were so kind. They genuinely just want to help people get their cars fixed. If I ever have any issues with anything I will be coming here from now on. read more

I went to the smog place next door and my battery died in the line up to the smog place. Once the Confidence staff understood my problem they helped me with everything and put air in my tires. They were so great and prompt! I will come back. Thanks also to the Smog Guy! He gave me great advice and support! read more

Shoutout to Gustavo in the garage, whoever the front desk person is now (Kem I think), and Alfred/Zareh. They've taken care of our vehicles for years, and usually can fix smaller issues without much delay or charging for the favor, which is highly appreciated when finding a good family mechanic. read more

Very knowledgeable, super honest, fast, and fair price. I've been going to him since 1991. Highly recommend, just ask for Alfred.! Patrick Romero read more

I was in need of an oil change and this was my first time here and not my last. Alfredo greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I immediately felt his integrity and trust so I proceeded forward. His team member gave my car a thorough examination and I was told I needed a few other things that warranted attention. Alfredo said it wasn't urgent but at some point I'd need this to be addressed. So, I proceeded forward again and I couldn't be happier with the attention my car received. If you're looking for a place to get your car serviced, look no further. Thank you Alfredo and team! read more

Polite, professional, and great prices. You definitely want to bring your car here for anything from tires , oil change, to transmissions service is great and their time turnaround is very good. I recommend it. I was recommended by my friend and then I had to family members go and have a great experience. Then a friend of mine at work who doesn't live anywhere near there now anymore, remembers Confidence and he used to take his cars there when he was younger, so it comes highly recommended. read more

my husband and I moved to the area a few months ago. We both went to Confidence Auto in the past couple of weeks and both had great experiences. Not only did they do a thorough check of both of our cars, but only did the work that was necessary. I was really impressed that they showed me exactly what needed to be done without mansplaining as so many mechanics do to women and when the work was done made sure to show me everything they fixed. They do a great job, priced fairly, and are very nice. I highly recommend. This is our mechanic now! read more

Had a great experience with Confidence auto replacing our passenger side mirror. I was able to find the part I needed cheaper on Amazon and they were very accommodating charging me just the labor to take off the broken mirror and replace it with the new part and program it with the car's computer. They got it done very quickly for a very reasonable price. read more

I was out of town and had unexpected car trouble--never a great situation, especially when you're far from home and don't know who to trust. Thankfully, my neighborhood ring app recommended this place and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Today, I came in to replace my brake pads. The dealership tried to trick me into saying I needed to replace them. Alfred checked and said I still have 85% left and don't need to replace for another 2 years! The guy is so honest and trustworthy. Skip the dealership and come here! read more

Fiancé got a flat and since her tires were fairly new, she didn't want a random tire to go w/the other three. Everyone else we called quoted 1-2 days to get the tire but Confidence was able to get the tire within 5 HOURS of when I called. Brought the car in, they put on the tire and we were good to go in 20 mins flat; reasonable price. Highly recommend read more

I have been bringing all of my vehicles to Alfred for 20, 25 years. No kidding!!! He is honest, reliable and super reasonably priced. Honest!!! He does not do repairs that aren't necessary. I took my car in for an oil change and he told me I didn't need one yet. Has saved me a lot of money from purchasing vehicles that weren't in good mechanical shape. I can call him and ask a question. Always happy, friendly, super helpful. I feel like family. You don't need an appt, he's always busy, so you might want to make one. When my car acts up, I don't have a sense of dread. I know when I take it to Confidence Auto, I'll be taken care of. read more

While en route on the freeway in our Honda CRV, from Palm Springs to our home in Sonoma County, northern CA, the battery light came on. We pulled off the Interstate at Lowell Ave., unknowing what was happening or where we were. We saw the shop, drove into the parking lot and Alfred, the manager, came right out. We told him we had a car emergency - turned out the water pump went out, took out a hose and the car had started to overheat. They got on it immediately and in a few hours we were back on the road for our long drive north. The repair price was reasonable and the service was exceptional. After our seven hour drive, we arrived home safely. I highly recommend this auto repair service!!! Thank you!!! read more

My transmission needed repair and I needed something quick and close to home. I am so happy to have found Confidence Auto Center! The name says it all, you can be confident they will always provide, professional, efficient and friendly service. Alfred was helpful from the get go and reassured me they would help with all my worries as it related to my car and all the different lights that were popping up (check engine, oil change, missing liquids, etc.). I was not sure what I was facing but the professional manner in which everything was explained was impressive and the fact that everything was done in an efficient matter has made me a life time customer. read more

Confidence Auto was recommended to me on my local neighborhood thread and they are right. I needed some normal "service interval" maintenance on my Hybrid Sonata. He not only checked the entire engine for free, but the cost for my oil change/air filter/cabin filter was low! read more

My wife and I have been Confidence Auto customers for more than 15 years. Alfred and his team have repaired every auto problem we've ever. He works with you and can fit you in if you have an emergency repair. We have never abused this privilege - only needing 3 emergency repairs in all this time. But even on the normal schedule the repairs are done expeditiously. We've never had to return a vehicle for a re-repair. Highly recommended and thankful to have such great service and expertise available in our community. read more

Let me tell you... I usually stay away from writing reviews about subjects I don't know much about.. car repairs, auto shops and auto related things in general are not where my knowledge lies. But I've had to come here a few different times over the past six months for different reasons, and Mr. Alfred has been unbelievably accommodating, kind, fair, and just a good person in general. I've never liked going to repair shops because as a female, I feel like it's upsell city from the time I drive in to when I pick up my car. I hate it. I had my husband bring my car here the first and second time so I can avoid all of that, and even he was impressed. So this time around I decided to give it a try. There's nothing that makes me feel uncomfortable about being here. I'm so glad I was referred to come here. I'll be sending out my own referrals ... Thank you guys so so much. Five stars all around. read more

I've been a highly satisfied customer of Confidence for almost 20 years. Many times Alfred and Albert have gone above and beyond normal expectations to help me out and get me and my cars back on the road. They are both so friendly and good at what they do. Do they do everything? No. Almost everything. Sometimes a specialist has been required, but they were always up front about making sure I was ok with jobbing it out to a trustworthy source. Do mistakes happen? Mistakes happen everywhere humans are involved. But these guys own it and make it right. That's honest and integrity. That's why they are my number one choice and why I always go back to Confidence. My only complaint is they're not open on Saturdays anymore! read more

I've been coming here for over 22 years now. They've literally fixed every single car that I have ever had (and my family's cars) and they are VERY affordable. From my first to my current car, they've fixed my '88 Chevy Nova, '93 Saturn, '01 Nissan 350Z, '07 Mustang GT and soon I will be bringing in my '11 Chevy Camaro in for a brake job that will probably cost half the price of doing so at my own dealership!!! One of the owners' names is Alfred and I have to warn you ahead of time. He will not get your Batman joke if you roll in with a sexy black sports car and then get out of your car saying, "Alfred!" in a throaty gruff Batman voice... you will also get some blank stares from coworkers. xD read more
