Patrick is my hero! Gus and the other workers are also very sweet. They were able to get my AC working again. They made sure to explain everything to me in a way I understood. Their service went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They gave me cold water, moved a fan to me (it was 95 degrees) and even helped me charge my phone! I expected to pay a lot for AC repair but I didn't end up paying much at all! Again, ALL the workers were so kind. They genuinely just want to help people get their cars fixed. I was able to find the part I needed cheaper on Amazon and they were very accommodating charging me just the labor to take off the broken mirror and replace it with the new part and program it with the car's computer. While en route on the freeway in our Honda CRV, from Palm Springs to our home in Sonoma County, northern CA, the battery light came on. We pulled off the Interstate at Lowell Ave., unknowing what was happening or where we were. We saw the shop, drove into the parking lot and Alfred, the manager, came right out. We told him we had a car emergency - turned out the water pump went out, took out a hose and the car had started to overheat. They got on it immediately and in a few hours we were back on the road for our long drive north. The repair price was reasonable and the service was exceptional. He works with you and can fit you in if you have an emergency repair. We have never abused this privilege - only needing 3 emergency repairs in all this time. But I've had to come here a few different times over the past six months for different reasons, and Mr. Alfred has been unbelievably accommodating, kind, fair, and just a good person in general. I've never liked going to repair shops because as a female, I feel like it's upsell city from the time I drive in to when I pick up my car. I hate it.
