Desperate to find a good breakfast spot with decent atmosphere, we decided to try out the new restaurant at the Indigo Hotel this morning. The restaurant is very spacious with modern design. Large tables, big heavy chairs and lots of windows with great views of the marina. The food was good, above average but nothing particularly special. I do wish there was a bit more variety. Service was very friendly and good for the most part. The restaurant was mostly empty at 9AM on a Sunday, maybe 4 or 5 tables occupied. Overall we had a good experience, but a few things fell short of excellent. First, it took too long to get our first refill of coffee. Our server was quick to bring out the first round, but it seemed like everyone on the floor disappeared for a while after that. It took almost 10 minutes before another server came around with a refill. After that, they were pretty good about refills, both servers walking around with the carafe. Related to this, the coffee cups are very small, a size and shape you might expect for an after dinner coffee service, but not suitable for breakfast where coffee is often your main beverage. This only adds to the refill problem - it takes more effort for servers to keep cups full. I suggest they either acquire some larger mugs for breakfast service, or possibly utilize small thermal carafes they can leave on the table. Lastly, it did take a while for our food to come out even though they were not busy. When it did arrive it was warm, but not hot. Food did not come out together, though it was only a minute or two before the second plate arrived. We will definitely come back and give it a try again - We want to support their decision to come to Everett! They have been open for a couple of months now, and we hope that they continue to improve and listen to customer feedback. We need more places like this! read more

Atmosphere is great. Food? Second time here and really want to like this place, but the food in our opinion is just "okay". Especially for the price. This time I had the Fish Tacos and I was surprised at how bland they were. Hardly any flavor whatsoever. I'm sure we will be back for drinks on the patio, but will most likely head elsewhere for food. read more

I know this is a new restaurant and very few were open on Christmas but wow.... for a fixed price menu and at the cost charged I would have expected much much better! Only positive was our waiter! read more

Awful service. Waited for almost 2 hours and never got our food. They stated the waitress had forgotten to put in the order.... Even after she came and said our food would be out shortly. read more

I'm hoping our experience was just unusual for a Monday evening , but we stood waiting for a table for 10+minutes before we were acknowledged by the hostess. We were the only ones, minus a couple who came in behind us and had a reservation, and got seated right away. Looking around the restaurant it was clear there were about 4 empty tables Outside and a couple of empty tables inside. I spoke to the hostess, and she said no she couldn't seat us and there was a wait. For who? We were the only ones there!! She said they were for people in the bar. Okay.... So let's get them seated then seat us? That could have been done in less than 10 min. My problem is, why was she running the show on her own? Where was the manager? Why didn't she get help for "all the people in the bar" to be seated? Then we could have sat in the bar or be seated after them? We were disappointed because she seemed to have stood her ground to not budge from HER pace, nor get help, so we left. Went to Lombardi's and were seated outside as soon as we walked in. Btw- jetty b&g.. our bill was $155 at your neighbor that could have been yours. Lost revenue for you. Too bad. read more

I dined here for brunch on 4/9/22. I will provide two stars simply because the service at this establishment was above average, and the restaurant is very nicely situated, in a good location, and provides a good dining atmosphere. The food, however, fell very short of my expectations. First off, someone should remind the cook(s), that the industry standard for an omelette is three eggs. The omelette I was served was clearly lacking at least one egg. There's no way anyone should come into an establishment of this level and be served ANYTHING that is sub-standard to any franchise breakfast restaurant (IHOP, Denny's, etc.). I passed on the extra carbs and didn't order any toast as I opted for the potatoes instead. Very disappointed. I should've ordered bread. The potatoes had, clearly, been sitting under a warmer for an extended period of time and were totally inedible. This was after my server, Alex, told me "The potatoes are very good! They're red potatoes seasoned with rosemary." That wasn't true at all. I made the terrible mistake of having them add sautéed onions and peppers to them. I compounded the situation and made the potatoes worse. I was provided a discount on my bill for the potatoes as I didn't eat them. Probably because the restaurant's GM was sitting within ear shot of my interaction with the staff. Someone probably felt like they should do something for serving food you can't eat. In any case, I'm visiting from San Diego and I'll be here in Everett for another three weeks. I'll re-visit this establishment and give them another try. One thing's for sure. I will not order an omelette or breakfast potatoes. read more

Went with a party of 8...4 adults and 4 kids. Ordered 2 appetizers, 2 kids meal and 4 entrees. All the food came out besides steak salad. Waiter said 7 more minutes but I waited 30 minutes. Everyone was done with their food and mine still didn't come out. My steak salad was ordered medium rare it came out well done. Waiter said he can cook it longer for me. I said I ordered it medium rare and it was way over cooked. He then took the plate without asking to make a new one and then still try to charge me and had the nerve to charge 22% gratuity. When he only came to see us when he took our order and brought our drinks and food. Which took about 30 minutes just for 4 drinks. Food was not very good. Our fish and chips was not really edible. The batter on the fish was like a funnel cake. Our calamari didn't seemed to be fried it was very white and not seasoned. Having been there for over 2 hours I only got to eat some tator tots and a few clams. I had to end up having my dinner at Wendy's since I was the only one that didn't get served. read more

We chose this new place (to us) for our 2nd restaurant outing during COVID mostly because of the nicely social distant outdoor seating. There was confusion about which server had us but our server jumped in regardless. Besides her great service, the fish n chips was awesome! Best beer batter and not greasy at all! We'll be back for the burgers which we saw go by us and look fantastic! read more

for 5 minutes, much What a disaster. Our anniversary happened to fall on Father's Day, so we thought we would try this place. From a dining out perspective, worst choice in a long time. First off, I grew up in the restaurant biz, and have been in high volume restaurants with reputations for great food, that we met. I get how this is supposed to work. Tonight, we had reservations for 6:30, we arrived at the hostess stand at 6:34, and they weren't sure they could seat us, because they "weren't sure we were coming". The place was, maybe, 30% full, if you don't count the dirty tables. We were seated, in a restaurant that was less than half full. By 8:00, all we had was a salad, and an order of calamari that was cold, which really came as no surprise. Their "Signature Dish" is a burger, which sounded really great, I could see the passthrough window from my seat, and I watched two of these burgers sit, and die, under a heat lamp for at least 30 minutes., And then I watched, in horror, as they were eventually served to paying guests. My wife had ordered one of the signature burgers, and I had ordered salmon, and after 90 minutes, with no dinner, and seeing a table of four that arrived 30 minutes after us get their food, we let the manager know that we were leaving. and not paying anything for this miserable experience, and he did not even seem the least bit surprised. I saw this place reviewed on Evening Magazine, on King 5, and based on that, I am pretty sure that I recognized the head chef as one of the guys on the line. There were about 28 people, by my count, who had not been served when we placed our order, for a piece of salmon and a hamburger, and over an hour later, we had nothing. This is a really great location, and a nice building, that could help put Everett on the map for great places to eat. But there needs to be a rebuild, from the ground up, starting in the kitchen. The next time our anniversary and Father's Day fall on the same day, which is like, never, I will go to a drive through before I even consider this place. An absolute waste of a great location. read more

We have been in before and always enjoyed the service. Food each time in the last 2 years is never better than a 2/10. I'm so happy to say a few weeks ago we were in and were offered a pork chop dinner special and I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW AMAZING IT WAS!!!! Not only was it actually served with potatoes and veggies unlike everything else there which is a lot of unappetizing purées and weird mixes of vegetables and things far to obscure for the area we are in we got a proper meal at a fair price. Today we came and were offered their special for the night, a beautiful Filet topped with a blue cheese sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, and roasted carrots. Not only cooked to perfection but all the flavors were impeccable! Asked our server Mario if these would be changes we'd keep seeing and he said yes! We stopped by the window and chatted with the Chef who was responsible for these specials and changes and thanked him for the amazing food we hope to see him stick around and keep making your menu better. If you guys keep this up I think the bad reputation us locals have had with you can change. Being locals it's usually the last place we choose. Hopefully it can start to be first on our list. Thank you Chef Alex and Mario for the wonderful dinning experience this evening. read more

This has a great environment, food and amazing staff. Highly recommend! If you haven't been down to the Everett waterfront it's a must see.

Ordered takeout from the Jetty Grill tonight. The website advertises using OpenTable to place takeout orders which I used. As I was staying at the hotel, I walked down promptly at my pickup time to the food not done. Turns out, the staff couldn't even find my order in their computer so I ended up waiting 25 mins for a soup and salad that wasn't even made as advertised. This is not an inexpensive meal, it cost me $25 and for such a price, I expect better service and better food that is made the way they advertise it on their menu. Save your money and go someplace else. read more

This is an update to my recent review. The food was melt in your mouth delicious and the staff were outstanding, nice, helpful and there when you needed them. Great view of the waterfront both day and night. Great place to take family or friends. The lights over the tables that were bright as a thousand suns are now dimmable for a very crazy, romantic evening.. they have a good wine selection however, no French wine.(nobody's perfect) lovely place to eat. read more

I did not dine at the restaurant itself but went to their Easter Brunch hosted by them in the Hotel Indigo banquet room. Let me start with the Pro's: easy parking, nice view, cleaning up Everett. The hotel itself looked nice, the restaurant/bar area itself looked nice and clean and modern. The Cons; The Easter Brunch was 50$ per person plus and 22% gratuity and tip. We got there for our reservations at 11:20 was seated right away. You only get 1 drink ticket per person from the bar. The banquet room was new and well decorated for Easter. Had music planning and someone dressed up as the Easter bunny walking around for the kids. As for the food it was empty and coffee. What was leftover was cold. I mean empty scrapping the bottom for yogurt, no fruit barley anything. It took forever for them to bring out more food. the Juices were empty. The buffet it self was messy and sloppy. The food was not good. The pastries/cookies looked like they grabbed them from Safeway. It was NO WAY worth 50$ a person plus 22 percent tip. The service was bad or none. When we went to the buffet line they seated other people at our table and my purse and coat was there. they had no clue what was going on to say they were shorted staffed and not prepared was an understament. I wanted to bad to love this place trying to clean up the Everett Waterfront but it was very bad at least the buffet. They are pushing a Mother's day brunch and be aware. It would not go or recommend to anyone. I wish I asked for my money back. read more

Amazing food. Big portions. Super Clean. Staff meeting here was well received and all agreed to come here again next meeting.

We tried the Jetty last night for my sister n laws birthday dinner, bad idea. The manager was rude and not very welcoming didn't even say good bye as we walked passed him to leave. The wait staff was sub par and the food all tasted the same, very bland with not much flavor. The best thing was the outdoor dining area and the drink I had. We won't be returning read more

Had my first visit to the Jetty Bar & Grille last night. First impression was noting how spacious the bar area was; lots of room to meet & mingle and a few TVs make it an option as a "sports bar". Continuing on to the restaurant, was met with clean lines, large windows looking out to the marina & a dancing fountain, and tasteful decor. With your initial drink order, you receive slices of rustic bread accompanied by butter with flaked salt ~ the salt was a nice surprise as it added unexpected texture and flavor. The four of us each ordered something different with the fare including: octopus salad, cioppino, fish tacos, NY steak and Wagyu burger. Each was well seasoned and creatively accompanied. Looking forward to visiting again as the stellar staff perfects an already impressive experience! read more

Underwhelmed. Host was a bit rude. Stopped by and different have a reservation which he kinda made a big deal about but seated us on the patio while there were several open tables at 2:00. Waitress was super slow despite restaurant being slow. Burgers and calamari were just okay. Love the patio but unwelcoming staff and service...won't return anytime soon. read more

The location of this restaurant is prime and they do have a nice outside patio for warmer months plus great ambience inside but unfortunately both times we've eaten there the food has not been great. Both times undercooked and cold. Last night my husband had the salmon and it was completely uncooked in the middle. Flavor was decent. I had the lobster and gnocchi, which was a special for that night and the lobster was cold. Wish I took a picture because the presentation was lacking as well. It also lacked much flavor. The salad and calamari were good though! Waiter was pleasant but did forget to put in one member of our parties meal so she didn't get her food until we were all pretty much done. For the price ($150 for two with one drink a piece) it just didn't quite feel worth it. Also, we were never offered another drink or refills. We are both very easy going and generally not picky, but I felt compelled to review after having another undercooked/cold meal there. read more

Went to breakfast with a large group (11). $12 for two large pancakes and a small container of maple syrup. Outrageous. Service was very slow. The restaurant did not have that many people in it so I saw no reason for it to take 30 minutes to get our orders. Waiter told us that they did not have a lot of groceries!! Never again. read more

Just had one of the worst experiences at Jetty Bar and Grille and are very disappointed. We have previously enjoyed the fish and chips and salmon chowder so today called in a lunch order. I was told it would take 25-30 minutes. I arrived at the window after about 40 minutes and it was not ready. The gentleman that ordered in person after me got his food first and it ultimately took an hour. When we finally got our food we were so disappointed. My fish tacos were six cold corn tortillas, with a few pieces of cold fish on them. My husband's Mac and cheese was dry, as was the chicken on top. For all of this plus two cups of chowder we paid nearly $50. And the chowder was not full of salmon like it had been before and was under seasoned. Not worth it! The fish on my tacos was not even a full filet and the tortillas were pulled out of the bag and put into my take out container. I could have done better at home. So sad that we finally get a new restaurant at the waterfront and this is the service and food that we get. read more

Again, another wonderful brunch at our new favorite restaurant the Jetty Bar and Grill in the Indigo hotel in Everett. My sister and I went to Everett for a family event and stayed at the Hotel Indigo. We had planned to try out a couple of the near-by Anthony's restaurants, but after a day of airports, planes and driving, decided to stay at the hotel and eat at the Jetty. Best decision ever! We ended up eating breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Jetty, ordering and sharing as many different things as we could. I am not a salmon fan, but one taste of my sister's Nerka King Salmon had me ordering my own Caesar Salad with Salmon for the next meal. We also had Smoked Salmon Chowder, Ahi Tuna Poke, the Seafood Salad with crab and shrimp, and Salmon Sliders while we were there. Every meal was absolutely delicious - perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked! It may be a new restaurant, but I think it will become very well know quickly! The restaurant and hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. My only regret is that the hotel and restaurant are in Everett, and I am in Southern California! read more

Second time visiting and it was, once again fabulous! The Brussels sprouts are a must have! I ordered the Caesar salad and our wonderful, very attentive server suggested pairing it with the salmon, which was fresh, not farmed and honestly one of the BEST pieces of salmon I have ever had. For dessert, we popped into the bar and had a Dirty Martini and if you love those...it was PERFECTLY done! I can hardly wait to go back...not sure if it will be for the salmon or martini...maybe both! read more

Where to start. Tuesday night approximately 6pm. Came in, took well over 15 minutes for the server to come to our table. That was a red flag we failed to see. Server came. We ordered drinks, three apps, and three entrees. Drinks show up about 15 minutes later. Strong drinks although my friends whiskey and coke looked more like a whiskey and water. She liked it. Ok. My drink was fine Moscow Mule. Server does not check on us or refill water glasses. Now we wait for food. Another 15 minutes minimum goes by. The manager Erik Olsen spends a lot of time at the food hand off plane but never delivers a dish. There is one bowl that sits there as the rest of the surrounding food goes off to other guests. We receive 2 of our apps and the calamari was so cold the tentacle pieces were inedible. I realized now that was one of our apps sitting there for the past 10 minutes. The seafood artichoke dip was to come with crustinis but had water crackers instead. The third app shows up. Brussels sprouts with bacon and a reduction. The sprouts and bacon could have been cooked longer. The sprouts were then plated into a cold pan so this app was cold too. We received our meal and again no additional service from our server. The Wagyu burger was a hockey puck and not cooked to medium. The chicken linguini was over powered by the pesto sauce and the chicken tasted like frozen chicken. I had the fish tacos. The pineapple salsa was literally pineapple tidbits not even cut up. The tacos just looked white. White tortilla, white fish, white cream and white cheese. No tomato or peppers or cilantro. The pico with chips as a side was ok. Then someone actually asked us how the dinner was. This was another patron. We told her we did not have a great meal and she said she would talk to the manager Erik Olsen. Then our server came over. We also told her we were not satisfied with our meal but no one ever came by so we didn't have an opportunity to tell the staff. She talked the the manager Erik Olsen. He stood at the food hand off plane but never came to talk to us. We finally were able to pay our $135 tab. I had been dying to try this place. Very disappointed. They need new management as this current general manager could not even face a disappointed customer, he scurried away to the back as we were leaving. read more

Excited to try this place but was really disappointed. Atmosphere is very nice, food not good. Chicken sandwich could have been ok if they hadn't put a 3" slab of fried chicken (seriously!) on it, crab cakes were terrible. Crab cakes were bland with very little actual crab. 2 very small (a little bigger than a 50 cent piece) crab cakes were served with a handful of corn kernels and some cherry tomatoes and topped with a bit of greens tossed in a vinaigrette. This small appetizer sized dish was on the menu as an entree and was priced at $21! One other note: the chicken sandwich that was huge and came with fries was on the menu for $12, which in comparison was a terrific value, but was actually $16 when we got our bill. Will never go back. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews but our experience here has stuck with me so I want to say something. We love spending time down at Everett's marina and had high hopes for this restaurant. I chose to have brunch here for my birthday and just about every element of the experience was very negative. The food itself was expensive, which would be fine if it had been good, but it wasn't. My husband had the eggs Benedict and the egg was over cooked so much that the yolk was hard with green in it, like a yolk you'd see in a hard boiled egg. The potatoes it came with were pretty good but they were just a side. I ordered the lox bagel and the lox was fine but the bagel itself wasn't toasted and it tasted like the sort of bagel you'd get from Aramark at a Holiday Inn free breakfast or in a university dining hall. Just really terrible. Finally, I hate to call out service, but our waitress (who was unmasked) coughed a deep, wet cough at us or right next to us multiple times. We were there with our baby who is too little for all her shots yet so it was especially unsettling. The coughing server also did not read the room in terms of the excessive conversation she tried making with us. We are generally friendly people, but we could hardly start eating our food because the waitress continuously approached us with comments about her weekend or Disney movies or other things. It felt very unprofessional. I was disappointed by the whole experience and won't be returning. read more

We will not be back. Worst food for the price I have ever experienced. Of the five Everett waterfront restaurants, this was the only one on a Friday night without a wait. We are staying at this hotel and since we planned on breakfast here we looked elsewhere for dinner. Came back here for dinner when the waits were from 30 minutes to an hour and a half. No wait here, in fact only 1/5 of the tables occupied. That should have been my first clue. I am into giving second chances but not here, it was that bad. I feel sorry for the server, not her fault. Very poorly managed, over priced and almost ruined our evening, definitely ruined our dinner. Do not waste your time, no one else is either. It is just not worth it, even at half the cost. Luke warm chowder, frozen in the middle baguette, and the smallest Calamari plate I have seen in my life, actually questioned the waitress with, is it always this small? Unfortunately she replied, yes. Do your self and favor and go anywhere but here. Only the second time in 50+ years I was compelled to leave a bad review. read more

When I first walked up with my dad I thought it seemed nice, great decor and love the view and windows! Came in around 4ish. So we hit the lunch menu. Ordered a pizza type dish for an appetizer, was okay, I would get again. For us being about 1 of 6 people in the restaurant I figured we would have better service. It took a long time to order, took a long time to get a drink other than water. Took over 45 min for our lunch. We watched our food come up and watched it sit there as well. I had to ask for another soda and it sat empty for well over 15 min. Then I got my blackened salmon sliders and was so unimpressed. No flavor at all. I had my dad try it and same thing. I completely lost my appetite and didn't even want anything else when asked. They did take my meal off which was nice but I was overall sad because the menu looked pretty good. My dad got fish and chips and he also felt there was no flavor. Overall just unimpressed for such a nice dining area and feel that I expected. I would maybe try again in a few months once they got things down but watching as many servers and employees for the huge lack of service was upsetting. Seemed pretty unorganized to me. read more
