We got thanksgivings plates for my boyfriend and I from the Jetty and we were very impressed. Pick up was friendly, quick and organized. The restaurant was gorgeous and had a view of the water so we will definitely be coming back for ambiance alone! The meals was delicious with generous portions. I thought their to go package was brilliant it was oven/ microwave safe so we just popped them in the oven till we were ready to eat. Thank you Jetty for making this very different thanksgiving a great experience! read more

We ordered take-out from the Jetty Grille Express window located at the back of the outdoor patio area. Waited about ten minutes to get our to-go order after placing at the window. There was a table nearby for waiting. We each had the Alaskan Cod Fish & Chips, took it over to the bench seating on the nearby Plaza (brought our own tablecloth!). The fish and fries were HOT and fresh - tasted delicious! This is the deep fried version, with a local Scuttlebutt beer batter. Fries were well seasoned. There were three pieces of fish - I only expected two - enough leftover for dinner (hint: crisp up the reheated fries under the broiler.) I walk at the marina regularly, and prior to the COVID-19 shut-down, there were never many patrons at this restaurant. I am hopeful they get some new fans with their beautiful patio area open - something much needed in Everett. The menu looked good, some variety, prices on the upper end for Everett, nice waterfront view from inside and from the patio. Really enjoyed the fish & chips! I recommend giving this new place a try. read more

Excellent lunch here this week. A beautiful sunny day and we were offered a table on their expansive patio. Extremely accommodating service. Came here on a whim as husband wanted fish and chips. I looked on line and Jetty came up. Husband loved it. Very fresh cod, loved the fries too. I had a salad and it was wonderful. Would return. I great place to take out of town guests if things ever get back to some sort of normal. Lovely hotel too. Will definitely return. read more

We went for Valentine's day to enjoy their month of love menu. One word would describe this experience perfectly disappointing. I got the bratta as my starter, which came out with 3 dollar coin sized slices of bread, 3 raspberries, some white cream stuff that by the description I couldn't figure out what it was and a small nickel sized cookie. My fiance subbed the baby gems salad with a ceasar salad, which had some weird pieces of uncooked fish in it, which kinda ruined his meal. For our main course we both got the filet mignon. First of all portion was very small, mine was burnt to the point that it was bitter and unpleasant to eat, the filet was also served cut in half letting all the juices out before I even got it, 2 of the 3 baby carrots on my plate also had stems on the, and the 3 pieces of asparagus were undercooked. I'm sorry, but if you are going to charge $42 for a filet mignon on your regular menu you should know how to cook and plate it properly. It seems this restaurant cares more about the aesthetic of plating than the flavor of their food. On to the dessert, they served us tropical pana cotta, this was a joke. It wasnt even pana cotta. The best I could liken it to was yogurt with lemon juice, cause that's what it looked and tasted like. It was very sour and the only edible part was the cherries served on top. All in all a pretty disappointing dinner, the only good part was the wine and the service. The food was awful. And I feel like they should know and other potential customers should know before shelling out $150 for a sub par meal. read more

Came in for dinner tonight. Worst decision. The hostess when we approached the host stand said nothing, gave us a side eye and i then had to tell her how many in our party. When we were seated it took about 15 minutes just for our server to arrive. 20 minutes later, no drinks, the table after us got their bar drinks. After waiting a while I decided to go to the bar to order 2 drinks since ours never arrived. Approaching the bar they were JUST starting our order. After 10 minutes of waiting I finally get my 2 shots I ordered and try to pay with a 20$ bill, bartender tells me she doesn't have change or a till so I had to wait. When I get back to the table and the food we ordered came out still frozen. Server barely checked on us. No manager came to talk to us or apologize. No discount was applied. The service was just terrible. This was the second time I came here and the 1st time was just as terrible. Whole staff needs to work on their customer service, I've worked in the food industry for 10 years I know how it goes, I know people are short staffed but the people who work here suck. read more

A family of six could easily have been seated in two separate tables, next to one another. Thanks for doing your part to stop the spread.

This place was fantastic! Food, service and atmosphere was top notch. Our waiter Mario was great and we will be back soon.

February 2020, have had many months to get things right after opening. Our party of 8 had several dishes sans sides, brought not ordered dish to us, fish and chips zero crispy and maybe a tablespoon of actual fish but ridiculous amount of soggy breading. My "crispy chicken" was not crispy at all, but veggies etc. good. Another in party ordered same and her veggies were cold and hard. SO Much time between ordering and orders received. I will go back for breakfast or lunch outside when hot with the fountain but not dinner again. read more

Great food! We had the garlic chicken, salmon tacos and the grilled salmon. All entrees were delicious! We also liked the ambience in this spacious restaurant and the superb service. read more

The service and atmosphere were amazing! The grilled octopus was delicious. Perfectly cooked and delicious. Halibut and chips were ok. A halibut was a little bland almost watered down...tarter sauce was almost more like hummus, which I love but didn't taste like tarter. I will definitely be back though. There was still more good than bad and I think they'll just continue to get better as time goes on. read more

This was our first time at this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised that food was very good. I ordered cioppino and my boyfriend ordered salmon chowder and taco. The price is comparable to Ivars or Anthony. Highly recommend it. read more

Had lunch with my girlfriend we had the best customer service ever great waiter food was absolutely wonderful great experience

Love this place! The Jetty Bar & Grille is a perfect addition to the Everett Waterfront. Casual yet upscale atmosphere with huge windows overlooking the marina. Food was delicious - Had dinner on Valentines Day and everything we had was absolutely fantastic!! The service was great - Jae did an awesome job, very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Can't wait to go back! read more

We dined here recently and it was incredible! Service was fantastic, the patio has great views of the port of Everett and the food was amazing! We had their burger and fish & chips. We will definitely be back! read more

We were hopeful but the chicken sandwich was burnt, the steak was salty, the potatoes were bland and the drink were weak.

Won't be returning. The charcuterie was good, but everything can from a package so you can't really mess that up. My husband's seafood soup wad mediocre and my food was not good! The carbonara tasted like nothing but burnt toast. The waitress was going to bring the manager over to talk and he took his sweet time and finally came over after about 20 minutes. At this point we were ready to go so we just told him to bring the bill. He wasn't very professional and seemed like this was his first manager job, we did get our food comped but I would have rather had faster service and been able to leave when we wanted to. read more

Terrible! Food is abysmal. I ordered salmon tacos and my date ordered the halibut sandwich. The salmon was old and had a fishy smell. Both the halibut and salmon lacked any seasoning. The portion size of the salmon was so small that only one or two bites of each taco contained salmon. Our waitress was very friendly but overcharged us for the tacos. After we pointed this out, she did correct the bill. This is the worst meal I have had in a restaurant in a very long time if not ever. read more

Horrible! We've been here a couple times before. Things weren't amazing, but gave a break as they were new under Covid restrictions. Came here tonight and had a great bar experience and tasty appetizers while we waited to be seated outside. Then we're seated outside. We ordered dinner. I had cedar planked salmon. It was good. Not great. My husband ordered fish and chips that we've had every time prior that were good. This time it was all batter and small pieces of fish. Not up to prior experiences. Told the waitress about our disappointment with the FnC and when the bill came no discount or nothing to make up for the terribly mediocre food. Then we asked if we could please have a patio heater turned on. The waitress had no idea had to do it and said one of the boys would come do. No one came. Left a full glass of wine on the table because it was too cold to sit and enjoy it. Anyone working the patio should no how to turn those basic heaters on. Not difficult. The waitress had no customer service within her. She received zero tip because she made zero effort to anything. Too bad because we tip very well. As a waitress you should do what you can to make things right and she made no effort. Not sure who the manager is but the staff need some training and oversight on what customer service is. Never will we return. read more

I was very disappointed in the service and food. We went to celebrate a birthday, excited to try the new restaurant and waited 2 hours for our meal and about 30 minutes when we ordered a drink. Rarely were we checked on by our waitress and the restaurant wasnt even full. With the cost being so expensive I would have expected much much more. read more

I'd have to say the kinks reported in earlier reviews have been "worked out"! Went there for dinner Saturday night...had the Halibut Cheeks....they were outstanding! The oysters before that were fresh and excellent too. Service, as mentioned by others is beyond friendly. Our waitress, Jae, was topnotch. If I have anything to do in Everett in the evening, it will start with dinner here. read more

Maybe 20 customers, told there was a 15 minute wait so the kitchen could keep pace. Not offered a table and no seating in the reception area, the bar was not an option given minors in the party of 4. We entertain clients 2 to 3 nights a week and we're excited about a new venue in Everett. There are more professional and friendly options than Jetty. read more

Best breakfast ever! Crab Benedict was awesome. Steak and eggs were best I've had. Steak had wine marinade and cooked perfect. We had to walk past the chef and give a thumbs up. Perfect finish to an overnight stay at the Indigo Hotel for a staycation. read more

We just tried this new restaurant and were unhappy with the food we chose to order. We ordered the crispy halibut sandwich which we assumed would be fresh halibut not a frozen Gortons halibut patty for $14. Based on this experience, we will not be eating here again. read more

The food is hands down amazing! The wait staff/bartenders are amazing. Kuddos to Brennan and Alison! But The hostess told us they couldn't get us table for 45 mins. I said can we sit in the bar until then? She said yes. But didn't take our name or anything. After ordering drinks I was like um maybe we should tell her our names. On my way over there I saw another couple walk in and get seated, our original hostess was not there at that moment. I was not upset, as this is their first official week open, there will be kinks to work out, so I went and asked if we should give our name and she said yes but she knew we were sitting and would come get us. After 2 drinks the bartender asked if we wanted to order food and we decided we would instead of getting seated in the dining room. The staff is super friendly and best Cesar salad I have ever had! Definitely will go there again! And once the kinks are worked out, hope to provide a 5 star review read more

Sunny, warm day just perfect for a dock side late lunch, or early dinner for the 3 of us who live in Everett. None had not yet tried the new restaurant. Hotel and grill clean and covid safe. We ordered a Shrimp Louie Salad, French Onion Soup & Chicken Salad Croissant. The Croissant came out as a grill chicken breast on a bun. The waiter quickly and quietly rectified this but the sweet potatoes had cooled a bit. The French Onion Soup needs to renamed. More like bread and cheese on a relish of some kind. The Salad was Iceberg lettuce just cut in half and served. Shrimp was warm sitting on the side. Not sure where the dressing was and if blindfolded one would of never guessed that it was Shrimp Louie. With close great restaurants near by we will let this one go. Hoping it can succeed they need to make some big differences in the quality and taste. Won't be back for awhile until it is worth my $32.00 for 1 lunch. I do think they would want local residents to chose them. I did try an Indigo gin specialty drink and it was good. The waiter was respectful and competent. read more

This is my wife's and my second visit to the Jetty and we brought friends to introduce them to the restaurant. We started with the Salmon Ham that we shared as an appetizer. It was delicious. Myself and our 2 friends ordered halibut and chips. My wife ordered hanger steak and frits. All three of us that had the halibut agreed that the breading was too thick and the halibut was a bit dry. Still good but we have all had better. My wife's steak was excellent. We all tried a bite and all enjoyed it. Then came desert... we ordered two poached pears with macerated strawberries. The menu indicated that it was served with crème fraiche but it was clearly cream cheese smeared on the plate. The pears were not poached enough so they were hard and the strawberries were very sour. One of our friends had the white chocolate crème brulee and it was very good except the menu indicated that it was topped with cherries. It came topped with grapes. The grapes were not very good. We like the atmosphere and we will be back. Our critique is meant to be constructive and not to dissuade anyone from trying the restaurant. People reading this review, please give The Jetty a chance. We really want them to succeed. And no, we do not have any vested interest just giving an honest review. read more

Oh, dear, where do I start? My friend called up and asked about getting a noon brunch table to celebrate my birthday. When we got there, the waiter informed us that the brunch was over and we had to eat from the lunch menu. The lunch menu had exactly zero vegetarian options (as opposed to the brunch which had loads!). They threw together a pasta dish for me to eat. It tasted bland and strange and thrown together. No bread on the table to fill up on either. My friend had arranged a birthday dessert for me, which they either forgot about or didn't write down. They bought out a poached pear (no taste) on a bed of creme fraiche (that had either gone off or been made with blue cheese) and strawberries drowned in vinegar. I've never had anything quite so weird-tasting. Our lunch was $70 (no drinks) for 2 people. Not money well spent. The service was good, the ambiance non-existence. Will not be back. read more

Was very excited for a great dinner and a great atmosphere and was very disappointed. Decided to make an early dinner reservation to celebrate my parents anniversary and brothers birthday (12 people total) service started out ok but we were the only ones in the restaurant. Drinks were very slow getting there or getting more, appetizers were good but I had to bus the table to make room for dinner. When the dinner finally came out everything that was deep fried (halibut and chips, kids chicken tenders, fries, chicken sandwich) were over cooked and cold, my mom specifically asked for no spice but her chicken still came with Siracha sauce on it, my wife after asking twice for dressing had to eat her salad with no dressing on it and my 3 year niece burnt her hand on the hot bowl that they served kids Mac n cheese to her in. When paying the bill I noticed I well not deserved 22% gratuity but when hand the card machine noticed I got to put what I thought she deserved until she looked over my shoulder and said she screwed up and had to change things at the bar. Later that night I called and talked to the manager because I didn't want to make a scene in front of my family, talked to the manager and explained everything and he agreed with me and we had a nice talk, he said he was gonna get ahold of me via email to try and make things right, now a week later and still have not heard one thing. I will not recommend the service or food to anyone, the atmosphere although is really cool. read more

We stayed in the Hotel Indigo and received vouchers for 3 breakfasts at the Jetty Bar & Grille. The first morning, the steel-cut oatmeal was lukewarm at best. The pancakes were pretty warm. We liked the convenience and harbor views, so we returned. The next morning there were only 2 couples seated in the entire restaurant, one served and one waiting for their food. We waited 30 minutes from when the waitress took our order until the food was delivered. The restaurant was empty. When the steel-cut oatmeal arrived is was dry and cool. My order of biscuits and gravy arrived with eggs even though I specifically requested no eggs. The waitress realized the error, had the kitchen "scrape off the eggs" and she returned the plate with glue-like gravy that was cold. This was unacceptable. We threw out the remaining breakfast coupons for today and went to a charming restaurant in Everett. We liked the hotel and would consider staying there again, but I will request a discount in price to book without eating breakfast at the hotel. read more

We have been meaning to check out the new hotel on the waterfront for months- but finally made it there on a weekday. It looked like all the patrons were locals, unlike other hotel bars. Which speaks to the quality! The seafood was delicious. I have been dreaming about the seafood salad dressing itself. Butter lettuce with fresh crab and shrimp..... and that dressing. My guy got the shrimp carbonara and the texture and flavor was "succulent" for a pasta and just a touch of thyme and we think maybe squash. Go figure! But it worked. We started with the poke, good portion, but next time I would try the octopus too. I love a place with great barware and the super thin wine glasses were a surprise! Great place for a sunset and we will be back for a special occasion as we did spend a bit $$ for a weeknight. The only odd things were the accoustics and the funny casual blue squee print shirt uniforms the waitstaff was sporting read more
