SUCKS! Slow, lazy, disorganized. I placed my online order at 4:49 on Sunday, Dec 14th, and arrived at 5:10 for a 5:12 "READY" time on the App. At 5:14 food not ready still. Only ONE person in line at this time. One cook on the grill. I figure my order is being worked on. NOPE. The guy finished grilling and went in the back! TWO GRILL. Grill is unmanned, even with order TICKETS waiting! WTHeck! He went on moving supplies around in the back will my "READY" time passed. I WAS OBVIOUSLY WAITING ON IT since the ONLY person in there besides ONE person at the counter. A women came from the back and started to the grill but got pulled to do something else by the manager (I assume based on him telling others what to do) to get supplies for the front line. 6 people had come in by now and out of 5 employees, 4 were working the line WHILE NOTHING was happening on the grill! The woman finally starts my order. She was SLOW AND SHE SCREWED UP! It has onions and peppers when ordered as NO ONIONS, NO PEPPERS! She took forever and STILL COULD NOT READ the order right. She appeared pregnant but that is not a DISABILITY that impacts brain functions. FINALLY READY at 5:32 TWENTY MINUTES after the "ready" time! 43 MINUTES total because of bad management. The manager just put it in a bag and LET IT SIT! I had to ASK if it was my order. Previous orders the called the persons name. Part of the issue may be this rather large guy, he seemed to be on spectrum, and was not able to communicate to the customers was waiting for the manager to direct his every move. One of the customers he was helping got frustrated after asking him to REPEAT himself 3 times. He even said "what does that even mean?" "What are you saying?" The guy originally on the grill said "he wants to know if you want pickles." NO WORDS like that came out of this guys mouth. WHY is he working the FRONT line if not able to talk and COMMUNICATE? So they focused on the line and let the grill sit! I WAS WAITING so IN LINE TOO! The LAME manager tried to say they got swamped. I SHOULD have recorded the clown show. They got swamped AFTER my order was AT THE GRILL and AFTER the male cook WALKED AWAY leaving it outstanding. Sad part, I was there on the 2nd of December about 3 pm and the woman and I believe the same pregnant woman were working and they WERE FAST and EFFICIENT! The "model looking" manager who probably is the local FB quarterback too seemed to be trying to control rather than MANAGE the employees. read more

I recommend taking a nap while in line because I was sleepy. if 'Mikes Way' means taking an hour to make a sandwich then they knocked it out of the park. Not very good music playing. Two customers had their hot subs made before our mushroom swiss sub Had to remind staff that we are waiting on our food. Finally received it 20 minutes after finishing our cold veggie sub... Seems like a bunch of young kids that don't really know what they're doing. Maybe it's their first job. The only kid that was working hard was the person working on the hot subs. Jersey Mike's had the energy of a sleepover at 3am--confusing, chaotic, and inexplicably philosophical. There were plenty of workers, but somehow my sandwich journey felt like a slow-motion documentary. The girl making my sub seemed totally zen, like she'd transcended the concept of urgency. She wasn't rude--just vibing in her own cloud, possibly communicating telepathically with the provolone. Meanwhile, other staff roamed like NPCs in a sandwich-themed video game with no clear objectives. Was it the worst service ever? No. But it did feel like I had entered a deli-themed alternate universe where time slows down and pickles are a metaphor for despair. read more

How can u go wrong with Jersey Mikes? Friendly service and very quick. Got lucky there was no line and the restaurant was nice and clean. Today I ordered a cold sub for the first time that I can remember and sad to say I've order nearly the same thing from subway and it was much better. I like the sandwiches but i'm assaulted by too many "Mikes" only terms - Mikes way? oh i need to read the small sentence listing what that means? I want the number 4, oh wait that doesn't exist but number 3 and 5 do? what? so confusing? I'm also profoundly concerned with the number of staff behind the counter- why does subway get away with 2 people yet Mikes, needs 5?the handoff between sandwich assembly stations is baffling to the new customers who really need to create and maintain a relationship with only one person and know repeat their order, over and over again. Food has always been good. I ordered through the app and got to the store about 8 minutes later. Went inside to see if it was ready, and.... Nope. I patiently waited another 10 minutes as I watched at least 12 people go through the line. I asked when mine would be ready and the gal told me that the 'deadline' hadn't been reached yet. I let her know I'd been waiting for over 10 minutes already and saw all of those people order, then get their orders since I'd been in there (and yes, she saw me standing there). Again she told me that they 'still had time' to make it. So apparently ordering ahead serves no purpose, especially during lunch time... or is it any time? (I had place my order at 11:51) and since I've wasted my lunch time waiting in line, I guess my mini sandwich will be my dinner. read more

I'm a regular at this location & generally the sandwiches are decent. However, recently their quality has gone downhill. I ordered 2 sandwiches today using their mobile app, one of which I ordered with extra meat. I can't even tell you how disappointed I was in their idea of "extra meat." They stole our money! The took our online order and our money. When we went to pick up our food they said "Oops! We are out of bread!" When we asked for a refund, they said we had to submit a "problem through the app". They couldn't give us our money back. "They have no mechanism for refunding" our money. Stopped by this franchise for a quick bite and came away with a great experience. The fellows behind the counter were quite attentive. I especially appreciate how one gentleman catered to my 10-year-old daughter and her very specific order. As always, the subs were fantastic. My only issue is just how expensive fast food is getting - $35 for a family of four just still seems expensive. Nothing to do with this visit as we chose to eat there and pay the prices for the delicious subs. read more

Jersey Mike's is my favorite franchised sandwich shop. This place has a nice staff, however, they're extreme inefficient. Not sure if they're under trained or just all new, but man are they slower than molasses. Three staff members and only two customers in the store, me being the second of the two. Took just over 15 minutes to order and get my cold sub. Mind you, the customer in front of me only ordered one sub as well, which was also a cold sub. Long story short, if you want something quick avoid this place. But if you have time to kill and don't mind an extremely slow staff, then this place is decent. read more

Picked up a to-go order and had a terrible experience. The order was estimated to be done at 12:06pm, which is when I arrived. When I arrived and was greeted on the pick up line, was told that the order wasn't ready yet, but should be coming shortly. I understand that the pick times are estimates and so wasn't a problem. 20 MINUTES LATER, after watching multiple people walk into the store, pick up their orders and leave, I had to walk back up to the pick up line and ask again. The same gentleman at the register just "harumphed" at me inaudibly when I asked for an update. 5 MINUTES LATER (my 2 sandwich order is about 25min late at this point), the female employee next to him on the make line pointed to a cart behind him and said, "you have to check the cart as well." At that point he turned around, picked up a bag, and shoved it in my face with a blank "deer in the headlights" stare. Turns out my food was sitting there dying the entire time. No offer to remake it, no apology, no words at all actually. I expressed my dissatisfaction at this, but nobody said a word, offered to help, or took any action. Since my lunch break was almost over, I had no choice but to take the bag and head home with it. When we got home, neither of the sandwiches were marked on the outside and there were no napkins in the bag. It was like it was just thrown together and in the bag without any care or attention. Needless to say we won't be back at this location. Whoever owns or manages this location needs to work on training their employees better. read more

Little expensive, especially if you want a full size, but it's a monster sub. Average person more than likely won't get a full size down in one sitting, but I'm an animal so...yeah.
