The workers are usually super friendly and working hard! It is often super busy here with lots of families coming through. The food is the same at all the chains and we enjoy making our favs! I like the gluten free friendly crust and they have a cauliflower crust too! It's got cool graffiti art my sisters friend did and it's an open concept dining area. It can be super loud when full, but it's typical for a pizza place. There's Sbux next door and both are about 5 min off exit 25 from 1-90 if you are traveling through. There's gas at Safeway too! read more

Loved their unlimited toppings for just $14. Pesto sauce drizzle is a must if you order pizza from here. Also the sriracha ranch- if you want it hot and spicy. Service is great. read more

Pretty dirty place bathroom is gross and crumbs all over the tables nice staff and pizza good

I really never leave reviews on fast food spots, but there is something super special about the employees working here at the Snoqualmie location! MOD is a nice spot I enjoy coming to for a quick bite with friends or something to grab on the go. But every time I come in I feel so welcomed! I genuinely have had the opportunity to have conversations with the people working here and they are delightful! I especially enjoy seeing Logan working. He is such a delightful person and makes everyone feel welcome! He clearly enjoys working a job where he can socialize. Again, just such kind and people driven employees working here. It's really what brings me back! read more

Okay I usually love this mod pizza but it is NOT super fast. I door dashed some cheese pizza and it took like an hour for it to get to me and my poor door dasher had to wait that whole time . The pizza was super good though so I guess it's okay. read more

Came here for a quick lunch and this place was great. Service was fast and food was decent. One of the things I want to mention is that this place was squeaky clean. It just made the experience much more enjoyable. For food, they have three options for sizes - mini, mod, and mega. For pizzas, the mini pizza is a snack size, the moderate is good for one to two people depending on how hungry you are and if you get sides. The mega is the same size as the mod, but the crust is much thicker. One thing I like about this place is that no matter how many toppings you pile onto the pizza, the prize is still the same! We ended up getting the Tristan (and added a few extra toppings) and the Buffalo Chicken, and shared a mega greek salad. That was more than enough for the three of us and we were super hungry BTW! Not recommended, pizza was not good at all. Bathroom was filthy as well as the outside entry way. A disappointing experience

After ordering online the program indicated it could not complete the order twice before it finally took. We ordered two pizzas and a salad. The said had some bad pieces of romaine. One of the pizzas was missing over half of what was ordered. Unfortunately i did not inspect the pizza until i arrived at home. To their credit they did refund the one pizza. Sadly poor quality of service and food. Proceed at your own risk. They dont deliver:( Two stars as i feel sorry for them. read more

Slow. Waiting for 25 minutes for one of the three employees present to make a pizza. Insanely slow. There's barely a line. Fir a pizza, a small salad and a drunk, 30 bucks is exaggerated and the service is poor.. It's 6:30pm. They should have more people.. Not coming back.. read more

Pizza here is pretty good if you're a fan of unlimited toppings and a thin crust. I made my own 11 inch here and went down the line to choose a plethora of toppings ranging from salami to my personal favorites such as pineapple and jalapeños. The staff here kind of act like they are out of it. The person that helped us build our pizza kept almost putting on the wrong toppings and I had to keep correcting him. The crust itself looks like its been drying out for ages, I was almost confused whether or not he grabbed the pizza crust he was supposed to cause the crust looked like a tortilla. Execution of cooking the pizza was pretty solid, the pizza was turned at the right time and the crust really got nice and crunchy. If you are a fan of chewy, soft pizza, their regular crust is not for you, this was more cracker and flat bread like. Pizza was yummy and we had the seasonal lemonade which was refreshing and sweet. One of the reasons I really like MOD pizzas are because of their finishing sauces - we got the hot honey and pesto which are super flavorful. Another reason why I gave this review three stars was the restaurant itself was pretty dirty. The tables looked like they were never wiped down and there are things like dirty napkins floating around table to table when its not even busy in the joint. read more

The new Pizza Pockets are not good at all. I was expecting better since I do like their pizzas. I ordered the Italiano Pizza Pocket but they put way too much Basil on it to the point it is over powering and that is all you can taste. I do wonder though if you can customize it or not? I rather have no basil at all. Service is always excellent though when my family goes. read more

Slow slow slow - 7 people behind the counter just milling around, no urgency , no desire to serve. Waited 15 mins for them just to serve the 2 people in front of me. Would have walked out if I wasn't waiting to get food for my kid. Ultimately ended up being late for an appointment despite factoring in 30 mins to stop and get a cheesy garlic bread. Was here 3 days prior; they were a little quicker that time but got the order wrong. This place is now off my list read more

I cannot believe the horrible experience I had here today, especially after having such great ones at other locations. I walked in with my grandma, it's my birthday tomorrow and we decided to meet near her house for something to eat, and this was pretty close. I walked in and immediately was told I needed to leave because I had a dog, I informed her that this is a service animal and she said "show me proof" and I told her no I don't have to and legally you aren't allowed to ask me actually, and she then kept saying no and that I had to leave and that this is a good establishment, no animals are allowed in there, I again informed her she's a service animal and she's allowed to be with me and that it's actually against the law for her to be doing this, then she said well, I can also refuse to serve you, my grandma and I left and sat at Starbucks, then I went and looked up the laws just to be sure, and what do you know? I am correct that she is not allowed to ask me for any form of proof, because they don't issue any form of proof. I went back in and showed her my phone and she said "well it doesn't matter it's company policy, you have to have proof" and I said "your company policy does not trump Washington state laws, call your boss." And she went into the back and pretended to. Then came back out and said he told her it's company policy that if there's no proof, I have to leave- which I highly doubt he said or that she even called him at all. I asked for her name, she told me it was Jessica, and she said "it pays to be kind, so I'm going to refuse to serve you anyways" but thankfully I lost my appetite at that point. I've been to other locations and was treated with respect and never once questioned or had an employee demand paperwork. I'd understand if someone brought a dog in who was barking or doing something that obviously shows they are not a service animal, but to off the bat discriminate me and my service animal and judge by my appearance wether I have a disability or not, is horrifying. Not sure who the manager is here or the owner of this location but I would love to speak to them about my experience today. Thanks for ruining my day and discriminating against me. read more

MOD pizza is good, came here for dinner on a Sunday evening with a friend. Got a pizza and a salad, it was a ton of food and I brought the salad home. I topped my pizza with everything on it, and it was really tasty! I was warned that the pizza might be a bit soggy but cooking it anymore would burn the bottom - it was actually fine when I ate it, not soggy. I called to phone in an order from the parking lot. The person who answered the phone said they're currently not accepting phone orders because "it's been a day". I get out of my car and walk in, 4 people are working. There's no one in line nor in front of me, and no one behind me. Only two tables have people eating. It was dead and they refused to take a phone order. Food is always good, but wow, "It's been a day" and can't take phone orders. First of all, I would like to start out with... I came in like a whirlwind at 10:31 when ya'll open at 10:30 looking for an outlet in panic because Starbucks' only open table didn't have an outlet (I am embarrassed to even SAY THAT because it's such a first world problem to have at this point in 2020, but alas, it's the truth and I have to work). Greeted with such kindness while I squinted at all of the walls. I didn't catch names, so I'm sorry... but the lady was super sweet and was like please, come sit here. And I staked my claim, where I will be for 3 more hours. :( I'll order more pizza in exchange for this seat if necessary, I swear. Perfect, she doesn't know it... BUT she saved the day because I have something due this afternoon. ANYWAY. SO I set up for work, conveniently I work 8-5 EST so 10:31PST is like perfect time for pizza in my mind. Anyway, the gent prepping, was like give me a second, and I'm like cool, take your time because I'm 100% overwhelmed at these toppings and do I want to DIY or trust the experts? I went DIY and he was so nice to walk me through the whole pizza making process, it was like a fun adventure for total strangers. Idk if he felt that way, but listen. Again, it's 2020 and human contact when it happens is just the best. Pizza was awesome! And if it wasn't it would have been my fault. I ate the whole Mod even though I thought I would "save some for later" LOL, what a joke. I couldn't stop once I started. I stared at the oven waiting for my pizza to finish and read the sign not to touch the glass, and like a fool with zero depth perception messed that up trying to grab my pizza and precious ranch. I blame the angle of the lighting and the fact that I am not wearing my glasses. The suggest balsamic fig sauce was like a sweet cherry on top my rando pizza. For all of those wondering YES, I did add pineapple. 10 outa 10 first Mod Pizza experience. read more

Great pizza, fast service, good people. We like coming here about 2x month. The service is always friendly, and even when the place is packed, the line moves quickly. How could it be better? Let me build my custom pizza as a "saved" item so I don't have to have them write everything down! Also, the internet orders--yikes. A couple of times we've had to wait an awfully long time so the staff can process orders from people who aren't even there. The workers at Mod are nice folks. Food is usually pretty good. However sometimes when you are building your pizza you get the feeling they try to push you through resulting in not actually getting the pizza you intend on. It is understandable given that they are usually understaffed. Today had to wait 15 minutes just to get to the counter. Same thing happened last time too. Also I overheard a customer canceling their online order that they came to pick up. I read in Facebook this happens quite a bit. If you cant keep up on a Monday at 8pm you got staffing problems. Hopefully they figure it out read more

This place is awesome. I love that I can order food on the mobile app and pick it up at a specific time. We love the ease of getting exactly what you want on your pizza or salad and love the friendly staff. I picked up some food tonight for take out and was trying to juggle pizzas, salad and a toddler and ended up dropping the salad all over the floor. They made another right away... no questions asked. The staff was so kind. We will continue to come back for an easy dinner option! read more

My favorite pizza! Just like the other locations it was amazing service and pizza. I love that you can customize the ingredients/toppings. I always get the Mad Dog meat style of pizza with cilantro, basil, and minced garlic. Then I add diced tomatoes to make it a perfect flavorful pizza. The red tomatoes sauce is sweet and delicious! Compared to other MOD locations this place is bigger and spacious. The cinnamon sticks are good with the cinnamon glaze dipping. They do serve beer which makes it a great combination with the pizza! read more

Great staff, friendly, and the pizza here is of course delicious (when you build your own at least). Not sure what people's gripes are about, this is a really good pizza stop at the ridge, and they serve beer, what's not to like? Tip: do a build your own mod. Get bbq sauce for the base. Add chicken for the meat. Then add corn, kalamata olives, jalapeño, bleu cheese, and sweet red peppers. After they bake, add some fresh arugula. BOOM! read more

I came in this past Sunday, 4/29 at about 12:30 or so. It was so busy and according to the lady who helped me they were short staffed as someone called out. The kids working that day were working so very hard! You can only do your best and if people get mad- it's not your fault. Anyway,I stopped back in later that day to share with the manager on duty what a great job they did, but wanted to share it here as well. Oh and the pizza is excellent! read more
