    Tristan with additional toppings
    Richa T.

Came here for a quick lunch and this place was great. Service was fast and food was decent. One of the things I want to mention is that this place was squeaky clean. It just made the experience much more enjoyable. For food, they have three options for sizes - mini, mod, and mega. For pizzas, the mini pizza is a snack size, the moderate is good for one to two people depending on how hungry you are and if you get sides. The mega is the same size as the mod, but the crust is much thicker. One thing I like about this place is that no matter how many toppings you pile onto the pizza, the prize is still the same! We ended up getting the Tristan (and added a few extra toppings) and the Buffalo Chicken, and shared a mega greek salad. That was more than enough for the three of us and we were super hungry BTW! Slow. Waiting for 25 minutes for one of the three employees present to make a pizza. Insanely slow. There's barely a line. Fir a pizza, a small salad and a drunk, 30 bucks is exaggerated and the service is poor.. It's 6:30pm. They should have more people.. Not coming back..

Part of the self proclaimed "Managers" the night food handling safety was compromised.

3yrs later and their quality of employees is atrocious. All employees claim to be the manager and laugh when food handling safety is being violated over and over. The attitude of the employees makes it an uncomfortable environment to experience. These kids working act more entitled than the average teenager here.

    Mod Pizza with hot honey

Pizza here is pretty good if you're a fan of unlimited toppings and a thin crust. I made my own 11 inch here and went down the line to choose a plethora of toppings ranging from salami to my personal favorites such as pineapple and jalapeños. The staff here kind of act like they are out of it. The person that helped us build our pizza kept almost putting on the wrong toppings and I had to keep correcting him. The crust itself looks like its been drying out for ages, I was almost confused whether or not he grabbed the pizza crust he was supposed to cause the crust looked like a tortilla. Execution of cooking the pizza was pretty solid, the pizza was turned at the right time and the crust really got nice and crunchy. If you are a fan of chewy, soft pizza, their regular crust is not for you, this was more cracker and flat bread like. Pizza was yummy and we had the seasonal lemonade which was refreshing and sweet. One of the reasons I really like MOD pizzas are because of their finishing sauces - we got the hot honey and pesto which are super flavorful. Another reason why I gave this review three stars was the restaurant itself was pretty dirty. The tables looked like they were never wiped down and there are things like dirty napkins floating around table to table when its not even busy in the joint.

I cannot believe the horrible experience I had here today, especially after having such great ones at other locations. I walked in with my grandma, it's my birthday tomorrow and we decided to meet near her house for something to eat, and this was pretty close. I walked in and immediately was told I needed to leave because I had a dog, I informed her that this is a service animal and she said "show me proof" and I told her no I don't have to and legally you aren't allowed to ask me actually, and she then kept saying no and that I had to leave and that this is a good establishment, no animals are allowed in there, I again informed her she's a service animal and she's allowed to be with me and that it's actually against the law for her to be doing this, then she said well, I can also refuse to serve you, my grandma and I left and sat at Starbucks, then I went and looked up the laws just to be sure, and what do you know? I am correct that she is not allowed to ask me for any form of proof, because they don't issue any form of proof. I went back in and showed her my phone and she said "well it doesn't matter it's company policy, you have to have proof" and I said "your company policy does not trump Washington state laws, call your boss." And she went into the back and pretended to. Then came back out and said he told her it's company policy that if there's no proof, I have to leave- which I highly doubt he said or that she even called him at all. I asked for her name, she told me it was Jessica, and she said "it pays to be kind, so I'm going to refuse to serve you anyways" but thankfully I lost my appetite at that point. I've been to other locations and was treated with respect and never once questioned or had an employee demand paperwork. I'd understand if someone brought a dog in who was barking or doing something that obviously shows they are not a service animal, but to off the bat discriminate me and my service animal and judge by my appearance wether I have a disability or not, is horrifying. Not sure who the manager is here or the owner of this location but I would love to speak to them about my experience today. Thanks for ruining my day and discriminating against me.

Chaotic ordering system, long delays, mediocre service. I've given them a few chances but unfortunately it's par for the course here. Avoid.

Their website was easy to navigate to find out which food truck would be there and when. We ordered our food first then handed inside to warm up before picking up our order. The space was really spacious and nice. The vibes were warm and cozy with a large TV projector screen playing sports, good music and all types of seating and tables. They have a dog water bowl near the front where you can also get water with clean cups nearby too! You can also tell it is a beloved location as it was getting quite busy and there were children, dogs, and adults enjoying the space and time with one another. We got two 10oz Diamond Knot root beers which was divine! I recently started drinking root beer from breweries and I am a huge fan, as I think brand named root beer is gross. The drink paired really well with our soul food order. The bartender was really polite and seemed to be good friends with his regulars which is a good sign. I asked him where we should put the drinks and he politely let me know to the side of where he served me would be great and there is a sign to put empty glasses as well. We will look forward to visiting when we can as we are all the way from Tacoma but it is definitely worth coming back to!

The Five Forks food truck deserves a high five, it was great. We were there with 8 of us to celebrate a birthday. First of all, the beer selection at the time had 4 or 5 pilsners and the rest almost all IPAs. I get it, IPAs sell but I don't know about the pilsners. The lack of beer variety isn't even the issue as much as NOT ALLOWING FLIGHTS! OMG, YOU'RE A SMALL BREWERY! WHO DOESN'T OFFER FLIGHTS??? I get it, investment in glasses and a little more maintenance BUT YOU'RE A SMALL BREWERY! As a business and finance person, the flights give you maximum margin on your product AND serve as a marketing tool for exposing consumers to your various products. It's actually a negative NOT to have them. Instead, we had to order multiple full glasses and shared the backwash (sarcasm but it was family). Actually you would have more money because we would have all ordered flights and then likely ordered larger of the ones we liked instead of finishing off the stuff that was meh. The beer itself was fine. There was one IPA that had some unique qualities but overall as a whole, they were just ok. Another downfall was that they sell themselves as family friendly, but had a single root beer as the only non-alcohol offering. How about just having some canned soda for the kids? I had inquired in advance about ciders for gluten free options for our celiac and they said "we have ciders" which turned out to be a single cider so that was disappointing as well. The place does have some potential, but untapped at this point.

I'm obsessed with the manicotti--I can easily eat the whole thing, which is not typical for me at all. It's that good. My guy's dish was generous too, but a bit heavy on the oil for his taste, so he didn't finish it. Still, definitely worth the stop. We showed up last night, late, after we'd both been working downtown doing physical work that just wore us out. Sure, we're in our seventh decade, but we both stay busy! And we just didn't want to cook a dinner after we have given out all our energy. So we walked in, and noted that the place is brightly lit and feels homey while also feeling like a place to be comfortable and not worry about who's watching. We went up to the bar to order our food and drinks, and sat at a table with our drinks. We maybe were there about five to ten minutes and our food came out, fresh and hot and with amazing scents of delightful ingredients. I had the Spicy Burger, which comes with a *six* ounce patty, with cheese, lettuce & tomato and onion, and a spicy chipotle mayo sauce and pickled jalapenos on a brioche. I *love* spicy food anyway, and this hit the spot. Spicy enough to fill the craving I had, and juicy enough that I needed a dozen extra napkins to catch all the juices and spices. My wife had the fish & chips. The fish was made with battered cod, and it was flaky and tender to the point of being "fall apart in your mouth" fresh. The tartar sauce was very good, too. And we both were so very pleased with the fries. They cut the potatoes into strips maybe 1/4" thick and 1/2" wide, but then they dip them in beer batter before deep-frying them. They were *amazing* - crisp and hot and tasty, and well seasoned. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and we have made it a plan that the brewery will become one of the local restaurants we will return to often for a good meal after a hard day.
