Oh my GOODNESS SOO GOOD & ADDICTING!!! Great place to hang out, fresh personalized pizzas that have become my absolute FAVORITE!!!! Great service, delicious pizza, cant say ENOUGH about this place!!! The ONLY edible food in Snoqualmie except for Starbucks. read more

Your Snoqualmie team is SUPER! Thanks for all your extra hard work because of my mistake! I now know the difference between Sammamish and Snoqualmie! Ha ha! Again Thank you for going up and beyond. And thanks for not telling my kids! read more

It's the best pizza on the ridge but when you have to wait 45 minutes until you to get eat it, then it turns into a lousy experience. I arrived at 5:20 on a Sunday night. There were only 10 people seated (I counted) and one group in front of me. I thought it would be quick. Unfortunately, they had a stack of internet orders. So many internet orders, that I waited, and waited and waited, and waited. It took 10 minutes to serve the group in front of me. After another 10 minutes at the front of the line, I started fidgeting, then shuffling, then coughing, then mildly complaining, and when I still couldn't get the teenage kid in front of me to look up from his pile of call ins and take my frickin order, I had to get pissy. I guess that's what it takes to get served at MOD's. I wanted a quick piece of pizza. What a mistake it was to come here. By the time I left they had 16 people waiting in line. Good Luck with that. read more

One word, yuck! Mod Pizza is disgusting. The crusts are awful and the toppings of poor quality. We will never go back.

This is by far the nicest MOD location that I have been to. It is clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, and on a clear day, you get to eat your pizza with an amazing view of the surrounding Cascade Mountains. I also prefer Mod Pizza to just about any other eatery on Snoqualmie Ridge. I find that the others are either too expensive for what you get, or the food is just average. There isn't a real standout of a restaurant there (yet, as there are tons of empty retail spaces). So when we are going for a hike, or going to visit the falls...we always stop at MOD for reasonably priced personalized pizzas...they are always good. And if you like desserts, their housemade ding-dong style cakes are scrumptious! read more

The manager or owner in the beanie with the short full beard has exceptional customer service.

We were hungry for a quick lunch and my boyfriend's heard good things about MOD. We walked up to the counter and the gentleman asked if we'd been to MOD before, which we hadn't, and explained the ordering procedures to us. I love that the price depends on the size of your pizza & that you can customize the toppings you want! Freshly baked & delicious! read more

Very slow service compared to other mods but the pizza is great. I would come here prices are very good and a fun hangout. read more

MOD Pizza - Pizza - Fast Food Near Me - Snoqualmie, Washington

This is a great spot for everyone in your family to get their pizza just the way they want. I also appreciate two kinds of gluten free crust. read more

These guys do a great job. When the place is slammed, they somehow crank pizzas at a crazy pace. It's perfect every time, which is impressive considering there's 15-20 of those in there at the same time. I think it's a touch expensive, but the consistency makes it well worth it and has me returning for more. The friendly and professional staff is a huge plus as well. read more

First time visiting MOD and what a great space! Very friendly customer service and as a vegetarian there are a lot of hearty choices! So excited to have this in our backyard! read more

Yesssss! Finally a mod pizza close to my house! It's only been open for a day but we definitely will be coming back ! The staff was super friendly and everyone said hello when we walked in! Plus we got one free pizza! :) read more

Great pizza. The staff was friendly & the restaurant was clean. All of this make it an A in my book.

I just had the two nicest workers their but I didn't get their names and they gave me and my friend the best mod service ever

Since this location opened have visited 4 times and every time has been a disappointment. From the service to the food quality I have not had one good experience. Prior to this location opening we frequented the Issaquah location on a weekly basis. Since my visits have been few and far between it must be a leadership issue. read more

Great staff! Awesome pizza. Thank you Jessie for the wonderful service. Fun atmosphere.

Visiting San Francisco for the first time with my boyfriend and the staff was exceptional! Next time I'm in town I'm coming back for sure!! Thank you especially for Josh and his positive attitude! Need more people like him in this world :) read more

My Family and I love Mods Pizza. Great Customer Service. Pizzas are delicious. So happy to Mods on the Ridge as a dining option.

I had my first MOD pizza experience at this location. A very friendly staff. A super clean restaurant. The food was incredible. I will return! read more

Good pizza with crap service if you're thinking of online orders. So either go in and order in person or just order online from somewhere else. Online order said ready by 5:35 after ordering at 5:10. They argued to say it said 5:45 On their order. By 5:55 almost all pizzas were ready. Lesson learned that this Internet thing might be too complicated for now. read more

This Mod is great! Very clean store, very good food, great prices and there is an older guy (not a kid) with a lot of tattoos who is very fast, always has a great attitude and pizza on point!!! On top of all of that, the store is very close to where I work, so it's very convenient for me. read more

Prepaid for order times four pizzas. Granddaughters went to get pizzas. Refused to give pizzas to them. Called, talked to a very rude clerk who argued about the order for ten minutes. Finally got the pizzas. The flavor of the food was quite dreadful, with the crust separating in two, and poor ingredients used. Worst pizza ever tasted. Will never go back. read more

The WORST ever!! Usually we have a good experience at MOD, but this location is in desperate need of help! Went the other night to order a pizza and a salad. Waited in line, all of 3 people ahead of us, for 15 minutes to place our order. They were extremely understaffed trying to help walk-ins and take internet orders at the same time. Customers started complaining about the wait time and wanted refunds. In the meantime, about 8 pizzas were sitting on the counter uncooked because there was no one manning the oven. I felt bad for the employees because they were apologetic and working as hard as they could, but just couldn't catch up. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, still seeing our uncooked pizza on the counter, we walked out- starving!! Will NEVER go back. read more

Great fast pizza with whatever toppings you like. Light thin crust pizza (we love it but maybe not for everyone). They have two beers on tap as well read more

Best pizza I've ever had! As a first time customer I was impressed by the level of professionalism shown by the staff. This store showed excellent upkeep and cleanliness. Would recommend to friends and family. read more

Slow and sketchy crew. Motley cree with limited coordination !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not recommended

I love MOD but lately the employees are generally extremely friendly and the food is great.. but within the past few weeks I've had a couple of bad experiences here. I'm a people watcher. I always watch what's going on when I go into a place.. So one instance was maybe a month ago when I walked in there and there was a line to the door and maybe 2-3 people scrambling to get things done and help customers. I turn and look to the corner of the restaurant and two mod employees were sitting on their computers and talking to each other while just watching the other employees work their asses off. I found that really unfair they couldn't spend 15 minutes helping their fellow co workers. The next questionable experience was a few weeks ago. I came in for a pizza and watched something really really awkward and uncomfortable for everyone. The lady making pizzas this day was raising her voice at a co worker loudly enough for the whole store to hear saying how since he had to have his break and because of that it kept her 10 minutes past the time she was due to be off work and that everything was "all about him" ummm what?! Who says that loudly in front of a busy restaurant?? The people in front of me in line turned and looked at me and said "wow what's her problem" I also was speechless. I've never seen anyone be so rude to someone about having to stay 10 minutes past their shift. I would never think to complain about being kept 10 minutes past my shift in a place full of people.. personally I wouldn't even say anything unless I really had to go to an appointment.. maybe take someone to the side and say it? I love mod pizza.. but wtf?? So rude and so unhelpful and embarrassing both times. It's been better the last few times I've been in- I won't stop going.. but I think someone has to be aware of things like this and how customers see it and feel uncomfortable. Anyways- love the cauliflower crust. So awesome. read more

MOD is known for being the fun place to go, with employees who make it fun to be here. However, this location is the first I've experienced where none of the staff seem like they want to be there. There were no smiles and small order changes were greeted with resistance. I won't be returning to this location, but I will definitely continue going to others (Issaquah highlands, Sammamish, Bellevue). read more

I just had my first experience at a MOD pizza and i have to say that I am extremely impressed. The gentleman that helped me was engaging and helpful with the process considering it was my first time in. The pizza is pretty phenomenal. I will definitely be back. read more

Not to impressed with this pizza joint! I know everyone likes individual pizzas! Just enough for a teenager to eat the MOD size! Then the choice of toppings! This pizza joint does not stand out! What makes the difference is the size of the pizza and the fact you get to see the fresh ingredients that is put on your pizza. I feel that this pizza place was put on the Snoqualmie Ridge because people up here got tired of Dominos, Frankie's Pizza ( not that great either! ) and Uncle Si Pizza! So I had the MOD size with pep, sausage, black olives and mushrooms! Usually this will take 7-8 minuets to cook! Do expecting by the time my order was taken it take 10-12 minutes! I waited for 25 minutes and of course they were busy but come one! The people behind got their pizza first! Do that sucked!!! So I went to MOD again in 2 weeks and this time ordered the double crust MOD! Same toppings, even worst result! Waited 30 min! Same lunch rush! I haven't been back since even though the hype of this store has gone down! I get better pizza and customer service at Pagliacci in Bellevue! So sad and disappointing! read more

Excellent food as usual, however perhaps they are understaffed. The first employee with whom we had an encounter, as we began the pizza making process, was so incredibly rude to not just myself (with his short answers and eye rolls when I couldn't hear him correctly) but also to the child behind us who couldn't hear him over the glass. I understand lunch rushes and having bad days, but maybe if there were more employees the front man would have had time to have a break and de-stress. I'm sad for him and his frustrating day but equally disappointed with the service we received. read more

i love mod but if the milkshakes don't come back i'm not eating here any more they were the best part of my day

Literally stood in line 40 minutes to place the order, and the line was not that long. Horribly managed and I would never come here again if I had more choices in Snoqualmie. read more

All I have to say is who does love coming home with a sticker? Pizza has always been good for me, and service has always been good.

So much better than the issaquah location. They have gluten free and dairy free options :). Everyone is super nice here and the location is very clean. read more
