A lot of the plate dishes that you order will probably be boxed up from the buffet. There are also quite a few burgers on the menu. I have not tried the burgers, but I tried a few items from the buffet, and the taste of everything was very good. There was a lack of vegetarian options, though there were several chicken dishes, but only shahi paneer and matar paneer for the vegetarians. They said that some days they also make dal. There was also some veg soup choices in the buffet. The chicken tikka masala tasted like the chicken tikka had been made in the tandoor and it tasted good. The chicken malai tikka was also pretty decent, even though heavy on the cream. I liked the basmati zeera rice and the raita. The shahi paneer was good but the matar paneer was too red and weird although the taste wasn't bad. The salad vegetables seemed like they had been sitting out all day and were all wilted. I would not eat the raw vegetables. The gulab jamun in buffet was ok but a little dense. The chai was tasty but totally cold. I was there at 5:30 PM so it was off peak time so that may be the reason. I ordered a samosa chaat. The samosas were good and hot, but chutneys left a lot to be desired. The green chutney tasted more like pesto, and the tamarind chutney tasted completely off. The yogurt was decent. The chole (chickpea curry) that came on the samosa chart was quite spicy and more like a curry rather than a chaat item. I would avoid the chat items at this place until they improve the taste of their chutneys. There are only two guys in the restaurant they are doing everything from cooking to cleaning to being the servers and cashiers. They are very friendly, but very busy, so you may not get attention if you need water or something else to be served to.you. The owner Jassy needs to hire more people if he wants this restaurant to provide proper service! It is a pretty big space so it has a lot of potential, if they can improve on the service and the atmosphere. Overall, I am giving it four stars, because a place like this was needed in North Bend, and the taste of their buffet was pretty good. However, they need to improve some aspects for this place to flourish.

I get takeout about once a month from here as part of our weekly rotation of "I don't feel like cooking tonight." Typically we get a hamburger and a cheeseburger, fries and onion rings. We split the very large portion of fries and the onion rings as well. Last night the guest in front of me ordered the jalapeño burger and I thought "Jalapeño? I didn't know they had that!" It's listed on the menu, but when you go to a place for a long time (for us, since the early 1990s), you kinda stop looking at the menu. So I tried the jalapeño burger, and I very pleased that they didn't just throw raw slices on the burger but instead grilled them a bit. It packed some heat, but without that raw grassy taste that you get from an uncooked pepper. The fries are usually quite quite good, and the onions rings can be a bit too well-done, so we ask for them "not too crispy!" and they're much easier to eat. You can get sauces such as ranch dressing for the onion rings at an extra cost. Other condiments like mustard, mayo, and ketchup are either on the burger itself or come as a free add-on. They have bison chili, and I've always wanted to try it, so I'll get that next time. The place is like one of the old-time burger shacks that you found on the side of the US highway system back in the 1940s, 50s, and 60s, which makes sense, because the main drag through North Bend used to be US 10 (which is replaced by I-90 3 miles to the south). It has a bare bones inside seating area, a front patio that is great in the summer but yikes it's cold in the winter, and their public bathrooms are available only from the outside. Prices tend to be midrange to a bit higher than a chain fast food place, but the food is better IMO and you're supporting a local business.

The plum sauce was the perfect taste to accompany them! Then my wife had a bowl of Thai fried rice with shrimp. The rice was slightly nutty and slightly sweet, and the rest of the ingredients were well-prepared and cooked. I had the Thai Beef Soup, which is similar to Pho, but spiced differently. It was also delicious, and with the 3-stars of heat, it was just about perfect! (I might go for 4 stars next time, as I like spice and heat in my food.) Our meal was delivered to our table quickly, and we spent a leisurely hour just eating and talking, and enjoying our time and the food. Highly recommend this place for good food! As we said last night upon leaving, we've found a new place to put into our rotation of "great places to eat in the Valley."

The portions were plentiful for one and really two. The meats are not seasoned or sauced. I was provided two small sauce cups which was nowhere near enough. I would rate both meats as average for bbq. The coleslaw was mostly shredded cabbage with some dressing. Not a creamy dressing like many places but more vinegar based. Again, it was average. The potato salad tasted like everyone else's. I'd guess it was a pre-made and not their own recipe. In all the dinner was fine. Little things like more sauce would have made it better.
