I was saved! After a hard I-5 drive including an unfortunate stop in Union Gap.. I decided to stop in North Bend to ebe sure i was in tip top shape for the rest of drive! YAY I see Taco Time when i pull off! The building is clean, nice parking lot- they must have a lot of come in from 90 business. I was greeted friendly. Food was excellent- crispy tater tots, sufficiently salted. Crispy taco perfect. Thank you. read more

My two stars has no reflection on the food. The food is always AMAZING! We don't live near "the good" Taco Times, so this is always a must stop for us. My comment is for the customer service. You walk in, can see 6ish people working in the back. You stand at the counter and nobody acknowledges you. At a minimum they could say hey- we're really busy with orders, would you mind using the kiosk to order. Maybe even put a sign on the counter directing people to go to the kiosk? I watched numerous people walk in and feel ignored, finally figuring out they needed to self order. Again, the food is always amazing. Please keep the Cesar wrap year round! read more

As the slogan goes " ANY TIME IS A TACO TIME "! Stopped by for a taste of taco prior to heading access the pass. Ordered a crisp beef taco / no tomato and oh boy was it tasty. Nothing better than meat , cheese lettuce and a deep friend shell to get your taste buds moving in the morning. Super fast in store order and didn't have to look for clean table. Staff had that taco in a bag and in my hand before I could even get the lid on my drink. You just don't get service like that anymore. This is my testimony about my taco experience. read more

Taco Time - Beef Combo #2 Crisp Burrito - Mexican Near Me - North Bend, Washington

I felt so compelled to write this review that I'm still in the parking lot, having just received my meal. The young woman who took my order at the counter was so personable and friendly and efficient! I wish I had gotten her name. There was a young man named Alex filling orders and delivering them to customers in the dining area. He was so polite and friendly, and seemed to care a lot about the quality of work he was doing. I've eaten at this restaurant before and the food is always good. It's the quality of the staff today was noteworthy. My compliments to whoever hired these two young people! read more

Stopped by here to try the new spicy tots and spicy ranch. They did. It disappoint. My only issue was the place was sticky as you walked around. Could have been to much soap in the mop bucket. That could be improved upon read more

Sitting in Taco Time eating tacos for Cinco de Mayo. There's a special on the door: 3 crispy tacos for $5! What a deal considering the world right now. Waited at the counter for a few minutes to give my order but nobody paid any attention. A guy walked up to deliver an order and pointed me at the self-service kiosk. My full price tacos just taste kinda bitter. Yay, Taco Time. I really should have driven to Chipotle a couple of towns away. I said something when I got my tacos from the counter. I was told that I should have asked. I wonder who I was supposed to ask? Nobody in the front of the store. read more

Taco Time - Empty front counter ... everyone is in the kitchen making food for the drive thru I assume. - Mexican Near Me - North Bend, Washington

I went here on my way back to Seattle, was surprised at the tip option at the SELF SERVE KIOSK. Who am I tipping? My only interaction was someone calling my name and putting my food on the counter. They don't even bring it to your table, which was dirty by the way. Do not recommend. read more

Taco Time - Ordering kiosk - Mexican Near Me - North Bend, Washington

I don't understand the appeal of taco time. Must be a NW thing because it's definitely not my vibe at all. It reminds me of the "Mexican" food you can buy at the frozen section of tge grocery store. I will say that the salsa and tots are pretty decent. I really don't like anything else here, especially the prices :'D read more

I'm a sucker for the crispy beef burritos. Just the perfect hand held food. I also am a fan of the crustos. I remember they used to have a salsa bar years ago but not anymore. I loved the kiosks for ordering. So many memories when I bit into the burrito. read more

Fast food place with worst tacos I remember having in long time... just lettuce with a spoon of ground beef (chicken a bit more generous). No salsa, just packaged hot sauce. $13-15 for a combo (drink and potatoes tats) with 2 x tacos. Worst of all, when paying the screen asking for a tip just flashed before asking to tap the card. I could not see if there was any default selection, let alone touch anything. Unfortunately, the receipt showed that it defaulted to 25%!! There several other options in the same shopping center, stay away from this one! read more

I ordered two crispy beef tacos and tater tots, and they were really good! Very much crispy. The guy working there today was directing us / the line very well. The restaurant is quite big, and I loved how long the booth seatings are. read more

This was the most unoriginal mess. We waited 25 min for our food. When we got it mine was a bean burrito, I ordered beef. I don't send it back because it took to long to get it in the first place. My husband ordered a soft taco. It was cold when he got it. Will not be going back there. read more

Waited 30 minutes for a 4 person order with 2 orders in front of us and half the burritos were falling out at the end or just split in the middle entirely read more

Quick service and mostly accurate order (gave us tomatoes although I requested none) but my 5 year olds taco shell was all busted up. They also put ranch on all their soft tacos which is different than any other taco time. Floor was a bit dirty and tables too. Didn't see anybody come out to clean while we were there. read more

Taco Time - Busted up taco in the dining room - Mexican Near Me - North Bend, Washington

The food was really good. Service was great; friendly staff. Wish I could go here every day. (Open one in East County/ San Diego!!)

I placed order about 7:45. It was processed and said it would be delivered at 8:09. I didn't expect it to be that exact, but it is now 8:35 and I have still not received my dinner. To add insult to injury, I tried calling the store. They have a Customer Service number that says they'll call you back as soon as they can. There is not way to contact the store to find out where my order is. UNACCEPTABLE, UNACCEPTABLE, Follow-up: I drove to Taco Time. The manager apologized profusely, advised me to notify GRUBHUB for full refund, made a Taco Salad and handed it to me, no charged. I was a reasonably happy camper. Satisfied read more

I'm giving two stars because the food is usually good. I stopped in one night last week and when I walked in, I threw a plastic bottle into the trashcan. I was looking up at the menu and noticed that an employee rushed by me and was saying something that I couldn't understand. Then I saw him reach into the trashcan and pull the plastic bottle out He very rudely and unnecessarily told me that I threw it in the wrong trashcan. I didn't know he was talking to me and didn't understand what he was saying and I really don't understand why he had such an attitude about something so simple and an obvious mistake. He got loud And unprofessional and I admittedly got pretty loud too because I wasn't going to put up with it. The other employee was very apologetic and tried to calm the situation down. I apologized for the misunderstanding and went to leave. The nice employee said "we are so sorry. Would you still like to order food". I just said "no thank you. I've lost my appetite" and I left. That's the last time I will ever visit this location again. It's sad too because I live inNorth Bend. read more

My friend described Taco Time as: if Taco Bell and Chipotle had a baby, and I feel like that accurately sums it up. It's a great PNW post-hike fuel-up and hits the spot if you're craving a protein bowl, taco, or burrito. read more

A fast food place that tastes fresh and isn't a burger. I like their fit hit bowls and tots with ranch. Good portions for the price, and the staff is always friendly. We've ordered thru DoorDash a few times as well. read more

This place is OK as far as food quality and order accuracy. None of the workers are wearing masks. They seem to consistently forget sauces. It was missing at least one sauce. read more

Food is good, service is horrible. They have the choice to do customer service, and I have the choice of going somewhere I can speak with a human and make an order without needing to find a human to explain the kiosk ordering system. Really? 12 screens to order an enchilada plate? Here's the thing. Fast food that isn't fast - isn't fast food. Customer service that doesn't interact with customers - isn't customer service. Relationships are how you build business, not whatever you are doing there. read more

Ordered online for pickup - it took FOREVER to get our food, and then we still had to get our own drinks even though we ordered them in the app. I think it would have been much quicker to go through the drive-through. In addition, the portion sizes were much smaller than I've ever seen before. The kids meal was toddler sized and my natural burrito had hardly any filling - it was mostly just the tortilla shell. The prices have drastically increased so that I will likely not visit Taco Time much in the future. What a disappointment since it's just about the only fast food I like. read more

Good food but super slow service. Workers in the kitchen spend half their time glancing at computer monitors looking down at the food and then back up at the screen......over and over. I have stopped here for years while traveling but not for about 8 months lately. This place has really gone down hill. All I wanted was to crisp bean burritos It's not like you could have these premade in anticipation of lunch. Cashier experience has been moved to self-serve kiosk switch doesn't really matter, but it has seemed to slowed things down. Several signs posted that explained you only get one taco sauce cup per entrée you order. I ordered two crisp bean burritos and they only give me one taco sauce which wasn't enough. Very disappointing. read more

Decent chicken burrito. I like Taco Time and there are few places to choose from in North Bend. Cashier was friendly and remembered the receipt. read more

Stopped to get food while passing through the mountains on 8/ 1/22 around 11am. Unfortunately the dining room was closed, not sure why maybe due to limited staffing or still due to covid. We waited SO long in the drive thru maybe 20 mins. When we finally got our food and drove off we were so disappointed that the Mexi-Fries were extremely cold, almost as if they were last night's batch. My husband was also frustrated that his Coke was actually Diet Coke which he hates. What a waste of money and time. read more

Killer taco fast food chain. Not a national chain like it's red haired cousin, Taco Bell. Probably the reason this place serves restaurant quality Americanized faux Mexican grub, as a whole, I stand by this statement. Today I am saddened. North Bend, a once very enjoyable roadside attraction for the Seattle crowd heading out to ski, or travel further, towards the numerous quiet towns just opposite the Snowqualmie mountains diving the state. Today it's a growing urban sprawl, rapidly filling the gap from the foot of the mountains practically the entire (40+ miles) way back to Seattle. The traffic is LA esque. When I was young, the entire population of that town was just about the same as the human count I just observed in a 3 square block area which this lousy Taco Bell, a McDs, a couple convenience stores and both a Starbucks as well as small coffee kiosk are located. The order was completely failure prone, down to the missing burrito as well as ketchup not delivered, while they managed to upgrade TateR tot and drink sizes, specifically stated to be "small". My Habanero burrito wasn't terrible. But I overlooked that the menu probably stated that it was beef, black beans 80% RICE, and just the flavor of habanero with a smidgen of heat. Essentially paste. Decent taste, but indeed just a paste enveloped in a flour tortilla. Not ever again. My sister had a deep fried pinto burrito. Withered and not impressive, but she said it was tasty. I disagree, though I didn't accept an offered bite. Moms tacos did look appealing. Had this place offered indoor seating I might've requested some corrections, as well as my burrito be swapped for something with substance (tomatoes, cheese etc) but because of closed dining, we instead ate at the picnic table which was adjacent to the (hidden) dumpster. I can't recommend this to anyone aside from Persians someone I disliked enough to bother wasting a few suggestions for their meal. read more

If I'm gonna eat food from a bag that's passed through a window, this is where I want that window to be. My favorite order is the fish taco meal, which means it includes my all-time favorite side dish invented by Taco Time: Tater tots. Oh, sorry. I mean Mexi Fries. They invented Mexi Fries. Yeah, I'll take dos orders of those, please. Gracias read more

After ordering online we waited at restaurant for 30min before being told our order never came through. At 8months pregnant with a hungry toddler we were still understanding of how busy they were. However, the cashier refused to honor email proof of order and payment. Was told we wouldn't get any food or a refund. The customer service was appalling. read more

Allow me to set the mood, I was STARVING after a long day of church. I was like hey, let's go to my favorite restaurant. Vandalism-beware-screws littering parking spots. This place has well prepared food and most of the employees are great. However, today I stopped in for lunch and when I was about to leave, I realized that there were short screws littering my parking spot and the spot next to me. I found over 20 screws. I brought them in to the manager and explained that this is likely no accident, but typically this is vandalism. I told them that if I ended up with a flat tire, I hope that they will have a police report on record already for the vandalism. The manager (a young guy with a beard) seemed nice enough but I don't think he understood the liability issue involved or how serious this could be. I took time to check around again and check my tires, and no one came out to start cleaning. Fingers crossed that nothing happened to my tires! read more

Line was nearly out the door yet they only had 2 people on the registers. We almost left and went elsewhere except I really wanted to try the Habanero Burrito. Service and food quality was fine, but the Habanero Burrito didn't have any Habanero on it that I could detect. If they weren't so busy I would have demanded a re-do or a refund but instead we just left. read more

On Sunday, July 21, we went to taco time in North Bend and picked up an order and on the way back to the car saw that there was a dog in distress in a parked car with the windows barely cracked. The temperature was in the low 80s. I went back in and talked to the manager. She said I'm sorry I'm too busy to take care of that. When I said how long does it take to make an announcement that there is a dog suffering in a hot car, The woman rudely dismissed me. I said that I will have to call the police then and she said, well go right ahead. I sent an email to the corporate office and never heard anything back from them. It's not often I give fast food 5 stars, but this particular location is far above any I've been to. After a particularly bad day, I stopped in about 30 minutes to closing time to get some food.
