Best deli ad in 425 magazine

This place is amazing. The sandwiches are as good as any famous deli I've been too. I came because I saw them in the 425 magazines best of 2025, no wonder they won best deli! You won't be disappointed.

Carman Ribeye, 3 lb. Reverse seared.

If you are going to take over 40 minutes to make a sandwich you should let the customer know so they can decide if they want to eat there

Dynamite burger! Being next to a brewery a huge plus! Can't wait to try more from the menu.

Their salads and sandwiches are an easy go-to, and on weekends the smash burgers are worth planning around.

Buckshot Honey delivered one of the best casual dining experiences we've had in a long time. My…read morewife ordered the chicken sandwich special, and it was outstanding. The chicken had a fantastic mesquite seasoning, paired perfectly with a pickled jalapeño aioli that added just the right balance of heat and tang. The bun was fresh and held everything together without getting soggy, which made the whole sandwich even better. I went with the mac and cheese bowl, and it was pure comfort food done right. The rich, creamy cheese sauce over large shell noodles was excellent on its own, but adding brisket took it to another level. The cornbread crumbles and potato chips added great texture, and a drizzle of Buckshot Honey BBQ sauce tied everything together. Every bite was loaded with flavor. What really stood out was the owner working behind the bar. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely engaged with guests, constantly checking in and making conversation. You can tell he takes real pride in his restaurant, and it shows in both the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommend Buckshot Honey. We're already looking forward to coming back and working our way through the rest of the menu. And hopefully that chicken sandwich special makes its way onto the regular menu soon.

Mixed reviews on our dinner at Buckshot Honey…read more My husband loved the brisket sandwich. For me, an almost $20 sandwich should be better as I had lots of fat on my sandwich. BUT I do agree the meat was quality and the challah bread bun was absolutely fabulous. The venue was incredibly dark with eclectic music - definitely did not make me want to spend much time hanging out and I couldn't wait to leave. If we try it again, I'd do takeout as I did not want to be there

Today, I knew I would be driving through, so I decided to check this place out. I'd looked at the website and felt confident I would find at least one item to sample and take with me. I was greeted by a young woman who was very friendly. She pointed out the selection and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told her I was interested in Hot Links; she asked if I wanted fresh or smoked. I advised Smoked and when she checked, they were sold out. At that point, I decided to settle for fresh and when we looked there, again they were sold out. I don't know if the links are that good, or if they just aren't gifted at managing their inventory. It's Friday and I'd like to believe you want everything stocked going into a weekend. At that point, I asked about Jerky, she handed me a pack, but I passed. It had brown sugar, which the cheap grocery store jerky's have. Meat is savory, not sweet, if you want sweet jerky, then add it to teriyaki, but plain jerky should have very little if any sugar in my opinion. I would have considered this a bust, but I was headed up the road to Blue Max anyway and they have the best jerky in the region in my opinion, unfortunately their hot link is more of a spicy hot dog than traditional Louisiana Red.
