Has good food but slow service and horrible customer service. Was out of roast beef because "some had burned the roast beef this morning". While moving to our new house, we discovered we hadn't eaten anything all day. On our way back to our condo, we stopped by Jersey Mike's, since it was one of the few places open at 11am during the pandemic. I hadn't been to a Jersey Mike's before, and they didn't have the bbq that my wife's parents wanted... but they did have sandwiches which both (Malaysian) parents greatly enjoyed... But that's not why I'm here. I took too long to decide, and maybe somewhat irritated the staff with my indecision, especially during this time. Not to mention I had to practically yell my order through the plexiglass and mask. I agreed to get my Italian sub 'Mike's Way', not knowing they were going to douse it in dreaded Vinegar. Note - the only thing I hate more than Cilantro (no politics) is Vinegar. But I like trying new things, so I hesitantly accepted - Besides, I did agree to Mike's Way! It took us nearly an hour to get home, and all I could think was - I'm Hungry - and this sandwich with all this delicious fresh meat and cheese is soaking in dreaded Vinegar! Well, we finally got home. I grabbed some garlic kettle chips and took a bite. The sandwich lasted possibly 5 minutes, maybe 6... And it was gone. And I wanted another. YUMMY! I wanted to go back and thank them, but it's the pandemic. We're still moving, so I look forward to my next visit - I promise to tip from now on!! My wife thanks you for helping me find a new delicious (non cheeseburger) meal. In fact, just writing this and remembering my tasty lunch is making me hungry for another one. When this location first opened all was good! Good subs and good service.... but lately have noticed standing in line a lot longer as staff is making subs for on line and call in orders. So I feel service is not as good especially when very busy. read more

First time at any Jersey Mikes.... Super friendly staff, clean place with plenty of seating. The sandwich is definitely different from subway or Quiznos. They pile on the ingredients and the fresh sliced is a nice touch. The only real complaint is the crappy-tinny-speaker-loud music blasting. Delicious subs and even better customer service. I wasn't having the best day, but that completely turned around after my experience at Jersey Mike's. The staff was so friendly and seemed genuinely excited to be working there. It's amazing how a few friendly smiles can just wash away negative energy. Thanks for that! Have not tried any of their cold sandwiches as I have fallen in love with their Philly Cheesesteak. It is amazing and closest to a real Philly cheesesteak outside of Philadelphia. The meat, cheese, onion and bread ratio is perfect. It does take awhile to get a hot sub as they make them to order but it's worth the wait! I love Jersey Mikes! read more

Well, if you like meat then this is your place. I don't so it was a waste of money for me. A salad with 3 slices of cheese, some tomato, bell pepper and salad dressing for $9 just makes me kind of grumpy. If the rest of my family hadn't been eating here I would have just found another place to eat. A vegetarian protein option would be a nice addition and would do a lot to cater to a big market here. Potbelly's has hummus. Subway has a veggie patty and avocado. They could do tempeh, hummus, marinated tofu, etc. I won't eat here again. My husband might, he liked his sandwich but still at over $8 for a sandwich plus $2.50 for chips and a drink we'd pay a few dollars more and go somewhere to be waited on. read more

The biggest problem with this Jersey Mike's is that it's the combination of mediocre food and SLOW service. One of those two things alone might warrant a 4 star review, combined is a fail. I'm here today because I needed a quick lunch and thought I'd pop in and get on my way. I've eaten before and it was both mediocre and slow but I thought a second time would remedy this. Nope. I ordered at 1:36pm. I got my food at 1:57pm. I'm eating now and the bread is dry and mostly tasteless, the turkey feels conversely slimy in a really strange way and the rest of the sandwich is otherwise nondescript. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich is good but in no way authentic. The cold subs are good. Just get it 'mikes way' and you'll enjoy it. I like it 'Jeffs way' so I prefer subway for the extra topping choices. The service has always been excellent. It's nothing to brag about nor complain about. Love the sandwiches here. But the service is continuing to go more and more down hill each time I go. This most recent time they were somehow out of every kind of Bread except wheat. Then didn't do the correct kind of sandwich, put wrong kind of cheese, had to remind them of the toppings to add multiple times. Service was super slow again as well. 4+ They had a rush of customers when I arrived so I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome the service was. Nicest lady behind the counter tonight. She had some help but she was definitely in charge, and she was amazing. Very aware of the individual customers and reacted to each of us very well. I had one of the club subs, it had lots of meat, veggies, their amazing sauce and spices, but the fact that the bacon was crispy - that tipped my review to the plus side. I would never recommend the North Bend location. This is our second time here and both weren't good experiences. Tonight one of the employees honest to god looked like he was cracked out. Was running laps outside the store because he was "too hot", could barely make out a sentence he was slurring to bad, and was shaking like crazy while handling our food.
