Self-serve was easy---make your salad and weigh it at the register. My large tray salad (see pic) was $17.21. It was two meals worth! The ingredients were all very fresh with a few spectacular choices--crumbled blue cheese, artichoke hearts, diced red pepper, cubed ham, roasted chicken, hard-boiled eggs, pickled beets, Kalamata olives, and sweet pickle chips. I love blue cheese dressing, especially when I can choose the amount. Dilly's is a little diluted and lacks garlic, but the crumbled blue cheese made it all work. Also, salt and pepper was needed--if it was there, I didn't see any. But hey, this is the most complete salad bar I've seen in Wenatchee. I also took home a Tuna-Tuna sandwich for Sherrie--she loved it. I think we're hooked! There's a loyalty program--1 Star for every $10 spent, and 50% off next purchase after 10 Stars. (Yes, sales tax is included in the calculation) What's not to like?!?!

Had already driven away and store was closed when I realized they did not put turkey on a sandwich I paid extra for. Everyone was disappointed with their food and agreed never again.

What a hidden gem!! Their $6.99 sandwich deal is an awesome value, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a hearty, affordable hike lunch. You can choose from one of their set sandwiches (like the Reuben, Silly Phillies, or Wild Turkey) or build your own from a generous selection of breads, cheeses, condiments, meats, and veggies. And it comes with a complimentary bag of chips! - Reuben - a warm, pressed classic. Generous corned beef, melted Swiss, tangy sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing on grilled bread. Super satisfying and perfect trail fuel - Turkey Cranberry - layers of turkey with cranberry spread, cheese slices, and fresh fixings. Sweet, savory, and delicious The deli counter is right inside on your left when you walk in. Everyone behind the counter was incredibly friendly, genuinely chatting with us about our hike plans and offering samples from the bakery. Our sandwiches were made fresh and hot in minutes! The overall vibe is that of a local neighborhood grocery with staff who truly care. We loved it so much, we came back for round two. Don't miss this spot if you're prepping for a hike -- Dan's does a trail lunch done right!

I especially loved their in-house "Dan's" label products. I brought several items home with me, including their BBQ rub, black peppercorns, and of course, coffee! Their hours are incredibly convenient (5:00 AM - 10:00 PM), which makes it easy to pop in anytime. We even visited during a snowstorm -- and yes, they were open! The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see us. It's like visiting your Granny's Home ;)

I love Jersey Mikes and I recently had to go gluten free due to a gluten intolerance. Please read…read moreon if you do as well, as I hope this will be helpful for you The food: I let the employees know I needed to have my order gluten free. One of the employees washed her hands and they both changed gloves. She also wiped down the meat and cheese slicer machine (though that doesn't get rid of gluten, if there is any) and wiped down the counter. She brought out a separate tray and knife to protect the gluten free bread from the counter. The gluten free bread itself was in a little plastic bag (like from a company, and hadn't been opened yet). I really appreciated their procedures to prevent cross contamination, as I feel most restaurants aren't really drilled on it. Some (some, not all) of their sodas are gluten free, since they contain agave instead of gluten and other artificial flavors. There are also gluten free chips available. The gluten free bread didn't actually taste like sponges and tasted pretty okay instead. I got the super sub and it was very good! The service: As mentioned, the employees were incredibly considerate and thoughtful when it came to my gluten allergy. I appreciated it so much, so kudos to the team at Jersey Mikes! The environment: The restaurant is a moderate size, has about 5 or 6 tables, and has 2 bathrooms. It was clean, orderly, and well lit. Final thoughts: The experience went well for me, but if you seriously need to avoid cross contamination, there is still a risk of it (and I think it depends who is working there and how knowledgeable they are of it as well).

We walked in without any customers around, the first thing the person working did was mention they couldn't wait to get off work. No explanation on how they do things, I misheard the ingredients, one of which I'm allergic to. Was given attitude when asked to remove it, I felt like if they were more clear that wouldn't have happened, we checked out with the expectation of leaving a tip to find not one clean table!!! don't even get me started on the disgusting bathroom. I hope the manager reads this and has a peptalk with the employees. It's time to bring pride back into the workplace. I didn't finish my food- if employees are OK with their restaurant and restrooms that dirty then how does the back look?
