Used to love this place. Have not eaten there in a few years. Ordered two sandwiches, a red Rueben and a roast turkey sandwich. The Reuben taste great, but had exactly two micro thin slices of meat. I was foiled again in my attempt to find a yummy tuna sandwich in this town. I had super high hopes for this restaurant from the moment we walked in. It's got a funky, vibrant vibe going on--from the chalkboard menu, to the local artwork on the walls, to the Yeti hanging from the ceiling. The Playlist was even on point, with classic rock favorites being covered by what sounded like an indie singer/band. And the menu items all looked appetizing, with fresh ingredients. And since I'm a sucker for a good tuna sandwich, when I saw a tuna melt with their "secret tuna salad," I was sold. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what the "secret" of the tuna is, and I don't want to find out. The sandwich was painfully one note and desperately needed some acid and some texture. Even the tomato couldn't improve the blandness of the goopy stuff. There were no veggies at all in the tuna. No crunch. The only saving grace about the sandwich was that the bread was toasted well with a nice crunch, and the pickle spear on the side. Like I said, I really want to like this place. At least the watermelon lemonade was yummy. Not too sweet with actual watermelon in it, not a syrup. Service was friendly and fast, even considering how busy they were. I'll probably be back to try another sandwich or a salad. But looks like I'll stick to making my tuna salad at home. I'm sure my husband will appreciate the cost effectiveness of that, even if I'm a little bummed. read more

So many choices for the sandwiches, salad, calzones and even Flatbread. So happy to have stopped by to grab myself a sandwich instead of typical fast food chain restaurant. The sandwich is pricey as it was 15 dollars for my powerhouse veggie sandwich, BUT you get the portion of 15 dollars. It is def for two people (at least for me) portion. The bread is fresh and toasted. Fresh cucumber, tomato, lettuce and Hummus. Honestly this is one of the best sandwich shops in the state. They do a lot of other things that look great. But I always just order one of the sandwiches. The bread is amazing. The vegetables they use seem fresh and in season any time of the year. The deli meats are top notch. I really need to try the pizza and other things they do. Excellent lunch place. So glad we stopped in here. The woman that took our order was beyond friendly as was the rest of the staff. She was helpful in guiding us on which sandwich to order. We settled on the Santa Fe and added a bit of fun chipotle sauce that was at the table. As others have said it's a very large sandwich so plenty for my husband and I to split. First time here. The ambience was great loved looking at all the stuff hanging around. Service was good just your normal sandwich shop. The sandwiches we ordered were tasty but not really fulfilling. My partner got the Santa Fe sandwich, a cookie and a beer. I got a beer, but due to having a rough day at work, I was too indecisive to get anything else. This is important because, although I came in a hot mess, and mostly came because I needed to get out of my head, the staff was bending over backwards to make us feel welcome. I don't know if we've felt this way in any other establishment in town. We just moved here in August from Colorado because of our jobs, and have struggled finding places where we felt welcome and like we belonged. The 2000's alt music plus the service plus the extensive chalkboard menu with creative ingredients was very welcome. It was by chance that we came here today, and I'm glad we did. The menu is yuge, and admittedly we didn't work very far thru it. This is a colorful, popular restaurant in "downtown" Wenatchee across the street from the convention center. Salads , soups, sandwiches hot or cold, calzones, pizzas, they make it all. Apparently they have quite a following as the place was full when we strolled in for lunch at around 12:45. The Line to order was about 15 deep and we nearly turned around to find another spot, but it was good that we stayed and gave it a try. Turkey, bacon avocado sandwich is one of their signature items, so easy choice; order what they're proud of. Served on a fresh roll with a large handful of chiffonade cut lettuce, it's a nice presentation. Nothing about the ingredients really stood out other than the roll. Standard smoked turkey, bacon, and a smear of avocado. Just fine, just not that special. French onion soup when done done right is a guilty pleasure. It's a cold winter day so why not give it a try? The classic is made with a rich beef stock and onions cooked down for hours into a buttery brown caramelized sweet candy allium party. Add some black pepper, sherry, a slab of rustic country bread topped with melted Gruyere. Oh boy! Well, that's not this soup. It has lots of onion flavor in a thick gravy-like broth. Maybe too much flour or cornstarch to thicken. They toss some croutons on top with a little grated cheese and pop it in the pizza oven to melt. Voila! Ze French onion soup. Almost. Not bad. I loved this place! I was visiting in Wenatchee and was looking for a healthy option.......Thank God for YELP! This place had an amazing menu filled with options for healthy and not so healthy. When I got there I was wondering if I could get in and out in my lunch hour because the line was so big and the place was pretty full. But the line moved quickly and from the time I ordered and the time I got my salad, only 7 minutes had passed. These guys are organized and work well as a team. They know what they are doing. I had a chopped salad and it was hands down the best chopped salad I have ever had. It was huge and filled with fresh and delicious ingredients. I savored every bite, and actually was not able to finish it. The food was reasonably priced and what you would expect for such healthy and fresh ingredients. Their pizza was honestly one of the best I have ever had. I will definitely be stopping back in there next time I'm in Wenatchee. My friend ordered the veggie sandwich and said it was good. You order up at the counter and then sit down at a table and wait for them to call your name or if you are seating in the other area they have two doors down they bring the food to you by walking it out the main door and outside with your food to the other seating area.It seemed pretty noisy in the main seating area to me but I'm sensitive to background noise when trying to hold a conversation.
