Super cute spot in Wenatchee for brunch! Prices were super fair and I really liked my breakfast sandwich. My partner thought his omelet was okay but still good. Waitress was a bit standoffish but overall a good experience! Coffee is... diner coffee. Drink at your own risk lol.

When I think of my ideal weekly breakfast spot, places like the Huckleberry are what I crave. Quick friendly service, plentiful portions and reasonable prices. But really - fluffy flavorful eggs, crispy hash browns, a stellar side fruit bowl, and hearty biscuits. And a great cup of coffee. Every town deserves a place like this.

Long wait on a Sunday morning. Waiting area is so small most of us were left to stand out in rain. After 45 minutes we were seated. They cram lots of people in minimal space. Our waitress was very nice! The best thing was the children's hot cocoa and chocolate milk, they decorated them pretty cute and the kids said they tasted good. Our food was terrible. I got the original eggs Benedict, which came with paper thin bacon and eggs that were overcooked. My hash browns tasted like pickles, I had my husband try them and he too said they had a pickle taste. I sent my inedible food back. The waitress was so sweet and offered me something else, at that point I was scared to try anything else. My husband's basic breakfast lacked in flavor and his biscuit was very dry. Kids pancakes weren't even tasty, kids wouldn't eat them. I don't understand what the hype here is about. Everyone that works there is very nice but it ends there. Food is terrible, will never return.

Love finding these great ears tucked away in an unassuming old-school house in Wenatchee! When you visit a place with huckleberry in their name, well it only makes sense you try the huckleberry Belgian waffle made with huckleberry compote, sweet creamy mascarpone cheese, and covered in whipped cream. It was awesome. We also got another of their popular dishes the Meat Lovers that dines with a heaping amount of diced potatoes, chopped bacon and ham, diced german sausage and green pepper and onion, cheddar cheese, and smothered with sausage gravy and two eggs over easy. To say that was t enough food you also get a choice of toast or homemade cornbread and we opted for the latter. Finally our last dish was the Crispy Cali Chicken Burger with sweet potatoe fries. Our server was great and came to check on us regularly and provided insights on the extensive menu.

The food here reminds me of my childhood. The American food at the diner on the weekend. The demver omelet was good. The owner was lovely sweet lady. The service is fine. I should warn you tht when you order omelet, it comes with a SIDE choice. We chose a pancake and it can feed a family of 5....

It's a two story house top floor is the restaurant and bottom is a store. Best way to explain it would be a private crackle barrel. However there are a lot of small 2/3 table seating anything 4 or more will cause longer wait times. Very popular and can get packed fast. Breakfast was amazing and even packed after order food came out pretty fast. Home biscuits are large and pancakes are extremely large for warning. Everyone enjoyed and loved breakfast.

This place is so stinkin cute! It was beautifully decorated inside for the holiday. The service was so quick and friendly. They had awesome coffee and seasonal selections. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the sausage, potatoes and huckleberry waffle!

Such a cute space with adorable seasonal holiday decor! My corned beef hash didn't have much taste. The best part was the seasoned country potatoes. Ordered huckleberry pancakes. Couldn't taste it much.

It's just heartwarming that they put up a Christmas tree.

This place is so cozy. We walked in and we were seated immediately. Our server, Becky was so sweet and very accommodating to the kids menu. Our food got to our table in 13 minutes. The Chicken fried steak and French toast was delicious and my husband's egg white meat lovers omelette was "amazing ". My daughter said she was in heaven after her first bite of a large chocolate chip pancake. Great food! Great experience!

Stopped by for breakfast after a short night away. We were looking for the best little comfort breakfast diner and truly believe we found it. Excellent staff, very homey, and the food was great! Plus it allowed for LOTS of leftovers. I ate my "omelette" for two more days afterwards. We also split the stuffed crapes, failed to grab a photo but they were the perfect sweet treat to a heavy savory breakfast.

2 egg omelet and french toast. Eggs, sausage links and GIANT pancake!

Wow! This was the best dinning experience I have had! The service was friendly, the food was delicious and the environment was lovely and clean! Food was well portioned! The flapjack was so big my boyfriend could only eat half! My boyfriend formally requested that the next time we drive through Wenatchee that we come to Wild Huckleberry!

    Blueberry waffle! Delish!!

Do they add a 3% surcharge to your bill if you pay with credit card?

I paid with cash so I don't know. Sorry.

    Gluten free options?

I don't believe there were many options

    Is there parking?

There is a limited amount of parking, including a disabled spot, right by the door. There is more parking across the street in a medium-sized lot. If you go during their busiest times, parking can be tricky.

Today was our second visit but the first to include food. We are in town for the week and stopped by for coffee three days ago and bantered a bit with the woman working the counter whose name we found out today is Amber. She's so awesome! I hope that business knows just how amazing she is and treats her accordingly. That first day we only ordered coffee and really liked it and the banter lifted us up a bit so that was cool. Today we went in for breakfast and coffee. She remembered us and everything unique about that first encounter. It was a good feeling after a crazy few days so that was wonderful. We also met Hannah who made the excellent coffees we had. We ordered a croque monsieur with an egg on top, a beirock (not sure I'm spelling that right), quiche and a morning bun. Everything was delicious! The beirock had eggs, cheese and bacon in it in a fully closed bun. That bun had such a good flavor that I would only order that next time. The quiche was creamy and smooth but the crust wasn't good. Our daughter who lives here and loves this place, especially their quiche (she says it's better than mine, lol) says the crust usually isn't as bad as it was today. For me, it tasted like it was microwaved (and maybe it was) and that taste and texture is not good. The filling was so tasty though. The morning bun was delicious. I don't normally love sweets for breakfast but it was yummy. The croque was fan-frickin-tastic and while Randy says he's had one that's better, it's not much better and he absolutely loved it. We all had tastes of it and loved it. We will absolutely be back next time we're in town and recommend you try this place out too. If you do, please tell Amber Bobo, Coco and Momo say HI!

Sadly, many of them have moved on. But some still remain, and encountering them again is exhilarating. I always look forward to the hugs and squealing laughter.--"...where did you go and what have you done...? We've missed you!" McGlinn's Alehouse is the place we spent most of our time for the first five years of our marriage. It was originally the Orondo Tavern, built in 1922 as a solid brick two-story commercial building in the small town rural American style--big, open storefront windows on the ground floor, and small offices and apartments on the second, with tiny windows surrounded in iron bar planters. Such buildings have long narrow internal staircases up the right side entrance--one you'd never access unless to lived in one of those vaults upstairs. I finally returned to McGlinn's tonight. I had been meaning to, long before this, but there was never any parking in front --many restaurants now have covered sidewalk-cabanas out front--a code violation waved during the COVID pandemic. Inside, the left wall is still that half-block-long cabinet of all the liquor bottles you can imagine, multiplied in depth by the mirrors behind them. Down the middle of the room is one long continuous table that seats 14 people on a side--yes, strangers sit together. At the very back wall there is still, the largest brick open-hearth wood-burning oven you'd ever bake a leg of lamb and two pizzas in, at the same time. And down the right side-wall were six wooden tables-of-four, all sealed in a hard resin clear coat, as shiny and clean as they were vintage and rustic. I sat in the first chair at the first table, my back to the stairway down to bathrooms in the basement below the sidewalk. I had the Pulled Pork Sandwich with Tim's chips, a departure from the "John Paul Bacon Burger with pickled onions (McGlinn's is famous for). Ask to sit in Sadie's section--she's been there 20 years. McGlinn's has been there 34 years! What's not to like about an old friend! -------== ##### ==-------

What they served were Flautas. not what I expected, but they were delicious. The quality of the ingredients is superb and fresh, definitely a cut above what you would expect. The flautas were $16.95. They came with rice and beans, however, that was five dollars extra. The cup of coffee was $3.95. So, all toll, the bill was just short of $26. I thought that was a little pricey, but certainly reasonable for a custom meal that's not on their menu. As Mexican food fare goes, Paradise is a higher class restaurant, and it's obvious they want to please their customers. I appreciated the special attention.
