We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated quickly too. Our server was fabulous - so friendly and helpful and attentive checking our meals were good and giving water and coffee refills. We ordered a cinnamon roll. When she brought out the dish, there were two large ones on it because they're normally larger (!) and she wanted us to have the equivalent. It was hot and delicious and between the three of us, we polished off 2/3 of it right away. I ordered the veggie pesto hash. Soooo yummy. I ordered mine without zucchini because it's just not a breakfast veggie to me lol. I did not notice or taste any pesto in the dish but the hollandaise was excellent on top. I tried their gravy to determine what bread I wanted (biscuit was an option) and it was so good. I'm such a gravy snob and this was quite flavorful with a creamy texture. I could barely finish my hash so I didn't touch the biscuit and gravy but our daughter will have it for leftovers this week. Randy ordered the pig and vine bene with hash browns. The bacon on his was crumbles instead of actual pieces of bacon so that was disappointing and he said the hash browns were cooked inconsistently with some of it being overcooked and all of it lacking flavor. Corina ordered the three meat hash and liked it a lot. She could only eat half - the portions are large - so more leftovers for her. Our waitress was friendly and kind, even though it was very busy. You can tell this place stays popular, and the staff works hard to keep things moving. It was packed, which speaks to how loved it is, but that does mean the tables are a bit close together and navigating the space can be slightly challenging. Love finding these great ears tucked away in an unassuming old-school house in Wenatchee! When you visit a place with huckleberry in their name, well it only makes sense you try the huckleberry Belgian waffle made with huckleberry compote, sweet creamy mascarpone cheese, and covered in whipped cream. We also got another of their popular dishes the Meat Lovers that dines with a heaping amount of diced potatoes, chopped bacon and ham, diced german sausage and green pepper and onion, cheddar cheese, and smothered with sausage gravy and two eggs over easy. The California Benedict eggs were poached and they were OK, the potatoes had some type of herbal seasoning, but no salt whatsoever so they were very flat tasting to me . And when you have a hollandaise sauce, that's supposed to make up the difference, the hollandaise sauce actually added to the flatness of the dish. 6.9/10. This place is so cozy. We walked in and we were seated immediately. Our server, Becky was so sweet and very accommodating to the kids menu. Our food got to our table in 13 minutes. This restaurant has several locations throughout Chelan County. Breakfast, lunch or dinner it's always good food. Portions are generous and enough for two people or one person with a hungry appetite. Staff is courteous but the level of service depends on how busy they are which is quite busy most of the time. The Pybus Public Market (The Huck) location is always busy so expect a long wait during busy hours especially on the weekends during spring and summer. Pybus Public Market (The Huck) has the best ambiance and people watching is the best as it is located inside the market building. Inside and outside seating available. If you aren't in a hurry The Huck is a must. Lots of parking but if the market is busy you will have a long walk, parking fills up fast. read more

I don't usually write bad reviews, I just end up not going back. Unfortunately, my husband and I came back to the wild huckleberry as we had a great first time and food ( breakfast) was amazing. This was our second attempt here and it was busy. It didn't take long to get a seat, but once seated our waitress didn't come to our table, someone brought us water and coffee. We sat there for 10 minutes without acknowledgement. There was a table of 10 seated after us, they ordered before us and still our waitress didn't acknowledge us. Someone came by to see if we wanted drinks we already had. My husband and I gave him our order. My sandwich was great! My husband ordered the chicken cashew sandwich it was full of cashews and salad, very to little chicken. Sadly we thought we found a good brunch place, but when we visit Leavenworth again we will not be stopping by again, I can forgive a bad day for the kitchen and will try it again, but I cannot go back where the customer service wasn't there.
