The store has a small coffee area that was close when I walked in the store today. I'm am 68 yrs old and was a bit over heated as I walked to the store (didn't drive) and it was very hot outside. I needed to sit down to catch my breath. A women came and asked me if I needed anything as the area was closed. I explained I needed to sit for a moment and she said NO it's a closed area. Amazing craft selection, landmark, must visit. Not your typical beer nerd place, which is awesome.

This little market place is a gem. It's small and compact, but chockful of grocery basics and unique items. It's fun to wander through the aisles and see what you come across. Also for the size of the store, they have a pretty expansive variety of beers, ciders, liquors and local wines. They also have a small cold and hot deli so you can pick up a quick lunch or take home dinner on the way. It's a great, locally owned business. read more

I've been shopping at the Plaza since I was a kid growing up in Wenatchee, a long time. It's had many faces and different vibes through the years from mediocre and slightly scary to the charming market it's become. Kudos to staff and management for making the Plaza a great place to shop. It's clean, well stocked and organized, friendly, convenient and feels safe in these challenging times. No one loves wearing masks, I get it, but THANK YOU to the staff at the Plaza for ensuring everyone coming into the store is wearing one. On two separate occasions, two different cashiers asked customers to please put on a mask. In both cases the customer was politely offered a mask for purchase. One customer went back to his car for a mask, the other chose to purchase one. No one got upset or angry or confrontational which was a relief to witness. I stopped going to any store other than the Plaza during my recent visit because mask compliance was so lax and unenforced. I also want to give a shout out to Marshall for his holiday spirit this Christmas. After doing some shopping around town Christmas Eve, I made a quick stop at the Plaza for a few last minute items. It was heartwarming to stand in line and hear Marshall wishing all his customers, Merry Christmas. Literally nowhere I'd been all day, did anyone offer a Merry Christmas or even Happy Holidays, everyone actually seemed a little taken aback when I wished them Merry Christmas. The Plaza has been around a lot of years, seen many eras come and go and thankfully, through them all, still retains its small town, neighborly charm and values. read more

Every time I go in there I am ripped off.The latest story involves 2 cans of soda for a buck.Heads up they are not.I have many other tales on times this store has either took advantage of me or attempted to.I am in a wheelchair and in so many other ways my life is bad.I do not want to add a scam market to my list of problems. read more

Best selection of beers in town. The owner listens to people's requests (he helped me get my favorite beer into his refrigerators). He also trains his staff well because they are always friendly, always taking the time to stop what they're doing and ask if they can be of assistance, and simply just nice. read more

I use to go here all the time. Never again will I be giving them my business. I was buying a drink for my husband and the lady at the check out told me she wouldn't sell it to me cause I was all ready intoxicated. Although I hadn't been drinking or any thing. PSJ is the perfect neighborhood store. The employees are always incredibly nice and ask if I need help finding anything EVERY SINGLE TIME I pass someone. They have the best produce in town, although limited, you can trust it's fresh. They have a small coffee shop inside, I haven't tried it yet but super convenient. My one and only complaint is the line is always super long, which is awesome for a local business, however they could use some more staff. read more

Great place to shop. Down home feel. Better quality of meats and produce than most chain stores. Lots of local suppliers. Superior customer service. The owner works the store just like his employees. He is definitely a part of the business. The employees are paid and treated with the respect they deserve. They always seem happy to be at work. Definitely a store to check out. I work right next door and I'm in here almost everyday.. Yes the prices are a bit high but the sales are really good. They stock a lot of different things so usually if I'm able to find what I need. The meat department is really good and Jeremy has always been willing to help me out with special party orders for meat. Truly though its the staff that keep me coming back, their customer service is beyond exceptional... read more

I cannot say enough good things about Plaza Super Jet. This little grocery store is packed to the brim with quality groceries, things you would find in larger stores but you don't have to walk miles down the isles to get to them. And their prices are some of the best in town. Produce is great. Centrally located. If you are looking for an item they don't carry, talk to one of the managers and most likely they will get it in for you or at least try. you just don't get that kind of special attention at the larger grocery stores.
