We're fortunate to have Mike's Meat and Seafood here in Wenatchee at the riverside Pybus Market. Mike's sells all the specialty cuts of meat you can't find at Costco or the big chain grocers. As well, their selection of oysters, muscles, clams, and ocean fish, is second to none! If you check with them in advance, they will tell you when the next deliveries of your favorite item comes in. And they will count out or cut exact portions to suit your meal planning. My most recent purchase was fresh mussels for paella. We were in town seeing family and stopped in for pork chops the best ever! And Ribeyes and fillets. Theron eyes were awesome as well. We also got Copper River Salmon!!! Thanks for being a great option we travel full time so these were perfect! read more

Best collection of meat and seafood in North Central Washington! Fresh off the boat and farm.

I've gotten a few items here over the last year. The steaks that are 10-15 a pound have been awful, worst gristly New York's and rib eyes I've ever cooked. I have gotten decent sausage and it's the only butcher locally that has plate ribs which are ok, not as meaty as I've gotten on the rare occasion Costco or URM has them. All in all we don't have much choice here in Wenatchee, and they seem to take advantage of that. They seem to focus on grass fed instead of prime grades so I'd pass on their steaks. read more

Great quality meat! I stop by here all the time while on my way to Chelan. Have had mostly great customer service except once when they were SLAMMED for a big holiday weekend. So I understand. Be prepared to spend some $ but it's top notch protein! read more

We bought butcher's choice steaks from Mikes for New Years eve. They were about 4 in. X 4 in X 2 in. I bar-b-qued them on a charcoal grill and they were the best steaks I've ever had in over 70 years!! Tender and delicious!! read more

A brief reality check. This is WENATCHEE not Seattle, San Francisco or Portland. That being said, this place is fantastic. Fresh and well trimmed meats and seafood. I was born and raised in Wenatchee and Mike's represents a wonderful opportunity for Central Washington residents to gain access to the best ingredients. read more

Stopped in just as they were closing the other night and they were obliging enough to stay open so I could get a few groceries. Got a smoked pork chop that was to DIE for, and some pretty good 'Roman' style bread. Scott, the baker, is a hoot to chat with and though it's small, the meat counter is fully stocked. Most of the produce and meat is local and everyone there was friendly, obliging, and knowledgable about what they carry. This will be my go-to source for meat from now on! read more

High Quality is the first two words that come to my mind. Owner Mike is as friendly and helpful with advice and service as they come. Try going to any other grocery store meat counter and you'll need to run down a meat cutter for help. NOT HERE. Mike and usually 1 or 2 other meat cutters are right there to help you. Then there is his helpers; daughter Rachael, along with Cathy and Pat who have been there since the beginning. Reminds me of the old days when my mom would take me to the butch's shop. VERY disappointed in the prime rib I ordered for Christmas! paid over $130 for the most fatty piece of meat I've ever had! I ordered a 7 lb boneless roast for 8 people, received a bone in roast that barely served 7 people. Fat, fat, fat! I'll never order from them again! read more
