I had never been here before today. I have been told by a few it's worth the trip. I drooled up and down the showcase of the products they have, it's pretty impressive to say the least. There are Steaks of all types, Chicken, Duck, Pork, Sausages and Bacon, Pepperoni, Landjaeger and yes Beef Jerky. The quality of the products are fantastic. The service is super friendly and very attentive (see photo). Oposite of the cooler of meats is a wall full of sauces, marinades and other condiments. Oh and one last thing IF you missed them during normal business hours, too bad, but there is a vending machine on the front porch stocked with all kinds of tasty treats. Give them a try.. City boy approved! lol!! Oh and next time I am bringing a cooler to take some on the 90 minute drive home!

I grabbed six of them, but while looking around I noticed they've got way more to offer: SRF wagyu burgers, house-made jerky, marinated meats, plus a great selection of BBQ sauces, rubs, and hot sauces. The butcher was super friendly and helpful, which sealed the deal. No more walking past--this is officially my new go-to spot for meats and rubs in Chelan.
