This is the second Walmart I've seen on the top of a hill, which is weird, right? Anyway, I went peach harvesting and after I was done, I was dying from the peach fuzz making me itchy. Who knew you shouldn't gatch them with your bear arms? The farmers had a sink we could use but that wasn't good enough, and we'd already checked out of our hostel, but luckily it was a shared bathroom with clean showers, so I came to Walmart to buy towels so Mom and I could sneak back in to the hostel and clean the fuzz off. Walmart had a set of two thin pool towels for $6 and which was priced right for me. We also got a bar of soap, which you'd be surprised to learn they don't have a lot of (I guess everyone does body wash instead)? Using the app I found the towels easily and it was a quick in an out, which I really appreciated. The Walmart was gigantic, which I guess most are. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is because it's a Walmart and there's nothing special about that. read more

They are working hard to upgrade their store during the covid situation. New parking is being added for curbside pick up and new construction is going inside (lockers) for pick up as well. Despite the construction the store is clean from construction material, stocking can be better since a lot of items are out the shelf but back stocked (I asked an employee) but as always the employees are not the best, not knowledgeable and always have some type of control trip. My grandma had some shopping to do and I went with her since she can't be left home alone and she needs help walking. At the entrance they have handicap and elderly entrance. I tried waking in with her and the older guy at the door said she can go in but I couldn't, that I had to go around and make line. read more

The employees that I came in contact with are a joke!!! I needed help and called out, Miss! To a worker as she walked past me on her phone and got no response. I ask another worker to get me a price and he never returned. I finally found help and they got me the price I needed. I then told them about an improperly priced item of $749 and the tag said $359. They only said how they would handle a customer if confronted instead of changing the tag. read more

I ordered online, I called in when my items were substituted for something I couldn't use.. because online wouldn't let me back into the order to cancel it, wouldn't let me back in for anything; because it allowed me to check out as a guest. I go inside to pick up my order and I find that the one item that matched what I needed was previously opened and absolutely garbage, the chalk markers were completely dried out. It's amazingly they've added grocery pickups during Covid. The staff actually choose great quality items and it's easy to stay distanced and still get your food and health care. The store inside is always clean and staff may be low, but remember this is a small town :) read more

I have never seen anything as disturbing and despicable as what I saw today from an employee at this store. A veteran from many years past, possibly around the time of Pearl Harbor, was trying to enter the store, yes he was going through the wrong door,but the employee had no right to treat this man the way he did. The veteran had an artificial leg and was trying his best to walk but the employee was practically pushing him back and trying to keep him from entering the store. The veteran pushed his way through anyway. He needed no help whatsoever. No compassion from employees at this store. I hope the news gets involved. read more

I'd say something good but I only go to Walmart once a month and it's usually at night when there's barelY staff there to care. I've had so many employees huff at me and look mad when I am in a aisle and there's barely 2 people in the entire store and I just so happen to walk in front of him. While employees talk to each other all night. I've had a employee tell me I "looked" under 18 when me and my HUSBAND was buying a vacccum. I didn't have my purse it was in the car with my ID. very poor customer service. I needed help by the camping section area because I wanted to purchase a UV light and there was a worker at the register. She was an elderly woman with ginger like hair, I didn't even say one word to her and she looked at me and said "I'm not clocked in yet" with a rude attitude. Instead of saying "I can't help you but I will try to find someone that can assist you" she just walked away. Absolutely worst Walmart I've ever been to. The managers are repulsive and do not know how to work in customer service. I kindly asked a question and immediately got bombarded by the manager because she felt I asked a stupid question. If I was the owner and knew this went down, I would terminate them right away. My partner went to get some feminine products from here and two of the workers said he was extremely weird for picking up some pads and reading them. It upset him. It upset me too as I'm not a woman either and I don't like having to pick up menstrual things in publics due to I feel like I get judged for it every single time. I dragged this place in a review several years ago. It has vastly improved. Great selection of Seahawks gear. The to go food section was very good as well. Employees were friendly and you can't beat the location. I had a return and their staff was efficient and pleasant. Nice Christmas section as well. Lots of parking. read more

Went in to do grocery shopping and wanted a donut treat. Went to open the door and there are little bugs flying all inside and out of the case. Nasty. Cmon Walmart....I go in the evening after nine to miss the crowd and can deal with the rude staff that doesn't have a "hi how are you" or "how may I help you" bone in their body and that walk in front of you as if you are in their way. Definitely starting to shop at Winco after this! After completing my shopping I went to pay to the cash register only to find three of them opened!! THREE!! On a SATURDAY MORNING!!!! Each line had at least 10 people with carts trying to pay! It took us 25 minutes to get through the line!! And it's not like they didn't have any employees cause there were plenty walking around doing nothing! I understand and I'm not blaming the cashiers but management needs to step up their game! read more

I've had one positive experience with an associate here. A gentlemen in customer service (thanks Michael!) helped me carry in a return item when no one else could be bothered to show up. On phone calls with the store prior the customer service was horrendous. Not only incredibly unprofessional, it was outright disrespectful. Horrible! If I could write a review with NO stars, I gladly would. Now, I know staff could care less because their pay is total shit, but I have never been treated with worse customer service anywhere else in my entire life! The atmosphere is hostile and you are treated like a thief. I went to buy my nine year old sister a birthday present (baby alive, she's obsessed with it!) Well, I put my receipt in my purse and forgot about it after paying. I went to go leave and security asked for my receipt, I simply stated that I think the cashier forgot to give it to me. (Mind you, I FORGOT. IT WAS EARLY IN THE MORNING) the employee asshole at the door very rudely lectured me about how I'm supposed to wait for them to give me my receipt, and that I need to go get one from the cashier because he thought I was lying. The cashier was extremely rude. I was going buy a bag of apples, but saw that one of the apples was rotten, so I gave the bag to the cashier and told her there was a VERY rotten apple in the bag and I didn't want it. She didnt offer to have someone grab another for me, which i would have gladly accepted. Anyways, then I asked her how her day was going, and she complained that she had SO many items that needed to be put back, rather nastily, as if I was adding to her grief. She was miserable, it seemed, while checking out my items. Then at the end I tried to spin the bag carousel around to make sure I got all the items. Cashier's at this store don't always check this and I end up leaving without the items. Anyways, this rude woman stops the carousel mid-turn after I told her I wanted to make sure I got all my items and she said, "I checked everything." Well so what if she checked the bags, your cashiers routinely miss items in the bags. I needed to make sure for myself. It was clear she was having a terrible day, THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM! I went into wal-mart in a good mood and because of this nasty, rude cashier, I left in a bad mood. Very, very disappointed. Store actually has many things, very big store, but in checking out look at the maybe 18 checkout stands and you'll see 3 lite up. Does take a while, if you don't mind go there, I prefer not to anymore unless early and I use the garden entrance and if not to bad the re is a checker there, sometimes though they get 3-5 people backed up as well. I wouldn't suggest ever going here out of fear of damage to you or your vehicle with no empathy nor willingness to help. Out of discretion for the claim I filed against them I will keep details minimal so they cannot use them in the court proceedings I have started. My brand new vehicle and I purchased last month was damaged by an object in their parking lot, and even one of the store managers admitted to this (on audio) and that it was caused by a process they poorly follow or enforce. They're keeping their pockets fatter by undercutting the community and people who are here to shop at prices that are lower for a reason. Shelves are poorly organized and often empty. "Fresh" produce, is not so fresh. Never enough open lanes! Staff is hit and miss.

I normally DO NOT shop at Walmart because every time I do, something irritating always happens. So I was looking to buy a specific wooden wall calendar online and saw Walmart.com had it for the cheapest price I could find. I took a risk and placed my online order and selected the "site-to-store" option, since I didn't want to pay for shipping. Took about a week shipping to finally get my "ready for pick up at store" email. Went in there and the elderly woman employee started to search for my order in the photo area drawer. I told her it's not a photo calendar. She came back to me and said it wasn't in yet. I told her I received an email that it's ready for pick up and tried to show her the email I received, and she didn't even bother to look at the email. She said it takes a week to be delivered. I told her I ordered it a week ago and have a tracking number that says it was delivered here. I asked for a manager and explained the situation. The manager simply went in the back room and grabbed out my item. If the original, incompetent employee would of just listened to me when I said IT'S NOT A PHOTO CALENDAR and looked in the back, she'd have no problem finding my item. That's what I get for taking a risk shopping at Walmart. Lesson learned! read more
