The "stylist" I was scheduled with was 20 minutes behind schedule, I was told when I checked in that she would be right with me. This 100% worst haircut I have had in my life! My left side was 2" longer than the right and had areas that were so chopped up and uneven- A 10 year old could have done better. In addition, I had to sit and listen to the hairdressers gossip and complain about their co-workers. I spent 30.00 on a haircut and had to go to a stylist somewhere else to correct the mess. I can't believe this person can call herself a stylist. *note to stylists reading this- CHECK THROUGH YOUR WORK, THEN CHECK IT AGAIN!! This review is not for Wentachee store but a call to JCP 800 Customer Service Number. My wife had made an online order with Ship To Store delivery. After a week of waiting and Online said In Transit, I called to get an update. We need the product. Cust Svc would not give me delivery information since the order was in my wife's name. Our JCP account has a card in my name also. Rather than refusing a very simple request, delivery date, why not validate my connection to the account and help us out? read more

I used to like J.C. Pennies, and it's one of the few places that sells slacks that will fit me. However, I fear the management has changed, and not in a good way. There was a woman who was wearing a name tag. I asked her "Do you work here?" and she said "No" then proceeded to go behind the counter of the jewelry section and gossip to her coworker. I tried to find someone at the front who could help me find slacks. Not one person offered to assist me. I went to the back, found someone who finally told me "check the front" and did not offer to actually show me where "the front" was. The management here is unfortunately rude. I simply walked out, because no one was willing to help me with anything. I will not be returning. read more

This locations is very clean. I hardly see any clothes unfolded or laying on the floor. Staff does a great job at keeping it looking nice and tight. I come here for my basic clothing needs, under shirts sweaters, socks and such. Look for the discounts they have. (The best part is that the discount is given with chocolate!!). Discount range from 30-50% off the entire store. Obviously there's always a tiny print and a lot of name brands are excluded but besides that you can also use coupons on clearance items. DO NOT purchase any jewelry from JC Penney! Absolutely terrible customer service. My engagement ring doesn't fit and no jeweler will resize it because the side diamonds will be destroyed. JCP will not let us exchange it for a smaller size because my fiancé bought it over a year ago. They're refusing to do anything and will no longer talk to us on the matter. They're effectively ruining my engagement. read more

This is a way smaller version of a JCP but has plenty of Woman Clothes as for men. not so much. If you want men clothes I find that Macys or even Target which is next door has better selection. read more

So I went to JcPenny and I was in desperate need of a color correction that NW Beauty screwed up my hair and basically burnt it with bleach so bad! So I called JCPenney and told them I'm in desperate need of getting my hair corrected from a major screw up, I told them I'm scared and nervous to have someone touch my hair but it needs to be corrected I explained what happened and they said they have the perfect person for me that knows color and how to do color corrections, so I went and meet with Krystal and OMG she is fantastic no words can describe how amazing she turned my awful screwed up hair into a piece of breathless art that left me speechless, she is truly amazing and knows her colors and how to do today's fashionable hair color trends and ombré and balayage hair designs and the blending technique is unbelievable things I've never seen before or heard of, she's definitely one I'm going back to for now on and am sticking with!
