Obviously stores on the Main Street will be crowded, and it is hard to run a business when there are tons of people in your store, but where is the Christmas spirit? She ended up calling over the GM, Michele, who was able to override it (wonderful!) HOWEVER: the GM Michele treated Jess like absolute dog crap. She told Jess to stop pressing buttons when Jess was trying to explain how she wanted to go about it and Michele did not take this opportunity to train Jess, but instead belittle her in front of a paying customer. The super cash didn't even matter at this point, I was disgusted on how a GM was treating her employee. This needs to be taken care of. Felt so bad for Jess!
