She ended up calling over the GM, Michele, who was able to override it (wonderful!) HOWEVER: the GM Michele treated Jess like absolute dog crap. She told Jess to stop pressing buttons when Jess was trying to explain how she wanted to go about it and Michele did not take this opportunity to train Jess, but instead belittle her in front of a paying customer. The super cash didn't even matter at this point, I was disgusted on how a GM was treating her employee. This needs to be taken care of. Felt so bad for Jess!

Our daughter wanted a very specific look for the reception, and we couldn't find these items for rent anywhere in Wenatchee. She was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, and she communicated with me whenever it was necessary. There have been times where I've come in and there are there is a little selection of bath bombs, only a few to choose from. I guess it just depends on when you come because during my last visit, there was a decent amount, but sometimes seems to be more stock on the back counters. A few times I have asked to purchase some bath bombs that are not yet on display.
