That is true loyalty and everytime I come in I am a part of the family. They always had the most amazing dresses that on the night of the pageant, the audience would go crazy for. When I got engaged I didn't even hesitate to know I wanted to repay the favor. There was no one else I would trust to help me pick my wedding dress other than Sandra (owner) and Nicole (most knowledgeable associate I've ever met) I walked in with 9 of my favorite ladies and Sandra and Nicole were both waiting with champagne, wine, and so much food! They had already picked dresses to match the pictures I had sent them a few weeks before and all they wanted was for me to relax and have a good time. Sandra and Nicole were focused on ME the entire time. As I started to get overwhelmed they were both right there to keep me calm. Not only did I have 9 ladies in the couches, but I had 11 ladies truly supporting me and putting my best interest first. The first 4 dresses I tried on, I was starting to get slightly overwhelmed, but as we put on the 5th dress, Nicole had a good feeling about it. I walked out to the platform and when I looked in the mirror I started crying. And then everyone else in the room started crying. As a pageant girl, I never thought I would have that moment, but I did, and it wouldn't have happened if it weren't for Nicole and Sandra taking me in as one of their own. After saying yes, Sandra and Nicole let us celebrate for over an hour past our appointment time slot, and they searched and searched for the perfect veil to compliment the dress, and they nailed it on the head. I live in Seattle and drove 3 hours East to find the wedding dress of my dreams. And let me tell you, it was the best decision I have ever made. Whether you live in Seattle, Spokane, Oregon, wherever, you HAVE to give Sweetheart Bridal in Wenatchee a shot! Their selection is out of this world, the brands are luxurious, and the people are family. The prices are great, the service is unlike anything you will experience at any private boutique, the selection is massive, and the experience will be one of the best days, not only of your wedding planning, but of your entire life. My left side was 2" longer than the right and had areas that were so chopped up and uneven- A 10 year old could have done better. In addition, I had to sit and listen to the hairdressers gossip and complain about their co-workers. I spent 30.00 on a haircut and had to go to a stylist somewhere else to correct the mess. I can't believe this person can call herself a stylist. *note to stylists reading this- CHECK THROUGH YOUR WORK, THEN CHECK IT AGAIN!! I would give zero stars but the app forces me to leave one.
