The dress is in perfect condition, was packaged carefully, priced competitively and we're just tickled that it all happened so fast. The dress was a tiny bit different than the picture online but our experience with customer service more than made up for it. We actually knew this might happen. The exact type of petal (we bought a dress with removable flower petals in tulle) sent by the manufacturer is apparently not guaranteed. But you can add your own flowers (isn't that genius!?) so it's no big deal. When I called 'Forget me not' about the petal discrepancy, they were incredibly understanding, helpful and quick to let us know that they would give us our money back if we weren't completely satisfied. Good work Forget me not! There are online retailers out there who offer the same product for more money and they have notoriously terrible service! I hope everyone starts turning to you for an easy flower girl (or communion, or ???) dress buying experience!

We wanted to exchange the bag we had for a different style. At first we were disappointed that we couldn't reach anyone on the phone and didn't get an email reply, but we re-sent the email and got a quick response from them. Although their return policy on their website states a 7-day return/exchange policy, they were happy to work with us and even refunded the difference to our credit card!! I give them a 4-star because it was a bit tough to get in touch with them, but once we did, they were more than happy to work with us and they even sent the new bag priority!

For a boutique I thought the prices were incredibly reasonable and I wish I had found more to love! They had a lot of fun sweaters in a variety of colors but some of the one size fits all was a dealbreaker for me. They have children's stuff and women's clothes but nothing really for men. There is a sale section in the back and definitely worth a look around!

I went in to use my super cash that was set to expire soon. The employee Jess would not let me use…read moreit, but if I were to order the same items online, I could use all my super cash and come in to pick it up 2 hours later. She ended up calling over the GM, Michele, who was able to override it (wonderful!) HOWEVER: the GM Michele treated Jess like absolute dog crap. She told Jess to stop pressing buttons when Jess was trying to explain how she wanted to go about it and Michele did not take this opportunity to train Jess, but instead belittle her in front of a paying customer. The super cash didn't even matter at this point, I was disgusted on how a GM was treating her employee. This needs to be taken care of. Felt so bad for Jess!

I was distracted by that missing item that I just put the outfit I ordered away as it was our size up. got another clothing item in the same print and went to put away in my size up bin and realized the outfit I previously received still in tissue paper and tags on was faded all in the front- almost completely different color. disappointed this was even mailed out and I had paid full price. of course I found this out a week after the 30 day return window. no response from shop.

It's like the guy (pretty sure he's the owner's husband) forgot they were having a sale. When I told him of his mistake he recalculated but only gave me 40% off the amount that was left after my store credit (in other words, I paid full price for the items I purchased on store credit. He should have calculated the 40% off from the beginning). When I pointed this out we got in an argument; he was indignant and acted like why am I complaining when I got *such* a good deal. So beware. When I first went in there I very pleased with the clothes I was finding, and I told the guy that I'd tell all my mama friends. So....I'm telling you. MUCH better deals to be had at yard sales. I wouldn't be surprised they are closing because of shady business practices.
