The dress is in perfect condition, was packaged carefully, priced competitively and we're just tickled that it all happened so fast. The dress was a tiny bit different than the picture online but our experience with customer service more than made up for it. We actually knew this might happen. The exact type of petal (we bought a dress with removable flower petals in tulle) sent by the manufacturer is apparently not guaranteed. But you can add your own flowers (isn't that genius!?) so it's no big deal. When I called 'Forget me not' about the petal discrepancy, they were incredibly understanding, helpful and quick to let us know that they would give us our money back if we weren't completely satisfied. Good work Forget me not! There are online retailers out there who offer the same product for more money and they have notoriously terrible service! I hope everyone starts turning to you for an easy flower girl (or communion, or ???) dress buying experience!

At first we were disappointed that we couldn't reach anyone on the phone and didn't get an email reply, but we re-sent the email and got a quick response from them. Although their return policy on their website states a 7-day return/exchange policy, they were happy to work with us and even refunded the difference to our credit card!! I give them a 4-star because it was a bit tough to get in touch with them, but once we did, they were more than happy to work with us and they even sent the new bag priority!

For a boutique I thought the prices were incredibly reasonable and I wish I had found more to love! They had a lot of fun sweaters in a variety of colors but some of the one size fits all was a dealbreaker for me. They have children's stuff and women's clothes but nothing really for men. She ended up calling over the GM, Michele, who was able to override it (wonderful!) HOWEVER: the GM Michele treated Jess like absolute dog crap. She told Jess to stop pressing buttons when Jess was trying to explain how she wanted to go about it and Michele did not take this opportunity to train Jess, but instead belittle her in front of a paying customer. The super cash didn't even matter at this point, I was disgusted on how a GM was treating her employee. This needs to be taken care of. Felt so bad for Jess!

A friend and I came across this great little…read moreshop while visiting town for a conference and purchased a necklace for $65, and a few other items. Before we left we realized the chain was too short and asked if they had alternate chains or a matching extender. They did not (totally fine) so we asked to return the item. The sales associate said they would only return for store credit even though we hadn't even left the store after the initial purchase before realizing the chain wouldn't work. We indicated we were from out of town and couldn't use a store credit but she wouldn't provide a refund and when I mentioned that was an odd policy considering we had the receipt and had just purchased she gave me a snotty look. So.... Great store, very disappointed with the return policy and service and will not encourage other conference goers to shop there.
