How do you rate a Target terribly?? They have plenty of inventory. Store is nice and tidy. Well laid out. Self check out and cashier assisted lanes. This is has to be the most deserted Target I've ever been to. I've never been to a Target where it wasn't busy or filled with people, yet this Wenatchee location has proved otherwise. I had to pick up some toiletries for my overnight stay in the area, so decided to check out Target here. I was just relieved that there was one in Wenatchee, since it's a small, rural city, so didn't expect one here. But it seemed that when I pulled up to park, most of the lot was vacant. I thought at first that the store was closed. I walked in and the place looked empty. There were some customers there, but again, of the Targets I've been to, it's lively and loud with people shopping and staff everywhere at other locations, but not here. Until I exited did I see a bunch of staff hanging around the registers, as if they had nothing to do because of the lack of customers here. When I walked around the store - the place for the most part was clean yet the selection is very limited, compared to other locations. There was hardly any staff around for me to ask where certain items were. A lot of the shelves had empty stock, too. This isn't the best location by any means, but for the area - it's nice to know that in case you do need some last-minute toiletries you can come here. Just don't expect a huge selection or customer service throughout the store. read more

Target is good. They have curb side pick up, which I've used at least a couple times. I've had to get off and go in the store because some items weren't ready while email said they were. Took them a while to "find" my order. read more

I had a cart full of items and was walking up to the check out to pay for them. There are two people ahead of me, both with SINGLE items. The old fat man working the check out line asks ME "you know we have a self checkout".. I tell him I know, but, I have a bunch of heavy stuff and tons of other items in my cart, he should open another line if he doesn't want to help me. He stares at me for a second and then happily helps the people in front of me. When it is my turn, his whole demeanor changes, no 'hey how are you?'.. I would have given Target 4 or 5 stars, but discovered an ugly secret about their customer service. During our checkout, I noticed a grade come up on the screen of the checker's computer. I asked what that meant and was told if they took too long to check a customer's items out, they get in trouble. So, I asked if that meant if they carried on a small conversation with a customer instead of moving them along, would they get in trouble. She said yes, they are not to carry on any conversations with customers as they timer is ticking. What happened to conversation being part of a small town atmosphere with a variety store? read more

My boyfriend and I stayed at at B&B right near there and spending the majority of the weekend in LEavenworth. I forgot my thermals..for brrrr it was cold there! I tried JC Penney first, but they were closed....so this Target saved the day for me! Got my thermals and there was nobody there at 9!15am or so in the morning....so yay for this being there at the time when I needed it! :) read more

A decidedly unfriendly store. I walked past several associates while looking for some items, tried to make eye contact and smile but not one person acknowledged me. Additionally, many aisles, and by that I mean most in several areas of the store, were blocked by carts or bins of products or empty boxes. I was effectively prevented from browsing down these aisles. Sure, I could have moved some of the carts, they weren't overloaded or anything, but why should I have to? I've never been a big fan of Target but this store makes me not want to go back ever again. The one exception to this review came during checkout when the clerk was friendly and very helpful and offered to double bag my purchase. Good for him! Anyone know if I can use a Target gift card to purchase a gift card somewhere else? Lol read more

When I am in Wenatchee Target is one of my favorite stores in the valley. Always find what I need good prices only 1 or 2 cents more expensive than Wal-Mart. But they also have better deals and better Quality items than Wal-Mart. Love the clothes and the outdoor patio items. Great service and friendly atmosphere. My only concern would be the building being a little outdated compared to other Targets. read more

If possible I'd write zero stars. Theres supposed to be free two day shipping if I spend more then 35$, I did and it's still going on two weeks now that it hasnt been delivered. I called customer service and the woman speaking barely spoke any understandable english and could barely sound out items on the computer when she was reading what I ordered-things like 't-shirt' or 'lotion' and 'pillowcase'. I dont like going in because the politics behind the store are stupid, but I got a giftcard for christmas so I used it online thinking that would be better. It wasnt. read more

Worst target I've ever been to. Empty aisles and the store hardly ever has new items in stock. It is also very small. Diapers are next to the snacks and not in the baby section. read more

I shop here all the time. They have excellent prices on so many odds and ends and essentials. The service here is usually younger adults but they're typically ready to help if you need it. Kept clean and in a good location. A better retail store than most. =) read more

My elderly father was about to become another stat in a scam case. He was told that to save his grandson and bail him out of jail, to buy $5000. In Target gift cards. Thankfully, the Target manager, and the head of security, intercepted him and stopped the scam. They explained it, and even tracked the phone number of the thief. Thanks to both of them! read more

I love this target! even though it's small the people that work here are super nice and chill. I can find things easily since the store isnt very big I do see they are remodeling the place so I'm super stoked to see what the outcome looks like. My friends and I were just getting some stuff, we were in the bathing suit section and I was with my 2 guys friends and 3 girl friends, one of the guys had a hurt knee and he couldn't walk very well. This lady, her name is lulu comes out of nowhere and tells us we need to leave, because we were "messing around". We weren't doing anything. We are all Minors, 16 and under. And she says it with so much attitude and she was very rude for no reason. I gave the attitude right back to her. She was mean and rude and told us either she escorts us out or the police does. She gave us a bitchy rude attitude. She disrespected us just because we were kids. But heather was nice. read more

This store is the biggest mess and so unorganized of any target store I've ever shopped. Its so disappointing. I love Target, but not this store. On Cyber Monday there were boxes, upon boxes in the aisles and you couldn't even get a cart through. I have photos. And I went back a couple of days later, same thing. They didn't even have things stocked....the Monday after black Friday. Things are all over the place and not set up like normal targets. Poor management in my opinion. I hope it improves. read more
