After we decided to keep our original purchase we ended up chatting with her and Sarah (the owner) like we were all old friends. It was refreshing! The end result always seemed to be that the items I had already paid for (in full) were sitting in a warehouse until some random shipping company was available to deliver them. Sound familiar? My experience with Davis Furniture was happily the opposite. I was updated on my order status, and when an issue came up with a shipment that was beyond their control, they quickly found a solution. They delivered my order to my far away address within one week of the items arriving at their store, and their delivery team was so professional! They were very careful not only with the furniture, but with the door frames, stairs, and walls. As ridiculously heavy as these items were, and as tight as the stairway corners were, they left no trace. This kind of customer service is a lost art. You know the saying ... you get what you pay for. Don't be afraid to ditch the online furniture outlets and shop here!

On my way home I happened to see the sign for Perfect Fit and stopped in. I was greeted by Marcy and after explaining the dilemma I had with my room layout she made several valuable suggestions. No high pressure, no arm twisting, just a genuine desire to help. I left and went home to take some additional measurements. Went back the next day and purchased a box spring and mattress set along with a complete bed frame. Marcy and her husband delivered it when we needed it and made sure it was set up to our satisfaction. After looking over the layout we decided to add another piece, as well, which I bought the next business day. We got a great deal, good quality, and excellent service for our money.

If you've been to Cowiche canyon kitchen, you've seen his handiwork! The price definitely reflects the quality, time and care put into each piece, and when all is said and done, you'll likely have something that your grandkids will be using in 50 years. Bought a lamp for $130 dollars and since there was no sign that said otherwise I assumed it worked…read more Drove back to Montana, plugged it in and it doesn't work. Called Apple Annie, gave the receipt number and they said they would talk to the vendor and get back in touch with me but never heard a peep back. Cost me another $150 to have an electrician rewire the entire lamp and he told me that someone had tried to jerry rig the lamp and had created a short which could have started a fire. Don't trust that anything works and you pay for things as is even if you are mislead about how things are.
