Excellent Customer Service!…read more We have purchased living room and bedroom furniture from here and love how we have been treated each time we go in or call. The show room is huge and well laid out with a great selection. We were greeted by Kelly who was friendly and genuine with a great personality. She remembered my husband from an earlier transaction and offered no push back when we talked about switching up our mattress purchase. After we decided to keep our original purchase we ended up chatting with her and Sarah (the owner) like we were all old friends. It was refreshing! I'd recommend this place for all your furniture needs.

Exceptional customer service! I typically shop online for the item I want and then hunt down the…read morelowest price on various websites. That strategy hasn't worked well over the past two years with delayed shipping, lost items, etc. I'll never get back the hours spent on the hold with those various online retailers waiting for a human being to answer the phone. The end result always seemed to be that the items I had already paid for (in full) were sitting in a warehouse until some random shipping company was available to deliver them. Sound familiar? My experience with Davis Furniture was happily the opposite. I was updated on my order status, and when an issue came up with a shipment that was beyond their control, they quickly found a solution. They delivered my order to my far away address within one week of the items arriving at their store, and their delivery team was so professional! They were very careful not only with the furniture, but with the door frames, stairs, and walls. As ridiculously heavy as these items were, and as tight as the stairway corners were, they left no trace. This kind of customer service is a lost art. You know the saying ... you get what you pay for. Don't be afraid to ditch the online furniture outlets and shop here!

It was an all around great experience and we will definitely head there again for anything we need in the future.

In fact, I was rather appalled at the treatment I received at one of the largest and well known furniture and mattress stores in East Wenatchee. On my way home I happened to see the sign for Perfect Fit and stopped in. I was greeted by Marcy and after explaining the dilemma I had with my room layout she made several valuable suggestions. No high pressure, no arm twisting, just a genuine desire to help. I left and went home to take some additional measurements. Went back the next day and purchased a box spring and mattress set along with a complete bed frame. Marcy and her husband delivered it when we needed it and made sure it was set up to our satisfaction. After looking over the layout we decided to add another piece, as well, which I bought the next business day. We got a great deal, good quality, and excellent service for our money.
