We were able to completely decorate our new home along with Boswell's In-House Design/Delivery Team ~ Buffy, Glen & Steve. We preferred to shop online & choose our selections via their factory sites & they took care of the rest. They made it so easy & the least amount of stress as possible for us. With still more to go & A LOT already purchased to date, we will continue to purchase from this business. We have very high standards & they matched it in every way. From placing our order to delivery, to standing behind an issue that recently presented itself, Keith took the stress right out of it for us!!! Boswell's = High quality ~ High satisfaction in every way!

I've lived in Seattle, as well as Phoenix and shops like these are rare gems to find. I went in because I seen a small ad of his on Craigslist. Originally I was looking for an original GameBoy game. After checking the shops in Phoenix a week earlier I had given up hope on finding it. I went into the shop looking to find not much compared to the shops in Phoenix...Music Galore & So Much More had more! Dozens of each, if not hundreds of retro video games and the more pricey games were fairly priced compared to city prices. The owner was more than friendly, and helped my get the game I was looking for. I will be coming back to this store for more games. As the owner, the neat little shop, and the overall experience were much more then what is offered even compared to similar shops in the city. Not to be taken lightly, a solid 5 stars!

Excellent Customer Service!…read more We have purchased living room and bedroom furniture from here and love how we have been treated each time we go in or call. The show room is huge and well laid out with a great selection. We were greeted by Kelly who was friendly and genuine with a great personality. She remembered my husband from an earlier transaction and offered no push back when we talked about switching up our mattress purchase. After we decided to keep our original purchase we ended up chatting with her and Sarah (the owner) like we were all old friends. It was refreshing! I'd recommend this place for all your furniture needs.

That strategy hasn't worked well over the past two years with delayed shipping, lost items, etc. I'll never get back the hours spent on the hold with those various online retailers waiting for a human being to answer the phone. The end result always seemed to be that the items I had already paid for (in full) were sitting in a warehouse until some random shipping company was available to deliver them. Sound familiar? My experience with Davis Furniture was happily the opposite. I was updated on my order status, and when an issue came up with a shipment that was beyond their control, they quickly found a solution. They delivered my order to my far away address within one week of the items arriving at their store, and their delivery team was so professional! They were very careful not only with the furniture, but with the door frames, stairs, and walls. As ridiculously heavy as these items were, and as tight as the stairway corners were, they left no trace. This kind of customer service is a lost art. You know the saying ... you get what you pay for. Don't be afraid to ditch the online furniture outlets and shop here!

I returned on 3/5/2026, less than 24 hours later, simply to switch the payment to a debit card. The biggest issue wasn't that they couldn't do it -- it was how dismissive and unprofessional the staff were. Three employees were standing together chatting and drinking coffee, and their attitude was essentially, "It's written on the machine, so too bad." There was no courtesy, no effort to help, just a very condescending tone. They also claimed that every store in Leavenworth charges a credit card fee, which was untrue. After visiting many restaurants, galleries, shops, and ice cream stores during my three day trip, this was the only place that did. This ended up being my worst customer service experience in Leavenworth, mainly because of how dismissive the staff were. I would not return.

Cubbies full of different hats made for fun shopping with my parents in July 2017 when we were in downtown for some exploring during one of our family reunions in the area. After taking a hard look at the offerings and dwelling on a Seahawks hat, I decided to go with the Indiana Jones hat. The hat fit my head, nice because my head runs a bit on the large side, and had a large brim, which I find to be helpful for sun protection during geology fieldwork. The price was fair, and the workers helpful. At the time I was concerned the hat may be a bit on the thin side for my purposes. Nope. Almost five years later, the hat is still in great condition. I store it with my handmade Polish sheep/goat-herding hat. They have surprisingly similar structure and dimensions.
