When we expressed interest in a piece of furniture, we found that delivery options were confined to typical work hours, Monday to Friday. There was no effort to work with us. The residential refrigerator in our motorhome stopped cooling while we were traveling for the summer. We made an appointment for a mobile repair diagnosis while we were passing through Wenatchee. Randy was prompt and unfortunately diagnosed a compressor failure. Knowing that we were only in town for a few days, he went above and beyond in coming up with a solution to get us back up and running. A few days later we took the motorhome to the SavMart parking lot and Greg did a great job getting the compressor replaced. I bought a washer at SavMart in August. It broke because the SavMart delivery person installed it incorrectly. Ross came over and diagnosed it and ordered a replacement part, but now I can't reach anyone to tell me when they will return to fix it. Every time I call, they just transfer me to voicemail. We recently purchased and a new dishwasher and had it installed. The purchase and installation went smoothly, but the dishwasher has been not cleaning. Sometimes it just appears the dishes are still a little greasy--even after a pre-wash by hand, but other times the dishwashing soap pod was completely intact. And then sometimes, it worked fine. They sent a repairman to check it out and he found nothing. But they did say they'd refund it without refunding the installation...so not really a refund at all. We're just left with a dishwasher that works sometimes. We'd happily purchase a new one from them if we had a full refund--appliance and installation. We're building next year and will certainly not use SavMart for our purchases, nor will we recommend them. read more

We paid for various products in December, being told of delays due to covid, but delivery would be made by this spring. We had items delivered to others (in error) or never delivered. We've spent no less than 3 grand there in the last 2.5 years. I'm so mad at myself for thinking the first two times were isolated incidents. We panicked when we arrived to a dead refrigerator at our vacation rental home in between guests. Counter depth refrigerators aren't easy to get right now, but Duane found a discounted one that had been returned in perfect condition. We were able to take care of everything by phone and were on the schedule for delivery two days later. The delivery team managed to remove the existing refrigerator and install the new one without damage. This was no easy feat with two very heavy refrigerators and a challenging flight of stairs. I paid retail for a beauty rest mattress which has a 10-year warranty on it. Well, they totally disregard the warranty. In fact they won't even call you back to say why. They make you pay to have it cleaned, then have two guys come n take pictures and fill out a form report. And they say the manager will call you in two weeks. They never called. Months later I have them come out again and they make a report and take a picture and say we'll call you in two weeks! Lie. They never called back. Craig in sales was great! That is where the service ended unfortunately. We are 4 weeks and still waiting for a dishwasher. Range was damaged and had to be reordered, fridge was damaged and had to be replaced. Delivery was late every time so we had to hang around and wait since they don't just call when the are on their way. The original paperwork was handled by very unfriendly ladies at the back, I'm sorry you have to work their, but I didn't do anything to deserve the attitude. Overall I will not be recommending them, so much of the great salesmen was drowned out by the rest. read more

My in-laws have been customers of this Sav-mart for over 40 years. Recently, my MIL special ordered a couch because she wanted different pattern than what was on the storeroom floor. Since it was a special order, she had to pay over $1,000 cash up front. The order was placed on Aug 11th, and they said it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. To be safe they wrote Oct 10th for a delivery date on the contract. As of November 27th, the couch has still not been delivered. She has been told that it's finished, but the factory won't ship it to WA until they have a full truck. They are blaming it on Covid. Now she is being told to give it another 2 weeks. There is no shipping confirmation, no tracking information, no refund or discount. The manager will not take or return calls, only the salesman who says "maybe 2 weeks". Basically, "Don't call us again , you'll get it when you get it, thanks for the cash." read more

If I could give this place a .5 star I would. We had a new refrigerator delivered. I went to go grab some meat from my freezer a couple days after it was delivered and installed and it was thawed. Imi then notice every is thawed and dripping red meat blood everywhere. Frig is not cold. ALL OF OUR FOOD IS COMPLETELY RUINED! So much for a "new" frig. We have made three purchases from Sav-Mart. The first was a dining room table. The process was fairly standard and our table was delivered and set up in our upstairs dining area as promised. Our second purchase was a liquor/banquet cabinet which was also delivered and placed in our upstairs dining area and promised. The 3-star review comes from our last purchase, which was a specialty desk for our home office. We found a desk that fit our requirements, but it needed to be ordered in, no problem. We were told it would arrive in 2-3 weeks, again no problem. At the end of the third week we called in and were told that the person that does the ordering failed to order it when requested and it would take an additional week, not happy but okay. We called again at the end of that week and were told it would take an additional two weeks due to the "type" of furniture we ordered. Upon hearing this we decided to cancel our order and requested a refund. The person on the other end of the line asked do you get your mail at xyz address, I said yes and they promptly hung up with out so much as a thank you or good-bye. I have been in customer service for 30+ years, when you are in the wrong, suck it up buttercup and do all you can to make it right. When a customer calls in with a reasoned and accurate complaint or concern which you need to deal with, respond professionally and curtiously. Had a good experience with their sales staff, but the associates behind the counter could use some serious customer service training. I'm astounded that with this day and age they don't have a POS system. Totally the dinosaur way that they have to write up sales by hand and list out and extend totals. I dropped some serous $ and the women behind the counter who has to take you money doesn't even say thank you for shopping at our store , seemed bothered she had to come away from her desk. Bought 4 appliances in May one was back ordered 2 damaged and it is now the end of June and still only one of the four appliances. This is a commission haven. They will tackle you at the door practically with gleaming eyes to make a sale. Husband and I were looking at beds and the sales guy would not leave! I was expecting this but also had some mild hope they wouldn't be that pushy. Several times we were guided toward the cheaper bed models despite making it clear we wanted a quality personal bed -- not some guest room addition. We had a range where one burner was not working. They sent a service tech out, who told me two burner receptacles needed to be replaced and quoted me $396. I had another company go out for a 2nd quote, and they said it was just the burner which was a $26 part plus their $50 labor charge. Total SCAM. I had a Magnavox for years in the 1980's, probably the best TV I ever owned ... outside of my Zenith. When my Magnavox died about 15 years ago ... I was unable to find a replacement. It made me really sad. The Magnavox TV's had the commercial volume control ... so I could actually hear my shows without getting blown into the next room when a commercial came on. Imagine my surprise when I visited Wenatchee and saw the HUGE Magnavox sign at Sav-Mart! I turned to my wife and said: I can't believe it! Without hesitation I pulled the car into the parking lot with full intention of buying a Magnavox TV. Well ... I was heartbroken to find they no longer sell Magnavox TV's ... or Entertainment Systems, as indicated by the HUGE sign out front. We had a positive experience with the Sav-Mart sales and installation representatives with the purchase of our new dishwasher. I did not want to go into the store or talk to anyone on the phone preferring to shop online. I sent an email through the Sav-Mart website sharing our priority list for a new dishwasher and asking for recommendations. I was contacted promptly in return via email with a recommendation and the list of reasons why. The salesperson also said they could install the following week. We made the purchase and the installer arrived as expected. When he looked at our location he said that the dishwasher would technically fit but that it would stick out due to the plumbing existing from the old dishwasher. He suggested that we would not like the finished look. He returned to the store selected another model with very similar features that would fit and returned the next week to install it. I felt like we had the best of both worlds: easy online shopping and local, personal service. read more

Don't bother with the service department. They don't know what the word customer service means. They came to look at a washer in a rental that we own and we very clearly asked them to call us to let us know what was wrong and how much it would cost. They looked on a Friday (early afternoon) and never called even though they told our tenant they were going to call us. I called the store on Saturday to see if they could contact the service man to see what the issue was and how much the repair was. They said they could not contact him on a weekend. I said that our renters were without a washer and I needed to know if I was going to repair or replace the washer. They didn't care. Also, they were rude. Ending up ordering a new washer from them (1K) and they just installed it, however, they didn't hook up the drain hose. Left an extension piece but no way to connect the two hoses. Said I would need to call a plumber. All in all, horrible service. read more

This review is for the repair department! We purchased high-end appliances from Sav-Mart over 10 years ago: a Viking 6-burner gas stove, a Bosch dishwasher & a sub-zero refridgerator. For the most part, all of them have run perfectly well as expected. They came with excellent warranties and what minor issues we have had in the past have been covered. Our sub-zero began malfunctioning and we scheduled a service call. We got the estimate for $1000 but we also got some good advice from the service person. He suggested we try a couple things on our own first, and told us specifically how to go about it. Although he said he was not allowed to do it himself, he wanted us to try it because it could save us the money. I am raving about the service call because he could have simply told us that we needed to spend a grand, and skipped over the fact that it might be somethign simple we could fix ourselves. As it turns out, we WERE able to repair it ourselves!!! I am SO IMPRESSED with this person's integrity and felt he truly cared about our resources and the condition of our appliances. When it comes time to replace these items,I will be sure to buy them from Sav-Mart. You can trust them to take care of you. Good customer service all around. read more

Just not the same as it use to be. We have outfitted our home with Sav-mart appliances and have always had a great experience. No this time. The customer service has gone in the toilet and we paid to have our dishwasher installed -- when the guy came he was pleasant but "doesn't do plumbing" as one of the valves leaked. A couple hundred dollars later to have the plumber come out because we had to shut down our hot water -- my advice -- go some place else and for sure don't use their service department. We would have saved a lot of money if we would have just had the plumber put it in in the first place. Unfortunately I don't think we will frequent Sav-mart again. 2 years ago I bought a Samsung side by side double door combination refrigerator with drawer bottom freezer . I complained many times that the ice make would leak water into ice Shute and also ice maker would frost up heavily and stop making ice .i would have to thaw it out and reset it once every two weeks . Finally they would send a a tech out paid to open the door a tell me yep that's what he thought , it can't be fixed and that we should never bought a Samsung I asked him what can be done he said well they have an up grade icemaker to replace old style mind you mine is only two years old . I asked him if this would take care of the problem , he said he really didn't think so and Never heard it resolving the problem. So what can be done he said we should buy a whirlpool , and they won't recall it even though they know of this issue . So buyer be ware .
