Not wanting to wait a week more, they installed my part in about 20 minutes. I told them to let me know when the part comes in I will come a get it as I shouldn't have to pay for a warranty part. I was told they weren't going to order a new part since I had one. THIS WAS NOT RIGHT... I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THEM.

This place is terrible. We rented chairs, tables, and canopies for our wedding and it was the worst…read moreexperience. Their communication via email were poor, often ignoring all of our questions. They mentioned in the contract that they would deliver at 9AM and even left a voicemail asking to deliver earlier. They never returned our call and lied to the venue owner saying that we had never established a delivery time. They also stated to the venue owner that they would deliver at noon that day and did not get there until 2PM. The two guys at set up mentioned they would pick up the rentals that following Monday and it's also stated in the contract when they would pick up. They did not pick up until Tuesday. We definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
