I asked when the excavator could be delivered, the answer was, "Well, we gotta close and load up, so we'll meet you up there in a couple of hours. That's the customer service a "Mom and Pop" store is willing to give you. The lift was in poor repair Several panels were not fastened down and the controls were jumpy making the boom hard to control. In addition, they quoted me one price only to come back and ask for additional payment. Not happy and will not go back... ever.

They close too early in the day to reasonably get a half day rental.
