The price online was not the price. Quoted 109, then I looked online. It was 99, I then asked why the difference in price, and was told that it was $127. After speaking to the manager, coincidentally, who is the manager, linzy, I was told that her employees always tell the price when asking for full synthetic. I then asked her, so you're calling me a liar? There was no response, this place will rip you off and at the same time be rude. Just go to Valvoline across the bridge. Went in for an oil change yesterday. Everyone was extremely polite & friendly. Thy showed me all the fluids/filters/etc. so i could see the condition and decide for myself whether i wanted to replace them. It took a bit longer than expected - so they upped my $12 coupon to $25. If you haven't been here for a while - this one & the North location is under new ownership (Lindsay & husband) and they really take pride in offering excellent customer service. I came in to get a new oil pan plug put on as my car was leaking oil from the oil pan plug because when I changed the oil three weeks ago, I forgot to replace the plug and washer. Initially I was told to come back at a later date, but I asked to speak the manager. Apparently, because I drive a Porsche they wanted to wait until a mechanic was on duty. After a brief conversation with the Manager, Tim, he agreed to do it himself. He changed the plug, but the oil was so hot he got burned doing it because he knew I was on my lunch break and in a hurry. He also gave me the option to buy the replacement oil next door at O'Reilly's, which I did. When it was all complete I asked how much I owed them and he said "don't worry about it, I know you're in a hurry." You don't often experience that level of customer service any more. He could have told me to come back on another day. I would give Jiffy Lube (and Tim) more than five stars if it were possible. I am new to the Wenatchee area so it's great to know there is a place I can go for oil changes and light mechanical work that is both professional and willing to go the extra mile when necessary. Lane the manager, and Jasmine were INCREDIBLE. I had an issue that the manufacturer said would be $157 to $500 to fix. Lane, fixed it for FREE!!! Looked over the entire car and was honest about what it may need in due time. I was so impressed and appreciative. They're also a "multi-care" location that does tire rotation, brakes with warranties, and all of the above. I would highly recommend Lane and 746 S Mission Street. A random leak led me to see my anti freeze was rusty. Went here to get a transmission flush and they found a hole in one of my hoses. Not only did they replace it so incredibly reasonable in price. They put on new clamps and emptied out my reserve tank as it was seriously filled with sludge. Darryl was great. Showed me and told me in a way I really appreciated. I got great service and really feel like I got a good deal price wise. When does that ever happen? read more

Got brake pads done here. Noticed the wheel making awful sounds, took it to les Schwab and they said the wheel wasn't tightened on. They fixed it free on the spot. These guys tried to kill me, don't go here if you want to live. read more

Went in to get my oil changed which they did. Then they asked if I wanted the interior air filter changed, I said yes. The filter is located in the glove compartment of our van. Later that afternoon my partner goes to get something out of the glove compartment and the door completely falls off. Was perfectly fine before Jiffy Lube, now broke. Called and they said to come in, they would take care of it. After going in twice the manager assured me they would fix it and that they would call me when the part came in. Still waiting.......month's later. Time to get a bid from car dealership and sue I guess. read more

Don't go here. Incompetent, rude, and under no kind of supervision. We took our truck in to have tires installed that I purchased online. I called ahead of time to confirm they could do this and see if I needed an appointment. Next day, arrived at 3:30 and waited, waited, waited. I continually asked how much long and they kept telling me a few more minutes. They were also suppose to change the oil. On one of my many inquiries the employee told me to "Chill Out" This comment was so inappropriate to a customer, especially one that waited over 3 hours for them to install the tires. When they finally had the truck ready they realized they had not changed the oil so wanted to start doing that. I said no because I was already 2 hours late to leave on a trip. We had to rearrange our plans to leave the next day because my lug cover on the driver's wheel was missing. I returned to this location hoping they didn't throw it out. An employee went to the office to retrieve it and said yeah we didn't know where it came from, even though my truck was the last one worked on the night before. The owner and manager should be ashamed of how their employees handle their business. Retraining? Professional customer service? Being truthful and apologizing for the delays. FINALLY, if you do not have the expertise to provide a service then don't advertise it! I won't go here again and trust me I have let everyone I know not to go to this Jiffy Lube location. Go to the North End one, they have their shit together. read more

Took forever to get my car in, they could only work on 1 car at a time apparently . Waiting lobby was freezing cold. No paper towels in the bathroom and I had to stand and wait with dripping hands while they helped another customer, then brought me out into the 35 degree bay to collect my info.."yes we'll get them in a minute" to my request again for paper towels. Had to go back in the bathroom and run my hands under hot water to thaw them out. My first and last visit here. read more
