My brakes have been squealing and making noise for several months, and I when my car started jerking on the highway, I knew it was time to get him looked at. This place was recommended, and I am so glad I stopped in. I called ahead of time, and asked if there was a time when they could take a look and assess the car. The worker was friendly and asked me some questions, and then said he would follow up with a call before any work was started. A few hours later, he called me and reviewed what needed to be done. In this case, it was time for new brakes and a hose had a crack in it. He gave me a fair quote (which I approved through my dad) and said he could work on it and get me back on the road. Truck began misfiring while passing through Wenatchee. After calling three places, Roland was able to get me in that day, and personally diagnosed and fixed my spark plug and coil boot. So I was planning to bring my Jeep to the dealership for a sensor that had gone bad in the engine. Kwik Lube got me in without an appointment and quoted me a price that im estimating to be about a third of what the dealership was gonna stick it to me for. Turns out the job ended up taking four hours longer then anticipated and they only raised the price by $100 for all those hours of labor. I was stunned at how much money they saved me. These guys not only know their stuff and can diagnose your issue within 20 minutes or less, but they are the fastest oil change in town (took 5 minutes last time I was in). They are the most honest mechanics you'll find--they could have easily taken me for a ride out of my naivete, but instead educated me so I don't get ripped off down the road. Their prices are extremely fair (paid $60 for the labor AND part on a serpentine belt replacement). To sum it up, if you have a problem that doesn't require lifting the engine out of the vehicle, GO HERE. Took my car here today for an oil change. They got me in right away and said it would be 15mins. I came back and they informed me whoever changed my oil last time had overtightened the oil filter so badly that they'd broken two of their tools trying to get it off and the housing would need to be broken to remove it. They don't have the parts to do that kind of repair there so they just filled it back up with new oil and sent me off with recommendation to visit the dealer. All free of charge and they were even apologetic. I felt bad my car broke their tools! I thought that was pretty cool they didn't try to rip me off or get mad. Recommended. read more
