Our car emissions light came on and it started having significant issues immediately. We had good experiences with Alignment Pros in East Wenatchee before, so we took it back to them. They had very quick availability and quickly found the issues at hand, including a bad timing belt, BVC valve, PVC valve, leaking rear shocks, bad breaks and rotors in the back, and more. We asked them to fully tune up the car along with replacing everything that was needing to be replaced. They had the car for 3 days. We got it back and the original issues had resolved; although a new noise began. So, we took it back to them. They diligently worked to locate the problem. They stayed true to their warranty, reordering a part they thought was faulty twice, the second time being the true Honda manufacturer part, and no charging us a dime for the labor. I know for certain that if we had gone somewhere else, we would have paid a lot more out of pocket. Not only that, they really went above and beyond, cleaning out the engine bay, screwing back a piece of the car that was hanging off, giving me a ride back home after dropping the car back to them in the evening, etc. We trust these guys immensly for all of our car maintenence and minor/major fixes. read more

Service after the Sale!.........I had my GMC Sierra 3500 in at Alignment Pros earlier this year for brakes and an alignment and was very impressed with their customer service and rates. My GMC developed a noise in the front end last week and I made an appointment to have it looked at. Mr. Mike in the alignment shop who did the original job, did a thorough investigation including a road test. What he discovered was a loose wheel well shroud. He hunted around the shop, found the proper sized screw and installed it at no charge. Very pleased with the service of this shop, within 30 minutes they were done with the oil change, transmission flush, fuel filter, vacuum and wash all windows! Before that we stopped at the Valvoline location and after waiting for 15 minutes they briskly told me that they don't even do flushes or fuel filters so we just left and googled this place. Thy guy serving us was super-friendly and helpful, we live in Seattle area and the oil places here are nothing like this experience! I took my car in for a alignment after getting new struts a few weeks ago. Mike helped me. He checked my car out and showed me where my brakes were worn on the front right. He said it was probably squeaking. And it had been squeaking a lot. After he spent time, he didn't charge me a dime. He determined I didn't need an alignment after all.
