In March 2026 went to have our snow tires removed / summer tires remounted and were told they would not remount them for safety reasons. Their scanner measured them at 5/32" depth. I said state law says 3/32" is the minimum and pointed to their chart in the showroom. Salesman said "Sorry, but our minimum is 5/32". A customer can't help but view this as a marketing tactic to sell more tires. We're done. read more

If you're needing tire services on the weekend, be prepared to be dealing with the high school amateur crew. They not only can't change tires reliably. They will gladly take your money and charge you for it. I highly recommend you inspect their workmanship and hold them accountable to ensure you aren't being taken advantage of. I'll be taking my future business elsewhere. read more

Discount Tire - Paid over $100 for them to not replace the tire and leave the blown spare in the trunk. What, exactly did my daughter pay you for? - Tires Near Me - Wenatchee, Washington

They sent back my special orderd tires! Mind you this is busiest time yr. But I was very flexible on schedule date and I pushed it back few weeks because 1st schedule install date was not possible due to no parking and there tire truck blocking the drive way. So called 5 different times over 2 days and got one answer. And the guy put me on hold and didn't come back! They tried to say left me voice mail but NO. did not. And sent my tires back witch took 40min. To learn after being charged for tires! Never again. read more

They tried. I had just left the hotel ready to drive from Wenatchee to Tacoma when the TPMS light goes on and says I have low tire pressure in the right front tire. The message said I need at least 37 psi. I pulled into this Discount tire center and they pumped 35 psi of air into my tire. They told me to drive around and it should turn off. I drove a mile, and the light stayed on. Too bad they were 2 PSI short. How do I know? Because I drove to Les Schwab next and got the 2 PSI that I needed to turn it off. 4 stars for the effort! It would've easily been 5 stars if they gave me 2 more psi of air. read more

On a long road trip and I have a wheel out of balance. I purchased my wheels and tires at discount in another location. I drove out of the way to get to this store. I went in at 9:45am all bays were empty and 2 people were in the waiting room, and 4 people standing around in the shop. The person behind the counter told me a two hour wait. Unfortunately 2 hours when you are on a long road was not going to work for us. Clearly this store does not go above and beyond. read more

They broke both of my plates in both front wheels. I paid $400 for one side Made them fix 2nd one. Didn't even say a word about it. Had to find out on my own. Both front wheels! Wow read more

I have been a customer for years and I came in last week with a leak in one of my tires and Xander didn't do his job in my opinion. He simply looked at my tires, filled with air and said he didn't find anything. Went to a different tire shop and they immediately said my tire could have popped. I am disappointed in the lack of trying to figure out if I was safe to drive or not. Hope this doesn't happen to the next person. read more

I was on vacation from the west side. Sprung a leak in rear tire . called them. and told them I was strapped for time as we were heading to priest lake . Went there for a tire pressure check but no one ever acknowledged me , numerous employees saw me parked in front of where you should be. Waited and waited even another customer drove up and waited but they eventually left ,gave it another 5 min and left. Called the store and asked why no one walked out , employee stated they were behind on appointments but allow an what looked like an employee working on his personal vehicle taking up a bay. Poor customer service from a company that prides itself on customer service and now by far the Worst Location and a Manager that needs to be removed. read more

Wouldn't you know it, I had to drive to wenatchee and back from Kirkland to visit a work client and while I was going over Snoqualmie pass my tpms came on alerting me that my driver side rear tire was down to 190 kPA when it's normally at 330. I found the closest tire store to pull into and have them take a look, that happened to be Discount Tire. The staff were very quick to evaluate my tire and let me know that there was a puncture on the side wall and it was sadly non repairable. They didn't have my same tire in stock so they offered to install my spare but due to needing to drive back over the pass I declined and they hooked me up with a new tire with similar tread and before I knew it I was on my way. Thanks for saving the day! read more

True story.... Moving from Puget Sound to Appalachians. We leaving the puget sound towing a 30' RV, on our way through Wenatchee our back tire blows, doesn't go flat, straight up blows a hole through the tread. It's 90 out, we have two dogs and we need to get a replacement, in fact we need 5 (cover the spare as well). We call discount and get ahold of Jr. who finds us 5 tires but also gets us in as soon as we'll get there. They even offer to change the tires with the trailer still attached. What a stressful situation but thankfully these folks came trough in a pinch and got is back in the road and we even made our next destination on time. Sorry for the details but seriously, these guys ROCK. I have used Discount in several states and never had a complaint, always good service. Today was exceptional. read more

I have been buying tires all my life and have been to big name companies that sell tires. This place is off the chart with customer service. Jose went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and was so helpful with my questions. I will continue to do business with this company. And all the other companies could learn from these guys. Thank you so much jose read more

This was the best Discount tire I've been to in a while, they were fast and knowledgeable. It was worth the drive from the west side.

Amazing customer service. In Wenatchee for the weekend, our tire sensor came on with low pressure warning, we happened to have a piece of wire stuck in one of them. We got in and out in less than 30 minutes, I wish I remembered the name of the associate that helped us, super friendly. Thank you so much for having us back on the road so quickly. read more

My wife & I as well as my mom who lives in the Wenatchee area have been doing business with discount tire for years. I needed to have my tire pressure checked for making a road trip to Louisiana. I had a bad experience the the manager here in Wenatchee....(.black guy) he doesn't want to honor a price for my tires (quote) so he told me take it or leave it.....he doesn't have any skills of customer service.....so I made a phone call to corporate it and they honor the price so when I returned it to take care my truck, he didn't talk to me at all, he tried to hide of me..... other that that I been buying several sets of tires for my cars and trucks, like I said discount tire is good manager was not.... read more

I came in to have my tires checked as I purchased them from Discount Tires. With my air check I also got a health dose of "go back to Seattle as soon as you spend money" from the dopey guy doing the check. I supposed if you share the hate of those of the opposite political spectrum you are fine sharing a dose of said hate first thing on a fine Wenatchee morning, but whatever my politics I do not share them if not asked. And I do not make judgements and assumptions and spew said hate to my customers or I would soon be out of business. It was nasty. And sad. Very sad and hurtful and unnecessary. I will not be returning. EVER. read more

I have over 13 years experience in the automotive industry. The last several years was spent managing a competitor to.discount tire down in Oregon. I am new to the area and chose to go to discount tire because I could never beat there prices as a competitor. Going into this experience I was nervous. I know all too well all of the things that can go wrong. Bad service, Wrong tires, Scratched wheels, etc. These guys did awesome. I walked away speechless. I don't know who the manager is but he is killing it. All the employees were wearing safety glasses. The counter was fully staffed. All of the service writers appeared as though they were happy (let's be honest first thing in the morning with a line of 20+ customers, that is difficult for the most experienced service writers. And these guys had some grumpy customers. ) Staff was all in uniform and looked confident enough. Correct tires were installed. Correct load range. Tires were directional and installed the right way. Tire pressures were correct front vs rear (1 ton truck 60 front 80 rear) studs were installed well, (not half sticking out like I have seen my guys do unfortunately.). Wheels were tourqued and not scratched. As a former manager I understand every now and then you get bad emloyees or employees have a bad day. This can lead to an isolated bad customer experience which usually results in a 1 star review. I came in on the Saturday before Thanksgiving during the height of change over season and was there right at open. This is usually when you would expect the worst service. But not here. Extremely impressed. Good crew. Good organization. Good energy. Keep it up. I'll be back. read more

I had an appointment @ 1100 for x4 new tires. I was done at 1230. They put the wrong pressure in my front tires-even after having read the door label et al. I had to return to them because they did not adjust my TPMS system. It was stuck. The price was right on the tires, but there were extras. They could have done better. They are the only game in town since my local Tire Factory fellow retired. read more

Got a flat outside of Wenatchee and made it back to Discount where I received the BEST customer service I have ever had from Darrel and Justin. Really made sure I was back on the road home Fast! I had nothing but excellent experience at Wenatchee Discount Tire. We had a swim meet during the weekend at Wenatchee, and got a flat tire on Saturday night. We went to Costco on Sunday to repair and were told it was not repairable and they did not carry the tire we needed. If we ordered through them, it would take 5 to 7 days. We extended our stay at Wenatchee, and came to Discount Tire first thing on Monday morning. We were in and out just 30 minutes, they repaired the flat tire and rotated tires for us without charge. All the staff were very professional and friendly; Discount Tire is now my go-to place for tires. read more

I'm a solo traveler and when I got in a flat tire pickle way out in the cascades these guys were up bright and early on Monday morning and the manager himself helped me with my vehicle and offered me coffee and a place to sit. Staff asked me about everything from where I wanted my tie downs to plugging my other damaged tire for free, putting it on my spare, and discounting a second tire purchase to match my rears. Less than $500 for two rugged AT tires 16.5. They were professionals, friendly, and fast. If I ever need a tire or alignment in Washington, these are the fellas I'm going to for life. read more

These guys are awesome!! I first started buying tires from Discount Tires while serving in the military... After returning to Wenatchee, I went back to Less Schwab as that's who I "know" in town... however, Discount Tires has won my business yet again. Today is not the first time that they got me back on the road when I was in a pinch. Service was awesome. Their warranties and tire repair are just as good or better than Less Schwab. And true to their name, they didn't break the bank. And thank you for the Veterans discount!! $25 visa cash card... AFTER beating the competition. read more

Needed one tire replaced, went in on a Saturday, was told they would have it in on Monday. I drive away and they call me saying it will be more like Wednesday or Thursday, fine, that's kind of what I expected. Thursday rolls around and I call, now it will be in Friday, I show up Friday and after calling two warehouses they come to the conclusion my ordered didn't go through somehow, so monday. I go in Monday and they say the computer says it should have been there Friday. I take my time back and go to Les Schwab, they have what I need in stock. Ended up with tire problems while driving from Conconully to Everett with my cat and a packed car and trunk on September 26. Called Discount Tire and explained the problem and situation in route to Wenatchee and they assured me they had four tires to fit my car. When I arrived they said I only needed the two front tires replaced (which is what I thought) and it would take around 45 minutes. I reminded them that I had my cat (in the carrier in the showroom) so replacing the tires as fast as possible would be great. We were back on the road in 20 minutes! I've purchased tires from Discount for over 20 years and have always received prompt, courteous, professional service at a fair price. The Wenatchee store took it to the next level. Thank you Discount Tire. read more

Tire was low for a second time. Went by to get air and said I would be back because I thought there might be a nail or something. I come back and the guy tells me he cannot even work on my tires because of how the are wearing. Also I need tires immediately!! If that was the case why even put air in my tire??? Took it over to Les Schwab they fix it for free with no problem. I hate scare tactics trying to force me to buy something. If he came at me after helping and said that I recommend you get tires I would have listened. Makes me mad I bought my wife's tires there. Never again. read more

Since Discount Tire has opened in Wenatchee, I have price checked them several times and ended up purchasing two and a half sets of tires from them. The half set was to replace a tire that was damaged in an accident. I went to three tire stores and they all knew what i was doing, but Discount Tire was the only store who offered they honored all manufacturer warranties, and ended up prorating the cost of my damaged tire. Two days later I price-checked them again for a set of truck tires and they blew the competition's doors off by over $100 on a $700 set. Their customer service was excellent at all levels, from manager to man on the line. I asked one of the workers a question about tire siping and he gave me a full education. Discount Tire is a great addition to the market. read more
