Mike A has attempted to contact Flexsteel and unfortunately after over a month of attempts to repair the sofa, it is still non-functional. The sofa was over $4K and we were still charged $ 350 for a service call, that didn't bring a successful conclusion. We have gone to another furniture store for our furniture needs. Perhaps, Meredith needs to re-evaluate their customer service.

Once we discover that our order is finally in-store, the delivery options are minuscule and we had to argue our way into getting delivery. We had to call them to find out our order had arrived to their store. One recent situation included rather unbending by the company in delivering a dresser we had waited to have delivered for over seven months. Furniture Row wouldn't give us a delivery time outside of several medical appointments we had on the day they set. We had to wait five more days when we were going to be home all day to accommodate THEIR delivery schedule. They were argumentative on the phone about the situation. Sadly, we are finished doing business with them. Our business now goes to Fitterer's in Ellensburg!

It's not much to look at from outside as it's an old warehouse, but once you get inside the place you find that it's huge. Around the outside at least in the first third of the store are cases with more valuable antiques, small trinket he antiques and plenty of dolls and figurines. They're organized in a somewhat reasonable fashion, but there does tend to be a lot of random this within the different cases. As you continue to the store and realize how far back the place goes, you're treated two small areas that function as separate rooms with specific types of antiques. There's some great cowboy themed ones, plenty of bedroom type antiques and one of the biggest hat sections I've ever seen in the store like this. It was very impressive, and even if you're not looking for anything in particular, there's enough stuff here that you will probably find something you're interested in. When I came back up front, I found that there was a birdcage with a number of small birds inside. They seemed very nice! All things considered, this is a really cool and really big antique shop that is worth your time, before or after you visit the brewery next-door!
