They were very kind and helpful on the phone and it sounded as though they would be a great choice for the flowers for my mother in laws service. I was a little surprised when they told me that funeral sprays START at $200 but agreed to the price because I wanted something really nice for sons' grandmother. I gave them my credit card over the phone and they agreed to send me pictures once the spray was done. Imagine my surprise when my son sent me pics of the flowers that he received at the service. First, I was surprised that the florist hadn't sent me the pictures they'd promised. But when I saw the pictures I realized why-- they had sent a BOUQUET of flowers and not a SPRAY of flowers to the service. When I called to complain they offered to make the spray and send it but this was after the service and too little too late. They asked me what they could do and I said refund me the difference as I paid way too much for a bouquet of flowers. They did refund me $50 so I essentially got a beautiful bouquet for $50 more than the nicest version I could have purchased online. I would not call this florist to order directly and instead use teleflora or 800 flowers where you see exactly what you get as you order it.

    I ordered flowers from Teleflora for a family funeral and The Blossom Shop fulfilled the order…read more First of all, they delivered a "Serenity Bouquet" that looked nothing like the picture on the Teleflora Website! I was suppose to get a 22" diameter floral wreath, with 11 white Asiatic Lilies, 9 white roses, chrysanthemums and carnations, and displayed on a standing easel. Instead, I received a small wreath, with 3 Asiatic lilies and 5 roses and presented on a small table stand! AND the 3 asiatic lilies - 2 of them were mature petals that were translucent with tears and looked like they were dying. On the response card, I had requested that 5 names on the card and they typed out the card and left off the name of one of the senders! The arrangement looked pathetic with such little flowers - so embarrassing! The cost of this arrangement was $170. I called The Blossom Shop and she told me that the lilies were not open yet and they couldn't use them, so instead they substituted with carnations instead of lilies. I asked her " why would you substitute lilies with an inferior carnation flower" and she told me that they follow a pattern when making the wreath. Then I asked her why the wreath was on a table stand? And she stated that they don't have standing easels! Then I asked her why she would accept an order from Teleflora when they clearly were not capable of fulfilling the order? She couldn't respond and then she asked me " what do you want me to do?" I was so upset and angry since this serenity wreath was suppose to be displayed next to the coffin so I asked her to pick up the wreath and put more flowers in the wreath. They picked up the wreath and added more white roses and took out all the lilies and arrived on a standing easel ( wow- I guess they had one after all!) It was absolutely the worst flower arrangement but the service was starting and I had no time to have them re-do the arrangement. The photos will show the Teleflora Serenity Wreath that i was suppose to receive, and the before and after wreath. In the first arrangement, the lilies were torn and mature and were very sad looking. I will never recommend The Blossom Shop to anyone and I advised the funeral home to never use them. Complete amateurs and how do they stay in business????

    If I could give them a zero I would I ordered $120 worth of flowers Thursday of last week hoping…read morethey would get to my mother before Mother's Day they were a day late the morning after Mother's Day I've been calling them all morning with no answer so I left a voicemail. They returned my call and notified me that my card was not processing through. When I checked my statement the money was taken off my card, and they notified me they would not be delivering the flowers. Completely ruined, my mothers whole Mother's Day. I would never do business with them again.
