I also had one guy start a job and almost finish it just to have a new guy come in who has absolutely NO IDEA what's going on! Why would you not keep the same guy on the job since he knows what's where! The new guy they sent was on the phone more than he was working that's also one of the same guys who would throw the hard workers under the buss for taking an extra five because it's 100 degrees out.
