She ended up calling over the GM, Michele, who was able to override it (wonderful!) HOWEVER: the GM Michele treated Jess like absolute dog crap. She told Jess to stop pressing buttons when Jess was trying to explain how she wanted to go about it and Michele did not take this opportunity to train Jess, but instead belittle her in front of a paying customer. The super cash didn't even matter at this point, I was disgusted on how a GM was treating her employee. This needs to be taken care of. Felt so bad for Jess!

There wasn't a ton of racks with tons of items stuffed on them, which is what usually keeps me out of thrift stores. What I found was a really wonderful selection of items to browse through in every category. I never felt overwhelmed with browsing and felt I was able to find just what I was looking for. My wife, mother in law and I were window shopping Sunday night after hours and I saw a T-shirt that I liked. Not my normal kind of store but definitely my kind of shirt. Next day we all were shopping and went back to find the tee and were sadly unable too locate any in the store. Enter AWESOME employee. She helped me look all over the store, then she went looking through the computer to see if there were any in inventory, found there was some but still couldn't locate them. I said thank you for the extra effort and it just wasn't meant too be. We left the boutique and carried on with the shopping. Bummed but commenting how hard she tried as we went. Several stores away, up a hill and just after rounding a corner appeared AWESOME employee, calling after me had chased me down to say that she had found the excellent T-shirt in multiple sizes if I was still interested. Of course I am interested and follow her all the way back to the store and purchased the shirt. Should have bought all of them for her effort. Thank you, thank you.
