I purchased an inexpensive ($27) pool cue package about two weeks ago and have only played 5-6…read moregames with it. The upper portion of the cue established a rattle of some sort. Each time I hit the cue ball it was thought there was a split in the wood or something was loose, obviously a defect. I went in today to the Moses Lake store to exchange it, possibly upgrade it. I talked to the polite counter person who said they would need to call a manager to the front. While waiting I went back to see if there was another one like mine. There was not so I decided to upgrade to a significantly higher quality set, $90. I got to the counter to finish the return and new transaction only to be informed by the manager on duty they do not take returns on pool cues because they are like baseball bats, an "impact" piece of equipment, store policy. Their return policy on their website clearly states no returns on bats and to refer to the "in-store policy" which there was a link to. That policy further defined non-returnable items, nowhere mentioning pool cues. I explained that I was about to purchase something of far greater value with a higher profit margin, to which the manager said "I would get in trouble if I allow this return." I asked for the next level of management's phone number, to which he provided me their corporate customer service number. I then asked for the actual store manager's name because I want to speak with someone locally to resolve this issue, which I got but they are not in today. In the past three years I have spent about $1,000 on merchandise in this store. Seems a shame to lose a customer over an unpublished return policy and $5.00 profit when I was ready to spend far more than that. I'll let you know how it goes.

Prices might be good but the customer service sucks. You can be in the store for over 10 minutes…read moreand not have a single employee ask if you need help or even greet you. If your purchase requires someone to retrieve something from the back, like a pair of shoes, forget it. It's not gonna happen.

I was in your East Wenatchee Store, when I was standing at the gun counter. I was waiting my turn,…read morewhen a redheaded employee with a beard took a gun from the case went to the computer to check inventory. While he was at the computer he pointed the firearm to his right. He pointed the firearm at me and the customers that who he was helping. I commented that he had just flagged me with a firearm. He shrugged his shoulders and kept on walking. He didn't apologize or say anything. It was the most disrespected i have ever felt in the store. Anyone that is handling firearms, with a trigger lock or not, should know the universal firearm rules. 1. Treat all firearms as loaded and always point in a safe direction. 2. Never point a firearm at anything you don't want to destroy or pay for. 3. Keep your finger indexed until you have sights on target and you have made the decision to fire. 4. Know your backstop and what lies beyond it. Your employee violated universal rules 1,2, 4. I don't know the condition of the firearm. I know that I was looking at the muzzle and that he was pointing toward the other customers and toward the corner of the store. This event occurred at approximately 1315 hours. You can review the camera footage and see what I am talking about. I also spoke to the fishing manager about the incident. I was very upset at the lack of respect. A simple sorry would have sufficed. I have Hunter Education Students that are better at muzzle control then this associate. I recommend he be fired for violating the firearm rules. If he has done it once, I am sure he has done it multiple times. I am not going to let this rest. This is not the way people need to be treated.

Staff in firearms is, at best, mediocre!! Not very knowledgeable! I only buy if I can't find it…read moreelsewhere. Very little ammo selection in store. You have to order ammo many times

I've been meaning to write this review for almost a year now :-/…read more We went in a couple of years ago, I went to use the women's restroom and was sure that I had locked the door, but a man walked in - luckily I was not "exposed". Fast forward a couple of years later we go back to the store I had a vague memory of needing to make sure the door to the bathroom was securely locked, which I did - Heard metal sounding fumbling at the door and the door opened again, and a man walked in - luckily again I had dawdled at the sink so the perve didn't get a view of anything. I got angry and told him I was sure I locked the door. He said he was sorry that the door wasn't locked. I had a distinct feeling this was on purpose. We had people with us, and everyone was taking a long time to shop so I hung out in a distance and watched the bathroom area. One of the girls with us needed to use the restroom so I went in the hall. And low and behold here comes the same older guy from the office is right next-door. I said someone's in there and he said oh I'll wait and walked away Then I looked in the other door down the hall and there is another perfectly good bathroom there. Honestly, we should've called the police and had them start watching the place.
