GM, Nick's personal phone number. For his privacy, I respectfully won't share it entirely. Just want to be transparent and honest.

This establishment has really gone down hill lately. Have been a customer of theirs for years now and generally have been pleased with their sandwiches. Today I placed a pick up order from across town. One sandwich was their promotional chicken bacon ranch which came as an iceberg salad on French bread. Refer to the pictures. The second sandwich was ordered with extra turkey and had a total of 4 slices across the whole sandwich. I called the business to have the situation resolved and was offered new sandwiches if I was willing to drive back across town to get them. I agreed and hung up. I was then called back from a Sarah, who told me I would have to bring the original sandwiches back to avoid scams. Understandable request. When I asked how I would be compensated for the additional time away from my work and gas to drive back across town, I was told there would be none. For a company that prides themselves on fast delivery, the right thing to do would've been to drive to new sandwiches out and pick up the poorly made original order. Clearly these sandwich "artists" do not value their customers time and money. Sarah and her General manager Nick do not stand by the atrocious sandwiches this establishment serves. Do not give this business your hard earned money, you'd be better off going next door to Subway and getting your money's worth. Fun game, see if you can spot the chicken or bacon in those photos. Good luck! O and never order xtra on the sandwich, it's less than the original amount and costs $3 more. This place is a joke and so are Nick and Sarah. Update: After leaving the deserved 1 star review, I received an anonymous phone call from one of their employees on, my number they took from their system, to harass me and call me a P**** for leaving the review. I then called the store to inquire which employee had just violated my privacy and harassed me from a blocked number. As expected, no one fessed up and I then asked to speak with Nick once again, as the supposed GM, but was told he left for the day. 20 minutes later I received a phone call from Nick directly on his personal phone (again took my number from their system) screaming at me to stop calling the store and harassing his employees. Come to find out he and his wife, Sarah, are not remorseful at all, made no apologies and continued berating me while I attempted to express my frustrations with the entire ordeal. Just want everyone to be aware that this store will access the contact information of customers and relentlessly harass customers who aren't happy with the service they received. Easily the worst establishment in Ellensburg and it clearly stems from the top down. Call log for timeline evidence below.

Needless to say, it was all thrown out.

One sandwich had 2 hairs in it, the other had bone and cartilage in the salami. Yucky Beach Club, yucky Italian.

Terrible! Hardly any MEAT! Nothing like the picture. ‍ Complete false advertising...This is why competition like Jersey Mike's or Subway is better...They know how to take care of your needs and not cheap you out.

Unwich .. but not mine!

I had ONE slice of turkey and ONE slice of pep. . Nothing else. This is what unwich SHOULD look like. I even gave a cash tip! I really think you thought i didnt tip but I did.. Check your sandwich before you leave. And if you dont tip? Watch out..

a drive thru receipt

Ordered 2 Turkey Toms, and specifically asked for 1 with cheese and 1 with EXTRA cheese. We received 1 sandwich with normal cheese and 1 with NO cheese at all AND guacamole. The one with no cheese and guac even had "X Cheese" on the wrapper. I get ppl mess up but please just focus on whose sandwich is whose. I know i It's little but they cut my pickle in half after giving me the option to leave it whole:/ Will not be going here again.

Self-serve was easy---make your salad and weigh it at the register. My large tray salad (see pic) was $17.21. It was two meals worth! The ingredients were all very fresh with a few spectacular choices--crumbled blue cheese, artichoke hearts, diced red pepper, cubed ham, roasted chicken, hard-boiled eggs, pickled beets, Kalamata olives, and sweet pickle chips. I love blue cheese dressing, especially when I can choose the amount. Dilly's is a little diluted and lacks garlic, but the crumbled blue cheese made it all work. Also, salt and pepper was needed--if it was there, I didn't see any. But hey, this is the most complete salad bar I've seen in Wenatchee. I also took home a Tuna-Tuna sandwich for Sherrie--she loved it. I think we're hooked! There's a loyalty program--1 Star for every $10 spent, and 50% off next purchase after 10 Stars. (Yes, sales tax is included in the calculation) What's not to like?!?!

I have been a loyal customer for years and have consistently loved the food, atmosphere, and…read moreservice. My one longstanding complaint has been the pricing. My go-to order has always been the half-sandwich-and-soup combo. While I have always considered it overpriced, the quality and taste of the food kept me coming back despite the cost. Today, I stopped in for lunch and ordered my usual half turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich with my favorite French onion soup. Historically, the soup has been served in a small French onion soup bowl with what I would consider a reasonable portion, albeit one that was already overpriced. Today, however, I was shocked to receive a portion of soup that was barely comparable to a teacup in size. The price remained exactly the same, despite what appears to be a significant reduction in portion size. At what point does this stop being a matter of rising costs and start becoming a matter of taking advantage of loyal customers? The combo was already expensive for what it offered, but to seemingly reduce the portion so drastically without adjusting the price is incredibly disappointing. Customers should not have to wonder whether they are receiving less for the same price every time they visit. I have happily paid the premium for years because I genuinely enjoyed the food and believed it was worth returning for. However, when the value continues to decline while the price stays the same, it becomes increasingly difficult to justify spending my money here. I am extremely disappointed. I would appreciate an explanation for this apparent change in portion size, because if this is the new standard, you may be losing a longtime customer.

Dan's Market is a road warriors must stop for the thirst driven or hungry when traveling HWY 2 !…read more FRANK visited Dan's to scope out the solid local beers to fill my ice chest and discovered an aery of amazing treats... Upon walking in on your right will be the flesh section. No they're not selling sex but it's an area devoted to meat, you know dead animals who sacrificed themselves for my enjoyment. Nice selection of the flesh including prepackaged sausages from CURRED. For those wondering what CURRED is well it's a local ( Leavenworth ) artisan , handcrafted dry cured meats shop. They offer more than 30 varieties of award winning salami, sausages, and specialty cured meats crafted using traditional methods and high quality ingredients. I grabbed a package of BEEF FRANKS BTW for consumption later... The beer section is epic for a local store but stocked with several local brands you can't purchase at Walmart or Safeway so load up a few 6 packs.... Shocking the produce section was amazing with some really choice vegetables & fruit with vibrant colors and fresh smells... Now in a hidden area is a deli of all things. Dan's staff of elf's are making sandwich's and deep fried items.. The cheap deep fried burritos looked amazing and FRANK made a mental note for next time to grab one... Granted it's a grocery store so most of the items you find anywhere. Yet Dan's has a certain style I appreciate and this is why I'm drawn to shopping here... Anyways that's enough, you must make a stop in order to grasp DAN'S FOOD MARKET experience for yourself... You won't regret it!

I love Jersey Mikes and I recently had to go gluten free due to a gluten intolerance. Please read…read moreon if you do as well, as I hope this will be helpful for you. The food: I let the employees know I needed to have my order gluten free. One of the employees washed her hands and they both changed gloves. She also wiped down the meat and cheese slicer machine (though that doesn't get rid of gluten, if there is any) and wiped down the counter. She brought out a separate tray and knife to protect the gluten free bread from the counter. The gluten free bread itself was in a little plastic bag (like from a company, and hadn't been opened yet). I really appreciated their procedures to prevent cross contamination, as I feel most restaurants aren't really drilled on it. Some (some, not all) of their sodas are gluten free, since they contain agave instead of gluten and other artificial flavors. There are also gluten free chips available. The gluten free bread didn't actually taste like sponges and tasted pretty okay instead. I got the super sub and it was very good! The service: As mentioned, the employees were incredibly considerate and thoughtful when it came to my gluten allergy. I appreciated it so much, so kudos to the team at Jersey Mikes! The environment: The restaurant is a moderate size, has about 5 or 6 tables, and has 2 bathrooms. It was clean, orderly, and well lit. Final thoughts: The experience went well for me, but if you seriously need to avoid cross contamination, there is still a risk of it (and I think it depends who is working there and how knowledgeable they are of it as well).
