In the area for a month and ordered here 2 times and both times our order was wrong (or we were given the wrong order). Both times we waited in store. We asked for clarification in which sandwich was which since they weren't marked and both times they gave us wrong information. This place is filthy. There was one person before us and I noticed how nasty the meat slicer was so I asked the guy how often he cleans it, he said he was cleaning it next. I said ok I'll wait for you to clean it then order. He then takes online orders to fill and I realized cleaning wasn't going to happen so we left. This is how people get sick. The cook top was in deplorable condition as well. He scraped lettuce that fell between the crack into the bin of fresh cut lettuce but who knows how long that's been there since it was filthy before. For starters I have always appreciated Jersey Mike's because they take my GF allergy (celiac disease btw) which not many places do. On top of that they have the BEST gluten free subs I have tasted so far since having to go GF and thats saying something. I really wish we had a Jersey Mike's in Sonora cuz I would be spending all my money there just saying. So I walked in and I was kinda busy not over the top but at least 5 people ahead of me and then I notice the was only one girl working the shop. Not that that got her down tho, nope she was taking orders and buating out sandwiches like a pro and with a smile on her face the entire time, she had all the orders memorized and it was a super smooth process no one was annoyed or upset that it was only her amd was maybe a slight wait more than normal. She made it feel super easy and comfortable and like she had it under control. I was very impressed and told her so, I wish I had gotten her name so I could recognized her here but she had no name tag on. If you see this girl your awesome keep up the fantastic work, you need a raise! Will be returning as I always do when in the area! My son and I walked into Jersey mikes at 8:55 on 7/8/25. We didn't catch his name but there was only one guy working and he had just about gotten everything cleaned up but he graciously started to make my son's sandwich , when another couple came in and wanted to order two sanwiches ! I usually come to this Jersey Mike's for pickup orders, and I've always had great experiences--everyone is normally very kind and professional, especially the guys who work here. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The woman helping me had a very bad attitude, was throwing my food around while making my sandwich, and answered phone calls in the middle of preparing it. She kept giving dirty looks and clearly seemed bothered the entire time, which made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. I don't need anyone making me feel uncomfortable or throwing around the food that I am paying for. When I asked if my giant sandwich could be wrapped individually, she immediately said she would charge me for two regular sandwiches, without any explanation or effort to be helpful. I'm not sure if she was new or just having a bad day, but the overall experience was disappointing and unprofessional. Because of this visit, I will definitely not be coming back. read more

I'm visiting Indio with family and we decided to eat sandwiches from Jersey Mike's. We used Uber to order food and we had to wait approximately 45 minutes for our food. After waiting an hour, our Uber driver picked up our order. The arrival time kept on changing and eventually our order was cancelled by the driver. I came to this restaurant and reordered our food. While paying, I asked the employee if my previous order was picked up and he said it was. So apparently the Uber driver kept my order. With all this being said, I'm super thankful to the employees here. They were very helpful and supportive. They made our sandwiches and they even gave me a discount. They really didn't have to because it was not their fault. The restaurant was very clean, everything was organized. The line was moving fast. I'm glad I picked this location. read more

The food is great as always! The service, on the other hand, needs work. I drive around for work and have been to a lot of different locations. One thing that is consistent is being greeted as you walk in and friendly staff. The staff, particularly the female staff, here couldn't care less about customers, or at least that's how I felt today. I felt as if I was a burden to them to make my food. I can't say I don't recommend this location, but I also have a hard time say yeah you should definitely come here. It will have an impact on my decision-making the next time I'm in town. First of all, I can't believe I didn't post a review before. The crew here are my favorite! I have been known to order 65 or so subs at a time and they are usually ready for pick-up right on time! One large order, I went to pick-up, didn't see it on the counter and it didn't look like they were working on it - panic set in. Then I heard a voice, "Michael?" they asked. I said yes and they brought everything out on a cart! They offered to take it to my car but I declined, loaded the car and returned the cart. AWESOME! Everyone seems to recognize me when i come in and the manager is great! (I wish I remembered her name, I mean, she remembers mine). Long story short, great store, great crew and certainly my favorite store in the chain. Highly recommended. read more

I went to Jimmy Johns today only because I was near there. I got their #9 Italian Sub. Worst sandwich I've ever had. Bread was hard, couldn't even bite through it, no Vinegar or Oil, which they said comes in the sandwich but they put Mayo on them. Jersey Mike's is hands down the best sandwich's in the valley. Which is why it was so disappointing to go there at 6:30 this evening, and be told they had some many online orders, they didn't have enough bread and pretty much we would have to wait until they made more bread. What that means is it's probably no reason to ever go there again because you may be walking into a restaurant that actually that can't handle its business. Outstanding service for me being Celiac. They spent 3-4 minutes cleaning the station before they made my sandwhich. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews when the staff here has been nothing but pleasant and friendly every time I go which is pretty often because their subs are f***ing delicious. Just recently I went and the two gentlemen working there were friendly enough to make recommendations because I was unsure what to get. The guy in glasses was also really friendly as well while making my sandwich. They cannot mess up a sandwich that literally lists out all the ingredients right from the board. They also make an effort and ask if I need anything else on my sub which I always get pickles. I will definitely return for some more delicious sandwiches and make it my goal to try every sub once except for the vegetarian ones because no thanks I'm a meat eater. I do have to complain about the environment there it is always so warm in there and the employees are sweating. There have been times when they have no ac and only the fans going and it's horrible that these people have to work like that. Absolutely appalled. I ordered a veggie sandwich. The guy who made it had just made several sandwiches with meat. He couldn't be bothered with changing his gloves, so he made my vegetarian sandwich with gloves he had just handled meat with. He also sliced my cheeses immediately after cutting a bunch of meat on the slicer. He also used those same gloves to put his hands in the tomatoes, lettuce, etc., I don't eat meat, so this was not only disgusting, but totally unsanitary. He then proceeded to lay every sandwich he made down on the counter without once wiping it down. When I told the rude girl behind the counter they should change gloves between making certain sandwiches, she just stared at me blankly. I threw the whole sandwich in the trash where it belonged. I came today and my promo coupon said buy a regular size sandwich and receive a free chips and drink. I noticed the cashier was struggling to do this. The food here is always however, the employees aren't always. My wife and I just went here we were the first ones in line and had another lady after us. We were helped by a girl named Jasmin that made everything for us. While making our sandwiches other customers started showing up at the door. Instead of her co-workers they stayed towards the back and were talking to each other. The girl who was helping us Jasmine did an excellent job and was polite and outgoing. The people who answer the phone are typically super incapable of their job and cannot take an order correctly... and don't dare say "toasted" instead of "grilled" or you will get attitude! LOL When they finally get the order right... Apparently, they don't start it until you get there to pick it up!! And even THEN I had to wait. I went to go pick up a sandwich after 20 minutes when they said it would be ready and once I arrived, they had not even started it. I waited there for another 10 minutes until I asked them if they even started my sandwich... They said no... I was furious. I was in a time crunch and late to pick up my son. They were letting every walk in start their orders in FRONT of my sandwich even though I had phoned in 20 minutes before any of them! These people do not know how to manage themselves properly and get the correct orders in with correspondence to the time that they arrive. Ridiculous. I will never come back to this place ever again. Jersey Mike's Subs never disappoints. My family and I ate there yesterday and were thoroughly impressed. Impressed with the sandwiches, yes, like I said they never disappoint. But what really stands out about this Jersey Mike's is the employees! When you walk into other sandwich shops (Jersey Mikes or not) and are greeted, it just doesn't feel the same as when you walk into this Jersey Mike's. Each person (and it was busy!!) was greeted with a genuine hello with eye contact and a "how are you doing today?". After ordering, the young lady making our sandwiches engaged us in conversation asking how our day was going and if we were doing anything fun. She managed to make our sandwiches perfectly and hold a conversation with us. She wasn't the only employee engaging with customers genuinely. Pretty much all 7 employees made it feel like we're eating at a friends house! Kudos to those employees and their management team!!! read more
