30 minutes to made two salads! Literally. We got here at 8:50pm (7/3/26), ordered two salads and one cheese pizza. There were maybe three parties in front of us. There were two guys working the main area, one putting the pizzas in. The two main guys were like a comedy group. I honestly haven't seen such embarrassing inefficiency in my life for a restaurant. (I'll circle back to that.) It became a huge back-up people because these two guys were all over the place doing different parts of orders, but not completing orders. One would take the orders while the other guy made pizzas, then the other guy would take the orders then the guy would make the pizzas... or crawling around the floor looking for a pen or something. We got the pizza first at 9:16p. Then waited for the salads. They kept taking other orders, making pizzas, salads, etc. I finally would like, "Guys... can you just get our salads made!?" "They're coming." "When!?" I don't know why they kept putting the other orders in front of ours, they totally lost our or something, it was weird. We didn't get out of there for literally 29 minutes and only because I spoke-up. It was so poorly managed. I'll not take it down to one star because the pizza is great, so are the salads, and they gave us a free pizza card if we came back. read more

Decided to give it another shot. The dining room was absolutely filthy. Sticky tables, employees on their cell phones, the area in front of a soda machine was sticky to walk on, there's probably 20 tables in the dining room and they were all dirty. I'm not even sure how this restaurant stays open despite health department inspections. Blaze has always been fail-proof for me and this location didn't disappoint. Cane in around 8pm on Friday and there were still decent amount of people. The server who helped me was nice. I asked for two types of sauces divided on my pizza and he happily did that. Pizza came out of the oven super quickly! I was a bit surprised by how fast it came out. This location has broccoli. Maybe a new thing or just this location? It's been awhile since I've been to blaze but I don't remember seeing that before. The people working the 7 p.m. shift at Blaze Pizza were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I walked in and stood there for about 10 minutes while no one even acknowledged me. They were focused on to-go orders and didn't bother helping the customer standing right in front of them until I finally had to ask if someone could help me. Then the employee putting pizzas in the oven was openly rude to multiple customers. Every time someone asked for ranch, he loudly snapped that it costs money. We understand there's a charge, but there's no reason to speak to customers like that. I've never seen someone talk to paying customers with that kind of attitude. Either train your staff properly or hire people who understand basic customer service. I will never return to Blaze again. read more

TERRIBLE experience. Came here today around 1:20pm. Still sitting here and they just now put the pizza in the oven ~30 minutes after we ordered. No matter how good this pizza winds up being (I'm guessing it won't be), it won't make up for this ridiculous wait. I've been to places and had pizzas come out in 10-15 minutes. Waiting this long to even put one in an oven is insane. Staff wasn't friendly or really helpful at all either. Blaze pizza is anything but blazing fast. "Fast fire'd" is a lie. Parking is abundant, the dining room is clean, and there are lots of options for beverage including Agua Fresca. There are some vegan options for protein toppings as well. As I was looking at the menu, I saw there was promo 5 for $35 which included 3 pizzas 1 bread stick (flat bread) and a Caesar salad , so I took it. The staff were Wonderful & Sweet & helpful! They keep on asking me if I would like more sauce, cheese & toppings. Very kind people! I got 2 everything pizza & 1 ham and pineapple with black olives and artichoke hearts. They have many toppings here & different cheeses, they also have gluten free pizza here too, a bit of every thing. Which is very nice considering other people like to eat more healthier too. I placed a mobile order today 2/1/26 at around 7:16pm. I arrived early and had to wait for my order. While I waited the man that was working the oven area was super polite, friendly and had great customer service, sadly we did not get his name. He let us know that our order was not ready but would be shortly. He asked if there was anything else that we needed and double checked our order. The restaurant ambiance was very nice! We decided to come here during a quick overnight trip to the Omni. We had a great experience at Blaze pizza in Orlando and thought maybe the reviews for this Blaze were incorrect. We quickly learned they were not. No one greeted us. The girl who took our order looked upset we were there. We ordered 2 high rise pizzas. Either she was brand new or had never been trained bc she couldn't get our pizza to flatten and stretch in the machine. She resorted to trying to do it by hand but it ended up being an uneven blob. We went to adding our toppings. I wasnt sure at the time but now I'm absolutely sure she put way too much sauce. The pizza ended up getting mushy before we could finish eating it. The soda fountain was also a joke. It had no carbination- so everything was flat. Trust the reviews and skip this blaze pizza. You will be happy you did. read more

If you want your order done correctly, DO NOT order online. I've ordered twice and both times they've gotten it wrong. The second time I checked before I left the store and had them remake both pizzas entirely. Everything I wanted was printed correctly on the receipt but attention to detail lacks here. As far as dine in experience, I've also had mistakes to my order made right in front of me. I had already waited long enough so I just took my pizza. After 30 minutes, I tried to get a person only for him to transfer me and drop the call. I can't understand why this place would be tota automated. On 01/06/2025 I went to blaze pizza in Palm Desert. Order#32282482282659840. When I got to the bottom of my iced tea I found a disgusting blob of something. I went back to the store and told the staff what I found. They seemed disinterested in what I showed them, I felt like they thought I only wanted a refund. I went over to the iced tea container and opened the lid only to find a nasty drip tray inside the tea with more of the goopy globs floating inside. People were drinking out of this. My hypothesis of what happened was, the people closing put the drip dray inside of the tea container. They didn't wash it out or even look inside of it. When the opening staff came they just put out the tea with the old tea and drip tray inside. I ate there at 2:30pm meaning that this was day old tea soaking in a drip tray. This negligence is unacceptable. read more
