YELP SHORT ANSWER: YES, and Yes, CPMC says thank you boyz. Always hard to find a good pie, pizza, in CV as there is a just so much bad pizza, some really bad. Not sure if it is staffing thing or people just don't know what a good pie really is... Rosati's is better than good, it is great. LOCATION: Excellent location, lots of parking in a very nice retail center. FACILITY: Clean, open, and it has a very good vibe. Hard working owners who are passionate about the food they make. MENU: Go big, sticking to Pizza, the sausage is a good choice but ask at the counter they are happy to answer questions. We asked for a thin crust and it was made perfectly. FOOD PREP: Impressive the speed they make these pies, bar style cut, then slid into a high quality to-go box, and bam you're on your way. Pizza is pizza right?, I have had in Italy, NYC, Chicago, LA and BFE and a hundred other places served a hundred different ways, bad pizza sucks but maybe somebody likes it and good pizza is the way I like it and Rosati's nails it. It's all about the owners who care about what they are putting out there. FOOD QUALITY: Really pizza does not get much better. Started the new year with a pizza. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage Chicago pizza to go the when I got home, noticed that it was not looking great. The crust was a little chewy and slightly burnt. I have been seeing emails from next-door Neighbors saying this pizza place has new management and the pizza is excellent. So Mom , puppy, and I tried it today the antipasto salad and the pepperoni pizza was excellent. The quality is really really good and the price is right . A giant pizza for $22 And the antipasto salad 12.99. I am not familiar with Chicago style pizzas. Next time being from California I would request that the pepperoni go on top instead of under the cheese. The owners, father and son, are so nice and welcoming. It is very refreshing to find a place that wants to put out good food and good quality too in today's challenging times! It is very casual and a bit small but nice vibes, a tv, and music with a couple of tables outside to bring your dog too. We will definitely be back soon to try everything else on the menu. read more

This place has been on my radar after reading some reviews. So I finally made it here. The place was clean no one here seating available for dine in. Upon entering I said hello to the young lady at the register who I must have woke up and told her it was my first time here and seat down to review the menu. I ordered the Classic combo pizza and waited it was ready in 20-30 minutes. When I got home all the tops on one side slid to the other side of the pizza. I was so upset. I should have taken a photo but I was busy trying to fix it. I have never seen this happen. I was not happy with the dough ( dry ) or the taste. $35! read more

The Italian beef sandwich is one of the best I've had! Better than Portillo's, better than anywhere in this Valley for a really good price. I get the sweet peppers on it and the hot peppers on the side with extra au ju. I highly recommend this place. The place has new ownership and it is absolutely amazing. I am going tonight for a pie. Unusual experience... we went in to have dinner and left... was not very much ambiance etc etc... another day, decided to support local so ordered a pizza and are now huge believers... probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had... cooked to perfection. I went to Rosati's pizza, while driving in La Quinta. I had read a few recent reviews, about the owner, back running the pizzeria, so I called, and asked if they sold, slices of pizza, the owner answered and told me, Yes. While in route my wife, called and asked me to get a whole pizza, 1/2 Margarita 1/2 pepperoni... I arrived and was met by Dominic, the owner, who said they don't do half and half. No problem, I ordered a veggie pizza for my wife and pepperoni for me. Got to spend some time with the owner, Great Patriot, and was given my 2 pizzas to go home with. I have grown old waiting patiently and hopefully for this takeout pizza place to self-correct. My first visit was about 20 years ago and I think was with the original owner who offered a legit product that echoed that found at Uno in Chicago. No sooner had I settled in with this local treasure than a new set of folks arrived at the helm who had no obvious connection to The Rosati product and culture. I was born and raised on the south side of chicago, lived there for 30 years before moving to the desert. I'll never forget spotting Rosatis when I was apartment hunting here, thinking it couldn't possibly be what I thought it was. Fast forward 10 years, and I'm so grateful to have this little slice of home whenever I'm feeling a little homesick. Under new management, the pizza has definitely improved and my husband stated the new remodel looks great. Eating pizza with my 5 and 2 year old tonight took me right back to 63rd and Narragansett eating pizza on a Friday and watching Wheel of Fortune with my grandparents.
