A pepperoni pizza slice is $4, and the serving size is very generous. I tried the pastrami sandwich ($12.00) on my second visit. It was not bad; it is better than mediocre; but I have had better. Was the food "great"? "Great" is so individually subjective--but the food was good; the price was reasonable; and the restaurant had the virtue of being open late at night. The restaurant itself was rather messy. It wasn't busy. Few customers while we were there. The food was not good. Portions were huge but the taste of this calzone was not appetizing. About 3/4 inch think layer of ricotta cheese, minimal of the other cheeses. The bread part was good but definitely not sturdy enough to support a calzone. The sauce was ok, watery but it helped with the flavors that the calzone lacked. Lastly, the ice coming out of the machine had black specks in the cubes. An ok pizza to pickup at Fantasy Springs if you're craving pizza. I didn't expect much out of this pizza as I usually don't from random food vendors in casinos but it was a surprisingly good value (for a casino) & it was hot & fresh. It was a busy Sunday night around 6:30 pm (Labor Day weekend) & I got through the line pretty quickly but it did take awhile to get my whole large pizza (BBQ Chicken). I probably waited around 40 min. Service was actually very good & all the employees I interacted with had great attitudes. The large pizza was very large, I'd say I'd guess it was an extra large if I didn't know. Also, they were generous with the toppings, as there was lots of chicken on it. The crust is quite doughy & thick. The bbq sauce was just a little too sweet for me with the slightest tang. The crushed red peppers helped with that. The place was busy the whole time I was there. There's both inside seating & "outside". This is one of the first food vendors you pass by as you walkthrough from the parking structure into the actual casino area. Right across from the restaurant Pom. I don't know how often I'll be back at this casino so I don't see myself returning to this pizza place soon. This has to be hands-down, the worst pizza I've ever had and not only the toppings that I chose, but the crust itself the only reason I ate most of it cause I was hungry. But like many places before I decided to give them a second chance and to no avail, I don't recommend this place. For a pizza place this place has a few nice options to choose from between pizzas, sandwiches, salads. I had a cheese pizza and it was thin crusted and average at best. Unless you're ordering a whole pizza the pizza slices have been premade but once you order then they reheat the slices of pizza in an oven for you.The lasagna did taste good. Interestingly I asked the manager why a slice of veggie pizza cost more than a meat lovers slice of pizza and she refused to answer that for me. One of the other workers chuckled when I asked and he said that he had the same question about that! They have a strange Ordering system. Was gambling in the casino and was planning on visiting the buffet. Bad timing as the line to that was horrendous. Up the stairs for pizza and we were pleasantly surprised! The pizza kind of reminds of Sbarro. They have slices already made and when you ask for one, they pop it in the over for a couple minutes to make sure it's hot, and trust me, it was nice and hot when we got it. What I loved about this place even more is it wasn't priced like you would find at a hotel, but a reasonable price! In fact, you could also say cheap! Even better, we were able to use the comps built up on the rewards card gambling - so in essence - free food!! They were super nice behind the counter and extremely efficient. My family loves this pizza kitchen inside of Fantasy Springs. For about $4, you can get a massive slice of pizza. They have the best minestrone, with a side of garlic flatbread, for only $5.50. Their lasagna is also very good and the sandwiches huge for only about $12. They have a variety of premade salads, bottled beer and individual wine bottles plus some beer on draft. During a day trip to fantasy Springs we were starving in the late afternoon. As we walked by the Pizza kitchen the smell was so good we couldn't resist. We decided to order a 12-in half pepperoni half barbecue chicken with a couple extra toppings on the barbecue chicken. The price was fair, and the pizza was loaded with sauce, cheese, and toppings. Actually it was so loaded it was almost impossible to eat by hand without a total mess. I would recommend utensils, but I don't know if they are available. My biggest complaint is we placed our order at 4:30 p.m. and did not receive our order till after 5:15 p.m. the order was delivered in a to-go box without any plates, napkins, etc. Also, the extra toppings had been put on the wrong half of the pizza and we had to manually place them on the other side. If I ever eat there again I will only buy the pre-made single slices. I would not trust them to make a custom Pizza correctly or in a timely manner. read more

I was looking for a quick meal and spotted the Pizza Kitchen on the way to the casino from the hotel lobby. I decided to order a slice of Sausage & Pepperoni and a slice of BBQ Chicken. I went for the BBQ Chicken first. The BBQ sauce was a little too sweet for my tastes and the amount of Chicken was light. The crust was undercooked in the center of the slice. The Sausage & Pepperoni slice was marginally better. The crust was still undercooked (see pics) in the center of the slice. There was too much cheese on the slice. I think this Pizza has potential if they can get the proportions right. It was ok and met my needs, which was to satisfy my hunger....too bad it didn't satisfy my taste buds. Will I return? More on the mushy tomatoey flavor. The pepperoni and sausage on top of the pizza lacked spice and was in line with school lunch type. Is this cheese artificial? At night after the concert, we togoed the pizza from the pizza kitchen and ate it in our hotel room. We ate combination pizza and pepperoni pizza. The pizza was even better when it had crushed red peppers on the top. It was enough to share between the three of us. What a big pizza it was. I can easily say this is the worst pizza I've ever had. Lacks creativity, lacks inspiration, and worst of all lacks tomato sauce. They burnt my first slice of cheese but happily replaced it with a fresh one. But honestly I think I prefer the taste of the burnt pizza dough.
