Ordered 50 traditional wings. Arrived a few minutes early to see the order was ready and packaged in a foil tray and bag. I noticed that the packaging didn't feel particularly hot, but I didn't stop to think there was an issue I was home 6 minutes later and my family was sadly disappointed by the lukewarm wings. A $60+ order that is picked up on time and brought directly home should not be that cold. It's pretty obvious that the wings were not cooked to order. They hadn't started the order yet so they corrected the pick up time, with no explanation. He was not interested in the fact that the GrubHub app failed to provide the correct time, I guess assuming I entered it incorrectly. The wings were ready when I arrived. I ordered 10 spicy, 10 regular and 10 barbecue. They were hot and tasted good. However, I asked them to keep the three varieties separate, and they were not. They were very messy packed in two styrofoam containers that leaked. I asked for utensils and napkins when placing the order, and did not get any. I did not order any dipping sauces or veggies, and the total was over $50! Wow! Although the wings were good, I will not be ordering from here again.
