I get a large fries and tasty food like cajun corn and cheese sauce for my papitas. I could wax poetic about the other place messing things up and giving me a small fries in a large box. Gimme a small at large prices should be the motto for the other place. Never happens here. The workers are always friendly and busy. Both are great signs in my opinion. Ordered 50 traditional wings. Arrived a few minutes early to see the order was ready and packaged in a foil tray and bag. I noticed that the packaging didn't feel particularly hot, but I didn't stop to think there was an issue I was home 6 minutes later and my family was sadly disappointed by the lukewarm wings. A $60+ order that is picked up on time and brought directly home should not be that cold. It's pretty obvious that the wings were not cooked to order. I ordered 30 wings for a party on a Sunday at 1:00 pm via GrubHub for pick up at 4:45 pm. Pretty easy. However, luckily I looked at the confirmation EMAIL as it said it would be ready in 40-minutes! I looked at the order again on the GrubHub app and it said ready at 4:45. I immediately called the store and explained. They hadn't started the order yet so they corrected the pick up time, with no explanation. He was not interested in the fact that the GrubHub app failed to provide the correct time, I guess assuming I entered it incorrectly. The wings were ready when I arrived. I ordered 10 spicy, 10 regular and 10 barbecue. They were hot and tasted good. However, I asked them to keep the three varieties separate, and they were not. They were very messy packed in two styrofoam containers that leaked. I asked for utensils and napkins when placing the order, and did not get any. I did not order any dipping sauces or veggies, and the total was over $50! Wow! Although the wings were good, I will not be ordering from here again. I was out shopping at Albertsons on New Years Eve and happened to notice this new restaurant had just opened up. They were open so I decided to give them a try. And I'm glad I did. I was very impressed with the friendly staff. I was greeted immediately. The menu looked very appealing so I went for the boneless wings with a side of fries and a drink. Those fries were about the best I've had in years. Cooked to a crispy, crunchy perfection. So tasty. My mouth waters just thinking about them. The wings were meaty and soo good.
