Ordered 50 traditional wings. Arrived a few minutes early to see the order was ready and packaged in a foil tray and bag. I noticed that the packaging didn't feel particularly hot, but I didn't stop to think there was an issue I was home 6 minutes later and my family was sadly disappointed by the lukewarm wings. A $60+ order that is picked up on time and brought directly home should not be that cold. It's pretty obvious that the wings were not cooked to order.
