I had these for dinner and I had no other food after breakfast. No fever no other issues. Must have been poor sanitation in the kitchen. I now understand why their Yelp rating is so low. I came in today to pick up my order and left very disappointed. The female employee with blonde hair and tattoos handed me my order by throwing it towards me without saying anything. Not even a simple "have a good day". The interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Good costumer service doesn't require much, but this experience made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This is my go to Wingstop. When we need a Wingstop night this is our place to go. So I am bummed to write about experiencing this yesterday evening. We placed an ordered at 4:28 pm for carry out, with time to be ready between 4:51-4:56pm. We got there a little before 4:50pm the restaurant wasn't too busy but there were people sitting eating and also a few ordering. When I stopped by the window to see if my order was almost ready, the guy who was giving out orders said not yet they were half way done. More people came in noticed they were also told orders weren't ready. The restaurant got full pretty quick, of people waiting for orders. Some of the staff was working hard, others just walking around, standing around.. noticed they were too busy but no hurry to get orders out. We patiently waited but our order wasn't ready till 5:22pm. Almost an hour from the time I placed my order, this is the longest I've ever waited for a Wingstop order. There was one guy who stood out, friendly great customer service. He was telling customers, "Have a blessed day". Wish I would've got his name but he was great! The wings are so good. I always go back for the wings. The major complaint is that they literally chase you out of the restaurant. The last two times I pick up my food and sit to eat (around 11:30am) so its not busy they are coming up to me while I'm mid bit asking if I'm done yet or if I can move to this other table so they can stack potatoes on it. Haven't been to this Wingstop location (in city of Coachella but very close to Indio) for a year. I still agree with my previous review: excellent customer service; but wing quality is decent. I have been to many Wingstops, and these wings at this Wingstop is average; I've seen larger wings with more meat and more seasoning. Prices have gone up (along with inflation). I came in at 10pm, and parking lot is small since this Wingstop sits on the corner and shares a big lot with a lot of other places; I personally didn't have trouble finding a nearby parking spot, but I think they would be super crowded during dinner time. I had an all-of-a-sudden urge to buy Wingstop, so I ordered in the restaurant (most people order online for pickup). No one was in line, but once I approached the cashier, someone helped me immediately. Cashier told me the estimated time of how long my order would take (23 minutes), and cashier was right on the money (I waited exactly 23 minutes for my order). Employee will call out your name at the pickup window. Place is clean inside, but it is small; only 4 dining tables (well actually 10 square-shaped dining tables but they are organized side-to-side). I also ordered fries, which were also decent. I think for the average person, this Wingstop will satisfy your cravings; but if you've been to like 10 Wingstops, then you might be slightly disappointed on the food quality. So I get off work late from a 12 hour shift at my work and all day I was craving wingstop. I put in an order ahead of time because I don't like waiting for my food it gives you a time estimate online when you order on how long it's going to take.
