This is my 'go to' for a real cheesesteak. I regularly order and it never disappoints.

Came here for lunch while on break. I'm from out of town, but I've been to other branches. The service is really good. The staff was very friendly, and made my order quickly. It is inside at mall, so it's nothing fancy for the ambience. But came here on a Monday so it wasn't crowded at all. The food was fresh and made to order! Been having their $7.99 chicken cheesesteak combo and fries for few years. Today, I learned an awful truth: my chicken and pickle slice suddenly disappeared. All I tasted was bell peppers, onions, cheese and mushrooms. Bread completely overwhelmed the sandwich. I estimate the chicken content totaled 2% volume, generously. I really should have sent it back. The fries were hot and plenty. Charley's was a good deal... until it wasn't. Today was that day. read more

They didn't take too long to bring out our food, we ordered 30 boneless buffalo wings,fries and drinks. Along with cheese fries, I was with a pretty big group and they all loved the food. read more

There were only two ladies upfront doing all the work. One at the register and the other on the grill. Right away my girlfriend and I got a negative vibe from this woman named Olga. She had a thick accent so I could hardly understand anything she said. I asked her for an old school steak but with chicken instead of steak and I said I wanted extra chicken. I said it more than once but she didn't seem to care. Once our food was prepped I open the box and see the lamest excuse for steak on top of a small spoonful of chicken. This establishment seems very stingy when it comes to their chicken it seems. When I went up to Olga to complain about it, she yelled at me saying, "you said extra chicken" and I said instead of steak but she doesn't seem to understand half of what I'm saying. read more

Came to eat some buffalo wings , I wanted bone in wings and Cashier never asked me if I wanted boneless or with bone . so she gave me boneless , I went up to the register after I saw my receipt it said boneless and I ask them if my order was already In process of making they said no , so I ask them if they can do them bone in . Casheir said that it was going to cost me doble the money an additional $20 'REALLY' wings were very oily and old very dry , I do not recommend this place and I will not be coming back. read more

I got the Bacon 3 Cheesesteak and it was great cheesesteak, they did not skimp on the fillings. Surprisingly well made food which I was not expecting from a place in a mall food court. Only small complaint was the lemonade was not that good it was too sweet but the could be personal preference. read more

I have been to Charley's at the mall many times and had good experiences as the food has been hot, good quality and tasted great. But I have a feeling they have changed management as my visit last night was bad. First, they have raised the prices so that a meal of a regular 3 Cheese & Bacon steak sandwich, fries and medium lemonade now comes to $20. Upon ordering they stated they didn't have any bacon, but I ordered anyway because I like the three different cheeses. When I sat down after receiving my order, I was surprised by the lack of lettuce that normally comes with the sandwich. Also, the fries were not the same quality or style that Charley's uses. These were thin cut that would be standard frozen fries any fast food place serves. I hope that Charley's is not going to be like other fast food places that keeps raising prices and lowers the quality. I am seriously debating if I will return as I'm tired of being charged high prices for a sub par experience. read more

HAIR IN MY SANDWICH AND UNDERCOOKED FOOD (horrible) THIS REVIEW WAS TAKEN DOWN. The first visit was simply giving them a chance, but the food was undercooked. Chicken was almost RAW. On 1/5/23, I returned to find hair in my food. HAIR..... I bit into the sandwich and 2 long strands of hair was there. When I called, Sandy said I could return the sandwich for a refund, but it was a combo and that's all she could do. NOW keep in mind if you come near closing there are people just standing around. It is probably the way the HAIR got there, people just standing around scratching their head. This may be a motivator for the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. If you look into the kitchen the food is not covered either, hair could easily enter the lettuce, pickles. It's just not a GOOD look. Sometimes we eat places, but we don't pay attention. I AM JUST SAYING APPROACH WITH CAUTION. I am on total alert after that incident. Mr. Manager/Owner please don't reply. If you respond I am not sure how you could make good on this one. There is nothing you can say. Everything said is true. Just CLEAN up the place, you have enough people hired to do that. read more

Love it! Simply love it! Took photos after I was pretty much finished with my meal. Which was picture worth buuuuut I couldn't wait to just take a bite of my delicious breakfast sausage burrito. It is the best breakfast I could get including my drink. They have an amazing deal of two breakfast burritos and a small drink for $5 before 11am of course. I also stop by for the subs that that have. I come by at least once every two weeks weather it's for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I will update my review once I stop by again for my lunch in a few days and show photos of how delicious my sandwich is. read more

I had seen this place for years and finally decided to try it. I always saw those huge Philly sandwiches but I was not very hungry so wanted something small. They come in three sizes which is great. The small was just the right size for my apetite. I have been avoiding eating beef for health reasons and was pleasantly surprised that they had chicken Philly as an option. It was delicious and the added horseradish sauce made it just perfect. read more
